The hollow anti-slip door body 5 is filled in flooding water, so that the anti-slip door body 5 can fully utilize the buoyancy and the water pressure of water after being unlocked, and can rapidly turn over water retaining. Meanwhile, in the flooding-free state, the weight of the water-retaining device can be reduced, and when the controller identifies the water head, the water-retaining device can respond to water retaining more rapidly.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection of the anti-slip door body 5 and the leaf spring device 8 is provided with a first transverse sealing strip 13 and the connection of said leaf spring device 8 and the bottom plate device is provided with a second transverse sealing strip 16.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking means 10 are provided in a plurality, all of which locking means 10 are arranged in the transverse direction of the base means. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, an emergency unlocking weight is further arranged on one side, close to the balancing weight, of the pulley assembly 3, the emergency unlocking weight is locked on the pulley assembly 3 through a lock catch, when a lock cylinder driving motor fails, the controller controls the lock catch to unlock, the emergency unlocking weight slides down on the balancing weight unit along the steel wire rope, and the unlocking mechanism is unlocked by the impact force generated when the gravity of the emergency unlocking weight is added to fall, so that the anti-slip door body 5 can rapidly overturn emergency water retaining. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to facilitate the emergency unlocking weight to fall, the anti-slip door body 5 can be turned downwards and locked under the self gravity in the flooding-free state, the balancing weight 7 is electrically locked with the steel wire rope 4, and the steel wire rope 4 is provided with a limiting piece of the emergency unlocking weight to limit the maximum stroke of the downward movement of the emergency unlocking weight. The electric lock catch comprises a lock catch module and a lock catch driving motor, wherein the lock catch driving motor is in communication connection with the controller and is used for controlling the lock catch driving motor to drive the lock catch module to unlock after flood is removed, so that the balancing weight 7 falls off, meanwhile, the emergency unlocking weight does not fall off along with the balancing weight 7, and at the moment, the anti-slip door body 5 automatically turns downwards to lock under the action of self gravity by overcoming the elasticity of the leaf spring and the locking force of the locking device. In the invention, the steel wire rope 4 Dibi is provided with a hook, the hook is in a closed ring shape or an unsealed ring shape, the lock catch module comprises a lock catch body and a movable locking key, the lock catch body and the movable locking key are in unsealed ring structures, a cavity for accommodating the movable locking key is arranged in the lock catch body, the movable locking key is connected with a lock catch driving motor and rotates along the ring-shaped inner cavity of the lock catch body under the driving action of the lock catch driving motor so as to cover the unsealed ring-shaped part of the lock catch body in a locking state, and the lock catch module rotates away from the unsealed ring-shaped part of the lock catch body in an unlocking state.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a liquid level sensor is provided on the floor unit 9, which liquid level sensor is in communication with the controller for identifying liquid level information in the floor unit 9 and for transmitting the liquid level information to the controller. The plate spring type full-section intelligent flood gate also comprises a signal receiver 1 and monitoring equipment 2, wherein the signal receiver 1 and the monitoring equipment 2 are both in communication connection with the controller, the monitoring equipment 2 is used for identifying water level information in a designated range in front of the anti-skid gate body 5 and transmitting the water level information to the controller, and the controller sends an unlocking instruction to the locking device 10 in advance through the signal receiver 1 according to the water level information.
The plate spring type full-section intelligent flood gate has multiple protection functions, namely, emergency situations occur and various emergency flood prevention and water blocking measures, firstly, the monitoring equipment 2 is used for identifying the water head situation in the appointed range in front of the anti-slip gate body 5, namely, the monitoring equipment 2 sends pictures in the appointed range in front of the anti-slip gate body 5 to the controller in real time, the controller judges the water head position, pressure and flow rate according to the pictures, when the water head position, pressure and flow rate exceed the appointed threshold, the controller controls the locking device to unlock, and the counterweight unit pulls up the anti-slip gate body 5 to be in a vertical state through the pulley assembly so as to completely block flood. In this case, the flooding gate of the present invention is made resistant to a 10m head by the decentralized transfer of head pressure. When the water head position, pressure and flow rate do not exceed the threshold values, the controller starts the locking device 10 according to the liquid level information in the bottom plate device 9 fed back by the liquid level sensor, and the counterweight unit pulls up the anti-slip door body 5 to be in a vertical state through the pulley assembly so as to completely block flood. As a preferable scheme of the invention, when the unlocking mechanism fails, namely the lock cylinder driving motor cannot work normally, the controller starts an emergency plan, namely the unlocking lock catch, the emergency unlocking weight locked by the locking lock catch is unlocked and slides onto the balancing weight 7 along the steel wire rope, so that the weight of the balancing weight 7 is increased, and the instant impact force is added to the balancing weight 7, so that the anti-skid door body 5 is unlocked against the locking force of the locking device under the action of the gravity and the instant impact force, and then is turned upwards under the action of the pulling force of the balancing weight 7 and the emergency unlocking weight.

Claims (10)

the anti-flooding door body comprises a bottom plate device (9), a plate spring device (8), a rotating shaft supporting piece and an anti-skidding door body (5), wherein the bottom plate device (9) is fixedly arranged on the ground, one end of the plate spring device (8) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate device (9), the other end of the plate spring device is fixedly connected with the anti-skidding door body (5), the rotating shaft supporting piece is fixedly arranged at the joint of the plate spring device (8) and the bottom plate device (9), the anti-skidding door body (5) is arranged in the bottom plate device (9) in a horizontal state, the upper surface of the anti-skidding door body (5) is flush with the ground, and the anti-skidding door body (5) is attached to a wall body of a channel in a vertical state, so that the anti-skidding door body (5) is arranged in a sealing manner with the wall body;
the rotating shaft supporting piece is an arc-shaped pressing plate (11), the arc-shaped pressing plate (11) is arranged along the transverse direction of the bottom plate device (9), and the arc-shaped pressing plate (11) is used as a supporting and rotating shaft in the rotating process of the plate spring device (8);

the counterweight unit comprises a steel wire rope (4), a pulley assembly (3) and a counterweight block (7), one end of the steel wire rope (4) is fixedly connected with the antiskid door body (5), the other end of the steel wire rope passes through the pulley assembly (3) and the counterweight block (7) are fixedly connected, one side, close to the counterweight block, of the pulley assembly (3) is further provided with an emergency unlocking weight block, the emergency unlocking weight block is locked on the pulley assembly (3) through a lock catch, when a locking device (10) breaks down, a controller controls a lock catch to unlock, the emergency unlocking weight block slides on the counterweight unit along the steel wire rope, and the unlocking mechanism is unlocked by the impact force when the gravity of the emergency unlocking weight block is added to fall, so that the antiskid door body (5) can rapidly overturn emergency water retaining.
