Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the operation server may provide products for a target terminal, such as a UE (User Equipment), where the products may be multiple, and may serve traffic, call duration, short messages, and the like, and each product has a predetermined limit and a predetermined service life.
For convenience of explanation, this embodiment describes a flow as an example, and the operation server provides a plurality of package schemes with fixed flow for the target terminal.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a service exchange processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
and 11, acquiring the residual quota of the target terminal, wherein the residual quota is the quota not used by the target terminal at the time point of acquisition.
Optionally, the operation server may obtain and update the remaining traffic in the package of the target terminal in real time from the charging system, and it may be understood that the remaining traffic is the traffic unused in the package of the target terminal at the acquisition ending time point.
And step 12, determining corresponding exchange information according to the surplus limit, wherein the exchange information comprises a preset exchange limit and exchange business with the exchange limit capable of being exchanged, and the exchange limit is less than or equal to the surplus limit.
In this embodiment, the operation server stores exchange information between the traffic of the operator and the third-party service of another service provider, and also stores a URL link for exchanging the service.
For example, the redemption information is shown in table 1 below, and may be adjusted according to actual situations, but not limited thereto.
Figure BDA0001322785300000071
Specifically, the operation server stores a plurality of exchange information, and can compare the remaining traffic with the exchange traffic to obtain the exchange service with the remaining traffic being exchangeable, that is, the exchange amount is less than or equal to the remaining amount, so that when the exchange amount that the target terminal can pay is reached, the effect of using the remaining amount is achieved, and the operation server performs the following step 13.
And step 13, sending the residual amount and the exchange information to a target terminal or sending the residual amount and the exchange information to a business server, so that the business server sends the residual amount and the exchange information to the target terminal for recommending the target terminal to exchange the residual amount into the exchange business, wherein the business server is a server corresponding to the exchange business.
In this step, after the operation server generates the exchange information, two recommendation methods may be adopted: and the operation server sends the residual amount and the exchange information to a target terminal, or a server corresponding to the exchange service, namely a service server, sends the residual amount and the exchange information.
Optionally, the operation server may send the remaining amount and the exchange information through a short message, a multimedia message, and an own APP contact user.
Optionally, the surplus limit and the exchange information are sent to a service server, and after the target terminal logs in the service server, recommendation is carried out on the target terminal.
Specifically, the operation server may perform the steps of acquiring the remaining traffic and determining the redemption information at the end of the month, including how much remaining traffic is, redeeming a certain service right using part or all of the remaining traffic, and further including a redeemed URL link.
The target terminal receives the operation of the user and clicks the URL link in the short message, and opens the page to complete the traffic exchange service; or when a service server is opened next time, such as the fox searching video APP, exchange is completed according to the recommendation message, and finally the surplus flow is consumed to obtain the fox searching video membership rights or on-demand coupons.
It can be understood that, because there is a difference in the frequency or scene of each target terminal using the mobile phone at the end of a month, even if there is a remaining traffic, the target terminal may fail or may not want to effectively utilize the remaining traffic to be cleared due to the habit or specific situation of the user.
The service exchange processing method provided by the embodiment at least has the following technical effects:
the corresponding exchange information is determined according to the surplus limit and is sent to the target terminal, so that the target terminal exchanges the surplus limit for the exchange service, and the utilization rate of the surplus limit can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a service redemption processing method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the service exchange processing method provided in this embodiment. After step 11 of the method, there are various ways of determining the redemption information, and this embodiment illustrates one of them.
The method further comprises step 14:
and step 14, predicting a zero-clearing limit according to the surplus limit and the historical limit use information, wherein the zero-clearing limit is an unused limit when a preset use period is over.
Optionally, the operation server obtains historical information of the use of the quota of the target terminal, and predicts the unused quota when the service life is over according to the surplus quota and the historical information of the use of the quota.
For example, the target terminal signs a 5GB traffic package, and when 10 days remain in the month, the acquired remaining traffic is 3GB, and the zero clearing traffic is expected to be 2GB at the end of the month.
And step 12', determining corresponding exchange information according to the zero clearing amount, wherein the exchange information comprises an exchange amount and exchange business with the exchange amount capable of being exchanged, and the exchange amount is less than or equal to the zero clearing amount.
Step 12' is similar to the step 12, the operation server stores a plurality of exchange information, and obtains the exchange service which can be exchanged by the zero clearing amount, namely the exchange amount which needs to be paid by the exchange service is less than or equal to the expected zero clearing amount, so as to ensure that the normal use of the exchange service is not influenced after the exchange.
Specifically, the flow to be paid for exchanging the service needs to be less than or equal to the flow expected by the user to be cleared, so that the flow consumption of the user on the internet normally is not influenced after the user exchanges, and the generation of extra cost is avoided.
And step 13', sending the zero clearing limit and the exchange information to a target terminal or sending the zero clearing limit and the exchange information to a service server, so that the service server sends the zero clearing limit and the exchange information to the target terminal for recommending the target terminal to exchange the zero clearing limit into an exchange service, wherein the service server is a server corresponding to the exchange service.
Step 13', similar to the step 13, the operation server or the service server informs the target terminal of the zero clearing amount, can use the exchange amount to exchange as an exchange service, and can exchange the zero clearing amount as the exchange service.
The processing method provided by the embodiment at least has the following technical effects:
and predicting the zero clearing limit according to the remaining limit and the historical limit using information, so that the target terminal uses the zero clearing limit for exchanging to obtain corresponding exchange business, and the zero clearing limit is fully utilized under the condition of not influencing daily use of the target terminal.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the processing method provided by the present embodiment. The method 12 may determine the corresponding redemption information in various ways, and this embodiment illustrates one of them.
The method comprises the following steps:
and 11, acquiring the residual quota of the target terminal, wherein the residual quota is the quota not used by the target terminal at the time point of acquisition.
Step 11 is the same as step 11, and is not described again in this embodiment.
And step 12, determining corresponding exchange information according to the surplus limit, wherein the exchange information comprises a preset exchange limit and exchange business with the exchange limit capable of being exchanged, and the exchange limit is less than or equal to the surplus limit.
Optionally, step 12 specifically includes:
step A, judging that the acquired exchange limit is less than or equal to the difference value between the residual limit and a preset delay limit, and determining corresponding exchange information according to the exchange limit, wherein the delay limit is an amount which is not counted when the operation server acquires the residual limit.
If the operation server obtains the time point, the target terminal is performing the quota using action, possibly the call bill does not fall into the billing system for rating, if only considering the surplus quota, the corresponding exchange information is determined, the quota exchanged by the target terminal is not enough for normal use, and extra cost is generated.
Optionally, in another embodiment, step 12 is the same as step 12 described above, and this embodiment is not described again.
After step 12, the method further comprises:
and B, judging whether the exchange service is matched with the interest service of the target terminal, and determining corresponding exchange information according to the exchange service, wherein the interest service is determined according to the historical service information of the target terminal.
Historical service information of the target terminal is acquired through an analysis means such as Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), and the historical service information is stored.
Optionally, the historical usage service information is the service with the most access analyzed according to the internet service record, or is internet service subscription historical data for obtaining the payment of the telephone fee from a BOSS (Business & Operation Support System) System.
And taking the service with the most access and/or the subscribed service as an interest service, matching the exchange service with the interest service, obtaining the exchange service with the convertible residual flow according to the exchange service, and determining corresponding exchange information.
By matching the exchange service with the interest service and recommending the target terminal, the exchange intention of the target terminal can be provided, so that the utilization rate of the residual flow is improved.
Step 13 is the same as step 13, and is not described again in this embodiment.
The processing method provided by the embodiment at least has the following technical effects:
by considering the pricing delay of the charging system, the exchangeable exchange limit which can be exchanged after the residual limit is subtracted from the delay limit is obtained, the target terminal can be recommended more accurately, and therefore the utilization rate of the residual flow is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a service redemption processing method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the service exchange processing method provided in this embodiment.
The method comprises the following steps:
step 31, a service server receives the surplus limit and the exchange information of a target terminal sent by an operation server, wherein the surplus limit and the exchange information are used for recommending the target terminal to exchange the surplus limit into an exchange service, the surplus limit is a limit which is not used by the target terminal at the time point, the exchange information is determined by the operation server according to the surplus limit, the exchange information comprises a preset exchange limit and the exchange service which can be exchanged by the exchange limit, the exchange limit is less than or equal to the surplus limit, and the service server is a server corresponding to the exchange service.
In this embodiment, the operation server obtains the remaining amount and the exchange information of the target terminal, and sends the remaining amount and the exchange information to the service server.
Optionally, the surplus limit is a surplus flow in the package of the target terminal, which is obtained and updated by the operation server from the charging system in real time, and it can be understood that the surplus flow is an unused flow in the package of the target terminal at the acquisition-terminated time point.
In this embodiment, the operation server stores exchange information between the traffic of the operator and the third-party service of another service provider, and also stores a URL link for exchanging the service. In general, the operation server stores a plurality of exchange information, and can compare the remaining traffic with the exchange traffic to obtain the exchange service with the remaining traffic being exchangeable, that is, the exchange amount is less than or equal to the remaining amount, so that the target terminal can pay the exchange amount to achieve the effect of using the remaining amount.
And step 32, sending the surplus limit and the exchange information to the target terminal.
Optionally, after the target terminal logs in the service server, the service server recommends to the target terminal.
The processing method provided by the embodiment at least has the following technical effects:
the surplus limit and the exchange information are sent by the service server corresponding to the exchange service, and the exchange information is the exchange service which can be exchanged and determined by the operation server according to the surplus limit of the target terminal, so that the operation server only sends the exchange information to part of the service servers, the exchange information is prevented from being sent to the target terminal by each service server, the exchange information can be accurately recommended to the target terminal, and the utilization rate of the surplus limit is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a service redemption processing method according to another embodiment of the present invention.

and step 30, the service server sends a request to the operation server, wherein the request comprises the identification of the target terminal and is used for acquiring the exchange information corresponding to the target terminal.
After the target terminal logs in the service server, the service server can actively send a request to the operation server, wherein the request comprises the identification of the target terminal and is used for acquiring the exchange information corresponding to the target terminal.
And the operation server receives the request, inquires whether the exchange business corresponding to the business server has a business exchange relationship, and if so, inquires and judges whether the residual amount of the target terminal meets the requirement of the exchange amount required by the exchange business.
And if so, the operation server feeds back the corresponding surplus and the exchange information to a service server.
Step 31', the service server receives the clear quota and the exchange information sent by the operation server, and is used for recommending the target terminal to exchange the clear quota into the exchange service, wherein the clear quota is a quota which is not used when the preset service life is over, the exchange information is determined according to the clear quota and comprises an exchange quota and the exchange service which can be exchanged by the exchange quota, the exchange quota is less than or equal to the clear quota, and the clear quota is predicted by the operation server according to the remaining quota and the historical quota use information.
Step 31' is the same as step 31, and is not described again in this embodiment.
The operation server stores a plurality of exchange information, acquires the exchange business which can be exchanged by the zero clearing amount, namely the exchange amount which needs to be paid by the exchange business is less than or equal to the expected zero clearing amount so as to ensure that the normal use of the exchange business is not influenced after the exchange.
Specifically, the flow to be paid for exchanging the service needs to be less than or equal to the flow expected by the user to be cleared, so that the flow consumption of the user on the internet normally is not influenced after the user exchanges, and the generation of extra cost is avoided. And the operation server sends the zero clearing amount and the exchange information to a service server corresponding to the exchange service, and the service server receives the zero clearing amount and the exchange information.
And step 32, sending the zero clearing amount and the exchange information to a target terminal.
Step 32 is the same as step 32, and is not described in detail in this embodiment.
And the service server sends the zero clearing limit and the exchange information to the target terminal, and is used for recommending the target terminal to exchange the zero clearing limit into the exchange service.
The service exchange processing method provided by the embodiment at least has the following technical effects:
and sending the zero clearing limit and the exchange information to the target terminal through the service server, so that the target terminal uses the zero clearing limit to exchange to obtain corresponding exchange service, and the zero clearing limit is fully utilized under the condition of not influencing daily use of the target terminal.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an operation server according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, the operation server can process the credit of various products, and the processing of the credit is described as an example.
The operation server comprises a user analysis module 51, a flow monitoring module 52, a service exchange management storage module 53 and a service exchange recommendation module 54.
The user analysis module 51 is configured to obtain a record of internet service usage by the target terminal through an analysis method such as DPI, or obtain internet service subscription history data paid by a telephone fee of the target terminal from the BOSS system, and analyze and store an internet service record used historically by the target terminal; the flow monitoring module 52 is configured to obtain and update remaining flow data in a package of the target terminal in real time, and analyze flow consumption behavior of the target terminal to predict a flow limit to be cleared by the target terminal; the service exchange management storage module 53 is configured to record exchange relationships between the traffic of the operator and third-party services of other service providers, and store a URL link for exchanging the services; the service exchange recommendation module 54 is configured to set and store a policy for performing traffic-service exchange recommendation to the target terminal and execute a recommendation action for service exchange, where a specific recommendation policy may include: recommending mode, recommending trigger strategy and exchanging business selection strategy.
Optionally, in an operator recommendation scenario, when the user operates the target terminal to query the remaining package flow of the user, an interface may be provided externally through the service exchange recommendation module 54 to obtain a suitable service that meets the user's needs and is sufficient for payment of the remaining flow.
When the analysis result of the flow monitoring module 52 shows that the target terminal expects that the zero clearing flow is greater than N, a message can be actively triggered to notify the service exchange recommendation module 54 to recommend to the target terminal, so that the waste of the user package flow caused by flow zero clearing is avoided. Where N is the minimum redeemable unit, such as 50M in the example of table 1.
The service exchange recommendation module 54 obtains the service which is most accessed by the user and analyzed by the user analysis module 51 by using the target terminal and the service data purchased historically, matches the service data related to the target terminal with the traffic exchangeable service, and selects the service which is most interested by the user and has the highest degree of relation with the target terminal in the analysis results of the user analysis module 51 for recommendation.
When the operator recommends, the flow to be paid by the exchange service needs to be less than or equal to the expected zero clearing flow of the user, so that the flow consumption of the user on the internet normally is not influenced after the user exchanges, and the extra cost is avoided.
The service exchange recommending module 54 recommends to the user corresponding to the target terminal, that is, the operator recommends a method of contacting the user for recommendation mainly through short messages, multimedia messages and an operation own APP, informs the target terminal of the amount of zero clearing flow, can exchange a certain service right through the flow, and clicks a URL for exchange.
Optionally, in a third party recommendation scenario, the third party recommendation is to push a message that a user is interested in a certain service and has exchangeable traffic to a cooperative third party service provider server, and when the user operates a target terminal to access a third party platform, the third party platform recommends the traffic exchange service to the user corresponding to the target terminal.
Optionally, external servers such as a remaining traffic query server supporting an operator, a cooperative third-party traffic query server, and a third-party service provider server call a query interface of the service exchange recommendation module 54, and when the service exchange recommendation module 54 matches a service that meets the user interest from the user analysis module 51 and determines that the remaining traffic is sufficient for payment from the traffic monitoring module 52, the service returns to the service server, and the service server completes recommendation of the traffic exchange service.
The flow rate to be paid by the exchange service needs to be less than or equal to P% of the residual flow rate of the user, and P is set in a delay mode according to the online flow rate pricing of the charging system, namely, the exchange limit is less than or equal to the difference value between the residual limit and the preset delay limit, so that the phenomenon that after the user uses the flow rate exchange service, extra flow rate cost is generated, and the user is prompted that the flow rate consumed by the exchange service cannot be used for consumption of online behaviors is avoided.
Third party recommendations can be divided into active and passive recommendations:
regarding active recommendation, specifically, after the target terminal logs in the third-party server, that is, the service server, the third-party server may actively initiate a request to the service exchange recommendation module 54, where the request includes information of the target terminal, so that the service exchange recommendation module 54 queries the service exchange management storage module 53 to know whether the third-party server has a service traffic exchange relationship, and the query traffic monitoring module 52 determines whether the target terminal meets exchange requirements that the reset traffic is expected to be greater than N, and the like.
If both are satisfied, the service exchange recommendation module 54 feeds back corresponding exchange information to the third-party server, and the third-party server feeds back the exchange information to the user.
In the recommendation mode, the function of the user analysis module 51 is lightened, the load of the operator side is small, and feedback only needs to be carried out according to the application of a third-party server.
Regarding the passive recommendation of the third party, specifically, the service exchange recommendation module 54 acquires, from the user analysis module 51, the service that the analyzed target terminal has the most access and the service data purchased historically, matches the service data related to the target terminal stored in the service exchange relationship storage module 53 with the traffic exchangeable service, selects the service that is most relevant to the user and most interesting to the user in the analysis result of the user analysis module 51, and determines the third party server corresponding to the service.
The service exchange recommendation module 54 determines a third-party server of the traffic exchange information to be recommended, and then sends the exchangeable traffic information to the third-party server, and after the target terminal logs in the server, recommends the user corresponding to the target terminal.
In the recommendation mode, the user analysis module determines the third-party application which is most likely to perform flow exchange based on the analysis of the user behavior, and only sends flow exchange connection to part of the third-party servers, so that the user is prevented from being harassed by each third-party server, and the user experience is improved.
Similarly, when the third party recommends, the flow rate to be paid by the exchange service needs to be less than or equal to P% of the user residual flow rate, and P is set in a delay mode according to the internet access flow rate rating of the charging system, that is, the exchange limit is less than or equal to the difference value between the residual limit and the preset delay limit, so that extra flow rate cost is avoided after the user uses the flow rate exchange service, and the consumption that the flow rate consumed by the user for exchanging the service is prompted to be unavailable for internet access behaviors is avoided.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, practical examples are illustrated below.
A certain UE has a 5GB traffic package, and when 10 days remain in the month, 3GB traffic remains. The UE historically subscribes a member for searching fox videos in monthly subscription, and is currently unsubscribed, but the searching fox videos are still video services with the largest number of times of visiting the UE in the month.
After the analysis of the flow monitoring module 52, the UE is expected to have a zero clearing flow of 2GB at the end of the month, and the zero clearing flow is greater than the minimum exchangeable flow unit 50MB in table 1, and the UE information is notified to the service exchange recommendation module.
The service exchange recommending module 54 queries the user analyzing module 51 to obtain the frequent login of the User Equipment (UE) to the search fox video and the Youkou video APP for data interaction.
The service exchange recommending module 54 queries the service exchange management storage module 53 about the exchange relationship between the search video member and the on-demand ticket, and does not query that the Yokoku video relates to the exchange relationship between any service and traffic.
The service exchange recommending module 54 notifies the user through a short message, the package flow is estimated to have 2GB at the end of the month to be cleared, the recommending user exchanges the 2GB flow into 40-day fox searching video members or 10 on-demand coupons, and the exchange link is sent to the mobile phone of the user along with the short message.
Or the service exchange recommending module 54 informs the search fox video server that the user can use the flow exchange for the search fox video service, and when the user opens the search fox video APP again, the search fox server recommends the flow exchange service to the user.
The UE receives the operation of a user to access the URL link in the short message and open a page to finish the traffic exchange service; or when the fox searching video APP is opened next time, the fox searching video server informs the video APP to send a recommendation message to the user to complete exchange, and the UE finally consumes the zero clearing flow to obtain the fox searching video membership rights or on-demand coupons.
In another embodiment, the UE accesses the search video APP, and the search video server queries the service exchange recommendation module 54 whether the UE meets the service exchange condition of the own party.
The service exchange recommendation module 54 queries the user analysis module 51 about the service information of interest of the UE, queries the traffic monitoring module 52 about the remaining traffic of the UE, queries the service exchange relationship data of the service exchange management storage module 53, and matches the service of interest of the UE, the remaining traffic and the exchange relationship to obtain two suitable service recommendation information, where the recommendation information is the remaining traffic and the exchange relationship: and the fox searching video member requests 10 tickets 40 days.
The service exchange recommending module 54 returns the exchange information of the user to the search video server.
The fox searching video server recommends the user through the fox searching video APP, the user opens a link in the APP recommendation message to complete the flow exchange service, and the flow is consumed to obtain the fox searching video membership rights or on-demand coupons.
