The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Example 1
The basic water arrester 1 comprises a water arresting plate 1-1, a base 1-2, a limiting tension rope 1-3, a water buoyancy lock 1-4 and an initial angle spring leaf 1-5. The structure is shown in fig. 2.
The water blocking plate 1-1 comprises a lock catch 1-1-1 fixed on a water blocking main plate, sealing strip grooves 1-1-2 embedded with soft leakproof water sealing strips on two sides of the water blocking main plate, reinforcing ribs 1-1-3 on the bottom surface of the water blocking main plate, a rotating shaft hole 1-1-4 in the bottom end of the water blocking main plate, connecting and fixing holes 1-1-5 for two adjacent water blocking plates 1-1 and antiskid sand grains 1-1-6. The structure is shown in fig. 2, 15(a), and 15 (b).
The water-blocking main board is made of light metal materials with low density, high rigidity and low material price, the sealing strip groove 1-1-2 is arranged on the inner side of the water-blocking main board and is the same as the lock catch 1-1-1, and when the water-blocking main board is horizontally covered, the sealing strip groove is hidden in the base 1-2 to prevent the sealing strip groove from being damaged by foreign objects; the fixing holes 1-1-5 are arranged at the corners of the upper ends of the front sides of the water-stopping main boards, and the two water-stopping main boards are connected and fixed by metal sheets to prevent the flexible water-leakage-proof sealing strips at the back from being broken when the erection time of the two adjacent water-stopping main boards is different.
The base 1-2 comprises a plurality of bearing beams 1-2-1, slopes 1-2-2 at two ends and base plates 1-2-11. The structure is shown in fig. 2, 5(a), 5(b), and 9.
The base 1-2 is an integral body, the load-bearing beam 1-2-1 is aligned with the longitudinal reinforcing rib 1-1-3 on the bottom surface of the water-blocking main board, when the water-blocking main board horizontally covers the base 1-2, the load-bearing beam 1-2-1 is completely contacted with the reinforcing rib 1-1-3, and the number of the load-bearing beam 1-2-1 is determined according to the total width and load-bearing load of the water-blocking board 1-1; the load-bearing beam 1-2-1 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 1-2-5 for fixing two adjacent basic water interceptors 1, the bottom of the load-bearing beam 1-2-1 is provided with a water flow through hole 1-2-6, and a starting spring 1-2-7 fixed with the base plate 1-2-11 is arranged between the load-bearing beams 1-2-1; a water inlet channel 1-2-3, a ground water flow channel 1-2-3-1 and a large water channel 1-2-3-2 are arranged at the tip of the bottom of a slope 1-2-2 on the side of water blocking, the three channels are communicated with each other, the large water channel 1-2-3-2 is positioned above the horizontal line of the ground water flow channel 1-2-3-1 and inclines upwards, and the ground water flow channel 1-2-3-1 is transversely arranged; fixing holes 1-2-8 are formed in the two slopes; a rotating shaft seat 1-2-10 matched with a rotating shaft hole 1-1-4 at the bottom end of the water-blocking main board is arranged on the frame above the base plate 1-2-11; on the bottom surface of the base plate 1-2-11, a seal groove 1-2-4 embedded with a seal strip and parallel to the ground water flow passage 1-2-3-1 and air passages 1-2-12 and 1-2-13 are arranged, and an air passage outlet 1-2-14 is arranged on a base 1-2 of a basic water arrester 1 at the most edge.

One end of the limiting tension rope 1-3 is fixed on the water baffle 1-1, the other end is fixed on the base 1-2 and is composed of a metal chain, and the total length of the limiting tension rope is the length of a straight line connecting two points when the water baffle 1-1 is vertical to the base 1-2. The water buoyancy lock 1-4 comprises a buoyancy lock catch 1-4-1, a lock sleeve 1-4-2, a buoyancy mark 1-4-3 and a lock catch rotating shaft 1-4-4. The structure is shown in fig. 4.
