In another preferred embodiment of the invention, an emergency unlocking weight is further arranged on one side of the pulley assembly 3 close to the counterweight block, the emergency unlocking weight is locked on the pulley assembly 3 through a lock catch, when the lock cylinder driving motor fails, the controller controls the lock catch to unlock, the emergency unlocking weight slides on the counterweight unit along the steel wire rope, and the unlocking mechanism is unlocked by the gravity of the emergency unlocking weight and the impact force when the emergency unlocking weight falls, so that the emergency water blocking can be rapidly turned over by the anti-skid door body 5. As a preferred scheme of the present invention, when the unlocking mechanism fails, that is, when the lock cylinder driving motor cannot work normally, the controller starts an emergency plan, that is, unlocks the lock catch, and the emergency unlocking weight locked by the lock catch unlocks and slides down to the counterweight 7 along the steel wire rope, on one hand, the weight of the counterweight 7 is increased, and on the other hand, an instantaneous impact force is added to the counterweight 7, so that the anti-skid door body 5 overcomes the locking force of the locking device to unlock under the action of the gravity and the instantaneous impact force, and then turns upwards under the action of the tension of the counterweight 7 and the emergency unlocking weight.
