adding the rubber component into a solvent according to the parts by weight, mixing and stirring, then adding other materials such as pigment and the like, and uniformly mixing to obtain the liquid rubber.
The preparation method of the rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts comprises the following steps:
step S1: taking liquid rubber, heating to 150 ℃ for 1.5min to prepare a rubber body 1 with a preformed surface;
step S2: and (4) taking liquid rubber, brushing image-text liquid rubbers with different colors on the surface of the rubber body 1 prepared in the step S1, heating the liquid rubber of each color to 150 ℃ for heat treatment for 6S after brushing, brushing the liquid rubber of the image-text of the next color, completely forming through heat treatment after the brushing of the images and texts of all colors is finished, and pressing for shaping to obtain the rubber product with the multicolor images and texts.
In the step S2, the heat treatment is infrared radiation heating, the temperature of the heat treatment after the painting of the pictures and texts of all colors is 160 ℃, and the duration of the heat treatment is 3.5 min; the pressing pressure for pressing and shaping is 3.5 MPa.

step S2: taking liquid rubber, printing image-text printing ink with different colors on the surface of the rubber body 1 prepared in the step S1, heating the printing ink with each color to 90 ℃ for heat treatment for 5S, printing the printing ink with the image-text of the next color, and completely forming through heat treatment after printing the images and texts of all colors to prepare the rubber product with multicolor images and texts.
In the step S2, the heat treatment is infrared radiation heating, the heat treatment temperature after printing of the pictures and texts of all colors is 150 ℃, and the heat treatment time is 3 min.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 2, the transparent sole with the multicolor pattern layer sequentially comprises a transparent outsole 3 and a pattern layer from bottom to top, wherein the pattern layer is made of the rubber product with the multicolor pictures and texts of the embodiment 3; wherein, the multicolor image-text layer 2 is attached to the transparent outsole 3.
The preparation of the transparent sole comprises the following steps: preparing a transparent outsole 3, placing the rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts on the upper surface of the transparent outsole 3, and then carrying out hot press molding to obtain the transparent sole with the pattern layer.
The manufacturing method of the transparent outsole 3 comprises the following steps: placing transparent rubber in a mold for vulcanization molding, wherein the transparent rubber is EVA rubber; the temperature for vulcanization molding is 150 ℃ and the time is 360 s.
Wherein the hot-press molding temperature is 80 ℃ and the time is 35 s.

referring to fig. 3, a transparent sole with a multicolor pattern layer, which comprises a transparent outsole 3, a pattern layer and an inner bottom layer 4 from bottom to top in sequence, wherein the pattern layer is made of the rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts of the embodiment 3; wherein, the multicolor picture and text layer 2 is jointed with the transparent outsole 3, and the rubber body 1 is jointed with the inner bottom layer 4.
The preparation of the transparent sole comprises the following steps: preparing an inner bottom layer 4 and a transparent outsole 3, placing a rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts between the inner bottom layer 4 and the transparent outsole 3, and then carrying out hot press molding to obtain the transparent sole with the pattern layer 2.
The manufacturing method of the transparent outsole 3 comprises the following steps: putting transparent rubber into a mold for vulcanization molding, wherein the transparent rubber is silicon rubber; the temperature for vulcanization molding was 155 ℃ and the time was 340 s.
Wherein the hot-press molding temperature is 120 ℃ and the time is 30 s.

This embodiment differs from embodiment 6 described above in that:
referring to fig. 3, a transparent sole with a multicolor pattern layer, which comprises a transparent outsole 3, a pattern layer and an inner bottom layer 4 from bottom to top in sequence, wherein the pattern layer is made of the rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts of the embodiment 3; wherein, the multicolor picture and text layer 2 is jointed with the transparent outsole 3, and the rubber body 1 is jointed with the inner bottom layer 4.
The preparation of the transparent sole comprises the following steps: preparing an inner bottom layer 4 and a transparent outsole 3, placing a rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts between the inner bottom layer 4 and the transparent outsole 3, and then carrying out hot press molding to obtain the transparent sole with the pattern layer.
The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: putting the transparent rubber into a mold for vulcanization molding, wherein the transparent rubber is PU rubber; the temperature for vulcanization molding is 160 ℃ and the time is 320 s.
Wherein the hot-press molding temperature is 160 ℃ and the time is 25 s.

The preparation of the shoe upper comprises the following steps:
firstly, laying the vamp carrier 5 in a mould according to the positions of the positioning nails;
secondly, the rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts and the vamp carrier 5 which are sequentially placed from top to bottom are subjected to hot pressing, and the vamp with multicolor rubber patterns is manufactured.
In the second step, the temperature of the hot pressing is 85 ℃ and the time is 400 s.
Example 10
This embodiment differs from embodiment 9 described above in that:
in the second step, the temperature of the hot pressing is 90 ℃ and the time is 390 s.

This embodiment differs from embodiment 9 described above in that:
in the second step, the temperature of the hot pressing is 95 ℃ and the time is 380 s.

Claims (6)

1. A rubber product with multicolor pictures and texts is characterized in that: the rubber comprises a rubber body and a multicolor image-text layer arranged on the surface of the rubber body; the rubber body is made of liquid rubber.
2. A multicolored graphic rubber product as defined in claim 1, wherein: the liquid rubber includes a rubber component, a pigment component, and a solvent.
3. A multicolored graphic rubber product as defined in claim 2, wherein: the rubber component is natural rubber or/and synthetic rubber.
4. A multicolored graphic rubber product as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the synthetic rubber is at least one of IR, BR, SR, SBR, SES and SSBR.
5. A transparent sole with multicolor pattern layers is characterized in that: the transparent sole comprises a transparent outsole and a pattern layer from bottom to top in sequence, wherein the pattern layer is made of the rubber product with the multicolor pictures and texts as claimed in any one of claims 1-4.
6. An upper having a multi-colored rubber pattern, characterized by: the vamp comprises a multi-color pattern surface layer and a vamp carrier from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the multi-color pattern surface layer is made of the rubber product with the multi-color pattern and the text according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
