According to the preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the step 3), the mould parameters are set through an infrared heating mode or hot air heating and pressing to enable the surface of the wallpaper to generate convex-concave textures, and preferably, the infrared heating mode is adopted to achieve a better effect.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper, which is prepared by the preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper, wherein the color of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper changes along with the temperature, and the color is hierarchical and/or colorful. In the embodiment of the invention, various combinations are generated by mutually matching the pigments with different temperatures, different colors and different specifications, the color prepared by the method has certain change along with the change of temperature and light, and is unfixed, and belongs to dynamic color, so that the color of the wallpaper is changed greatly.
According to the temperature-sensing intelligent wallpaper provided by the embodiment of the invention, the width of the temperature-sensing intelligent wallpaper is 500-3000 mm, and the surface of the temperature-sensing intelligent wallpaper is provided with convex-concave textures.
The embodiment provides a preparation method of temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper, which specifically comprises the following steps:
1. adding a first temperature-sensitive pigment into the first wallpaper semi-finished product to obtain a second wallpaper semi-finished product;
2. preparing a color ink system, namely a second pigment, in different temperature intervals, and printing the second pigment on the second wallpaper semi-finished product by adopting a color-stacking and plate-splitting process according to pattern color design to obtain a third wallpaper semi-finished product; after the previous pattern is printed, the latter pattern and the previous pattern are overlapped according to the original marks, so that the formula of the temperature-sensitive pigment is reduced, and different color change effects are realized through color overlapping; wherein the printing temperature is 70-150 ℃, and the observation temperature is 10-50 ℃. The second pigment is a non-temperature-sensitive pigment and/or a second temperature-sensitive pigment; the mass concentration of the first temperature-sensitive pigment is preferably 1.5-2.5%; the mass concentration of the second pigment is 0.2-0.8%, and the pigment color matching mode of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper in the embodiment of the invention is shown in figures 1-5. Preferred pigment arrangements: the first temperature-sensitive pigment is red with large temperature change, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is ordiary yellow with the mass concentration of 0.4%, the obtained composite effect is creamy yellow at 25 ℃, and is ordiary yellow when the temperature is raised to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is emerald green, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is orange yellow, the mass concentration is 0.6%, the obtained composite effect is green at 25 ℃, and yellow when the temperature is raised to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is red with temperature change, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is ordiary white, the mass concentration is 0.6%, the obtained composite effect is impatiens balsamina powder at 25 ℃, and the ordiary white is presented when the temperature is raised to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is emerald green, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is andiary white, the mass concentration is 0.6%, the obtained composite effect shows mint green at 25 ℃, and andiary white when the temperature is increased to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is red with temperature change, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is the ordinery blue, the mass concentration is 0.6%, the obtained composite effect is sky blue at 25 ℃, and the obtained composite effect is ordinery blue when the temperature is increased to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is changed into emerald green, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is the ordiary red, the mass concentration is 0.6%, the obtained composite effect is ancient purple at 25 ℃, and the ordiary red is presented when the temperature is increased to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is red with temperature change, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is ordinery black with the mass concentration of 0.4%, the obtained composite effect is dark pink at 25 ℃, and is ordinery black when the temperature is raised to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is emerald green due to temperature change, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is ordinery black, the mass concentration is 0.6%, the obtained composite effect is nickel gray at 25 ℃, and is ordinery black when the temperature is increased to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is emerald green, when the mass concentration is 2%, the second pigment is the ordiary yellow, the mass concentration is 0.4%, the obtained composite effect is willow green when the temperature is 25 ℃, and the ordiary yellow is shown when the temperature is raised to 40 ℃; the first temperature-sensitive pigment is emerald green, the second pigment is the ordiary red when the mass concentration is 2%, the mass concentration is 0.4%, the obtained composite effect is that the shallow quartz purple is presented at 25 ℃, and the ordiary red is presented when the temperature is increased to 40 ℃.
3. The first temperature-sensitive pigment and the second pigment on the third wallpaper semi-finished product are shaped in a far infrared heating mode, and the printed wallpaper is molded in an infrared heating mode, so that convex-concave textures are generated on the surface of the wallpaper, and the color is more flexible when the temperature-sensitive color change is realized. The processing temperature of shaping and die pressing is 120-220 ℃.
The wallpaper product prepared by the embodiment is 500-3000 mm wide, the height of the wallpaper product is customized according to the height of a room, the surface of the wallpaper product has convex-concave textures, the color of the wallpaper product changes with temperature, and the color of the wallpaper product is hierarchical and/or colorful.

Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) adding a first temperature-sensitive pigment into the first wallpaper semi-finished product to obtain a second wallpaper semi-finished product;
2) printing a second pigment on the second wallpaper semi-finished product to obtain a third wallpaper semi-finished product; the second pigment is a non-temperature-sensitive pigment and/or a second temperature-sensitive pigment;
3) and shaping the first temperature-sensitive pigment and the second pigment on the third wallpaper semi-finished product, and carrying out high-temperature treatment and mould pressing.
2. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein in the step 2), the printing temperature is 50-180 ℃; preferably, the printing temperature is 70-150 ℃, and the observation temperature is 10-50 ℃.
3. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the mass concentration of the first temperature-sensitive pigment is 0.5-2.5%; the mass concentration of the second pigment is 0.2-10%; and/or the color of the first temperature-sensitive pigment comprises one or more of warm red, emerald green, ordiny yellow, ordiny blue, ordiny red, ordiny white, ordiny black, temperature-changing scarlet, temperature-changing emerald green, and temperature-changing red; the color of the second pigment comprises one or more of warm red, emerald green, ordiny yellow, ordiny blue, ordiny red, ordiny white, ordiny black, warm scarlet, warm emerald green, and warm reddish.
4. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein step 2) comprises a step of performing plate division; preferably, the plate dividing comprises: and designing a superimposed color separation plate according to the color of the flower type.
5. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein in step 3), the color ink on the second wallpaper semi-finished product is shaped by means of far infrared heating or hot air heating, and the shaping temperature is 20-220 ℃.
6. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein in the step 3), the processing temperature of the high-temperature processing mold pressing is 120-220 ℃.
7. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 6, wherein in step 3), the wallpaper is molded by infrared heating or hot air heating.
8. The preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 7, wherein in step 3), parameters of a mold are set to enable the surface of the wallpaper to generate convex-concave textures through infrared heating or hot air heating and pressing.
9. A temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper, which is prepared by the preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. The temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper according to claim 9, wherein the width of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper is 500-3000 mm, and the surface of the temperature-sensitive intelligent wallpaper is provided with convex-concave textures.
