receiving contact person information of a user, which is sent by user equipment, and storing the contact person information of the user in a cloud storage area;
receiving an address book downloading request message, wherein the address book downloading request message carries user information, and the user information comprises user identity information and operator identification;
acquiring target contact person information corresponding to the user information from the cloud storage area according to the user information;
sending the target contact information;
before the sending the target contact information, the method further comprises: judging whether the operator identification of the first cloud storage is the same as the operator identification in the user information;
if the operator identification of the first cloud storage is judged to be the same as the operator identification in the user information, the target contact information is sent to the user equipment; and if the operator identification of the first cloud storage is judged to be different from the operator identification in the user information, the target contact information is sent to a second cloud storage, and the second cloud storage corresponds to the operator identification in the user information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the contact information of the user sent by the user equipment and storing the contact information of the user in a cloud storage area, the method further comprises:
acquiring user identity information;
and distributing the cloud storage area for the user according to the user identity information.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring user logout information, wherein the user logout information comprises the user identity information;
and deleting the contact information in the cloud storage area corresponding to the user identity information according to the user logout information.
4. An address book cloud processing apparatus, applied to a first cloud storage, the first cloud storage including a cloud storage area thereon, the apparatus comprising:
the processing unit is used for receiving the contact person information of the user sent by the user equipment and storing the contact person information of the user in a cloud storage area;
the device comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving an address book downloading request message, the address book downloading request message carries user information, and the user information comprises user identity information and operator identification;

the sending unit is used for sending the target contact information to the user equipment if the operator identification of the first cloud storage is judged to be the same as the operator identification in the user information; and if the operator identification of the first cloud storage is judged to be different from the operator identification in the user information, the target contact information is sent to a second cloud storage, and the second cloud storage corresponds to the operator identification in the user information.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring user identity information;
and the distribution unit is used for distributing the cloud storage area for the user according to the user identity information.
6. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 3 when executing the computer program.
7. A readable storage medium comprising computer readable instructions which, when read and executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
