The preparation method of the pattern vamp is simple to operate and easy to control, the pattern layer can be stably arranged on the lower surface of the transparent surface layer to prepare the transparent piece, and then the transparent piece is combined with the vamp body, so that the pattern layer can be observed through the transparent surface layer of the vamp, the stereoscopic impression is strong, the problem of pattern abrasion is solved, the phenomena of pattern layer falling and fading are not easy to occur, the stability of the vamp structure is improved, and the preparation method is suitable for large-scale production.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pattern vamp is novel in structure, the pattern layer is arranged on the lower surface of the transparent surface layer, the pattern layer can be observed through the transparent vamp, the impression is more three-dimensional, and the light and shadow effect is better and obvious.
The preparation method of the pattern vamp has simple operation and easy control, can stably arrange the pattern layer on the lower surface of the transparent surface layer to prepare the transparent piece, and then combine the transparent piece with the vamp body to ensure that the pattern layer can be observed through the transparent surface layer on the vamp, has strong three-dimensional sense, solves the problem of pattern abrasion, is not easy to have the phenomena of pattern layer falling and fading, improves the stability of the vamp structure, and is suitable for large-scale production.

Referring to fig. 2, the pattern shoe upper comprises an upper body 101 and a transparent member 102 connected with the upper body 101, wherein the transparent member 102 comprises a transparent surface layer 1021, a pattern layer 1022 disposed on a lower surface of the transparent surface layer 1021, and an inner liner layer 1023 disposed on a lower surface of the pattern layer 1022; the pattern layer 1022 is a transfer pattern; the inner lining layer 1023 is a transparent thermoplastic elastomer or a colored thermoplastic elastomer.
The preparation method of the transparent member 102 comprises the following steps:
placing a transparent rubber material in a die cavity, placing a transfer product, placing an inner liner 1023, and covering the die for molding;
the transfer printing product comprises a carrier and a transfer printing pattern arranged on the surface of the carrier, wherein the transfer printing pattern is attached to the transparent rubber material.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
the die cavity comprises an upper die 1 and a lower die 3, and a forming cavity 31 for placing a transparent rubber material is arranged at the top of the lower die 3; the bottom of the upper die 1 is provided with a molding surface 11 corresponding to the molding cavity 31;
the operation is as follows: (1) placing a transparent rubber material in a forming cavity 31 of a lower die 3, then placing a transfer printing product on the surface of the transparent rubber material, attaching one surface of a transfer printing pattern to the transparent rubber material, closing the upper die 1 and the lower die 3, prepressing, preheating and forming; (2) then open and go up mould 1, form the transparent surface course 1021 in the die cavity 31, the surface laminating has the rendition product, tears the carrier of rendition product, places inner liner 1023 on the surface again, closes last mould 1 and lower mould 3 to place and heat the shaping in firing equipment, make transparent 102.
A method of making a patterned upper as described above, comprising the steps of: connecting the transparent part 102 with the vamp body 101 to obtain a patterned vamp; the connected mode is the concatenation, and further, lining layer 1023 and vamp body 101 concatenation.
The above-described embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and the present invention can be implemented in other ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (3)

1. A patterned shoe upper, characterized by: the transparent part comprises a transparent surface layer, a pattern layer arranged on the lower surface of the transparent surface layer and an inner lining layer arranged on the lower surface of the pattern layer; the pattern layer is a plant or logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer; the lining layer is a transparent thermoplastic elastomer or a colored thermoplastic elastomer;
the preparation method of the transparent part comprises the following steps:
placing a transparent rubber material in a die cavity, wherein the die cavity comprises an upper die, a middle die and a lower die, and the top of the lower die is provided with a forming cavity for placing the transparent rubber material; the bottom of the upper die is provided with a forming surface corresponding to the forming cavity, the bottom of the middle die is a flat plane, and the top of the middle die is provided with an accommodating groove corresponding to the forming surface;
specifically, a transparent rubber material is placed in a forming cavity of a lower die, a middle die is placed, an inner liner layer is placed in a containing groove in the top of the middle die, the upper die, the middle die and the lower die are closed, and prepressing and preheating forming are carried out; then taking out the middle die, forming a transparent surface layer in the forming cavity, and attaching the lining layer to the forming surface of the upper die; and then placing the thermoplastic elastomer with the plant or logo pattern on the surface of the transparent surface layer, closing the upper die and the lower die, and placing the upper die and the lower die in heating equipment for heating and forming to obtain the transparent piece.
2. A patterned shoe upper, characterized by: the transparent part comprises a transparent surface layer, a pattern layer arranged on the lower surface of the transparent surface layer and an inner lining layer arranged on the lower surface of the pattern layer; the pattern layer is a logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer; the lining layer is a transparent thermoplastic elastomer or a colored thermoplastic elastomer and is prepared by adopting a mold cavity for precisely molding the logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer;
the preparation method of the transparent part comprises the following steps:
the die cavity comprises an upper die, a middle die and a lower die, wherein a mark groove for placing a thermoplastic elastomer is formed in the top of the middle die, a mark lug corresponding to the mark groove is formed in the bottom of the middle die, and a forming cavity for placing a transparent rubber material is formed in the top of the lower die; the bottom of the upper die is provided with a forming surface corresponding to the forming cavity;
the operation is as follows: s1, placing a transparent rubber material in a forming cavity of a lower die, placing a thermoplastic elastomer in a mark groove of a middle die, closing an upper die, the middle die and the lower die, prepressing, preheating and forming;
s2, opening the upper die, and removing leftover materials at the edge of the mark groove to obtain a logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer; then placing the lining layer on the upper surface of the logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer, closing the upper die, the middle die and the lower die, prepressing, preheating and molding;
s3, opening the upper die, enabling the upper surface of the lining layer to be attached to the forming surface of the upper die, and enabling the logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer to be attached to the lower surface of the lining layer; forming a transparent surface layer with a pattern concave position at the top in the molding cavity, wherein the pattern concave position is arranged corresponding to the logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer;
s4, taking out the middle die, closing the upper die and the lower die, embedding the logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer into the pattern concave position, and placing the logo pattern thermoplastic elastomer into heating equipment for heating; and finally, opening the upper die to obtain the transparent piece.
3. A method of manufacturing a patterned shoe upper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: connecting the transparent piece with the vamp body to obtain the patterned vamp; the connection mode is any one of hot pressing, splicing and sewing.
