The invention discloses a manufacturing process of laser anti-counterfeiting lining paper for cigarettes, which comprises the following steps: designing a hollowed-out laser pattern to prepare a laser anti-counterfeiting base film; uniformly coating direct plating glue on the surface of the laser anti-counterfeiting base film by using a net roller, and attaching the laser anti-counterfeiting base film to the tobacco lining paper by using an extrusion roller to form the laser lining paper for the tobacco; printing bottom gloss oil on the laser lining paper for cigarettes; printing a bias color layer ink after drying, and then drying; carrying out color gold stamping on the dried tipping paper for cigarettes on a hot stamping machine to obtain laser anti-counterfeiting lining paper for cigarettes; and (5) slitting and warehousing. According to the invention, the laser anti-counterfeiting base film is formed by arranging the laser patterns and the hollowed-out patterns in different forms, and then the anti-counterfeiting base film is further enhanced by matching with the polarized color layer ink, meanwhile, lining display with various colors is provided, and novelty is enhanced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lining paper for cigarettes, and particularly relates to a laser anti-counterfeiting lining paper manufacturing process for cigarettes.
Background
The lining paper for cigarettes is used as one of important components of packaging materials of cigarette products and is mainly used for packaging cigarettes. At present, the laser lining paper for cigarettes has been widely applied to cigarette packaging, and the attractive appearance and the anti-counterfeiting performance of the laser lining paper are accepted by the market. The existing manufacturing steps of the laser lining paper for cigarettes mainly comprise: firstly, the designed pattern and character information are made into a laser aluminized mother film (generally an 18 mu m PET film), then the laser aluminized mother film and the base paper of the lining paper are subjected to wet compositing, and then the paper and the film are stripped, printed and colored for protection. The defects of the process are mainly expressed in that: the surface of the laser aluminized mother film has single color and luster, poor anti-counterfeiting performance, namely, the anti-counterfeiting performance is not obvious enough, can be hardly found by consumers, and has insufficient novelty.

step c, printing the bottom gloss oil on the laser lining paper for cigarettes at a machine speed of 150-250m/min, a printing screen roller with a line/cm of 60-80 and a depth of 40-55 microns;
step d, maintaining the machine speed at 150-250m/min, and drying the bottom gloss oil by hot air at 45-100 ℃;
step e, manufacturing a corresponding printing roller according to the hollowed pattern, printing the polarized color layer ink on the hollowed pattern, and then drying at the drying temperature of 70-100 ℃ with the printing plate line number of less than or equal to 60 lines/cm and the depth of 100-120 mu m;
f, performing color gold stamping on the dried tipping paper for cigarettes on a hot stamping machine to obtain laser anti-counterfeiting lining paper for cigarettes;
step g, slitting and warehousing.

f, performing color gold stamping on the dried tipping paper for cigarettes on a hot stamping machine to obtain laser anti-counterfeiting lining paper for cigarettes;
step g, slitting and warehousing.
In one embodiment of the invention, the laser anti-counterfeiting base film is provided with laser patterns and hollowed-out patterns in different forms, a plurality of laser patterns and hollowed-out patterns are respectively arranged on the base film, and then the laser anti-counterfeiting base film is compounded with the lining paper for cigarettes to form the laser lining paper. step b, providing lining paper for cigarettes, uniformly coating direct plating glue on the surface of the laser anti-counterfeiting base film by using a net roller, attaching the laser anti-counterfeiting base film to the lining paper for cigarettes by using a squeeze roller, and drying at 60-130 ℃ for 9-14s to form the laser lining paper for cigarettes;
step c, printing the bottom gloss oil on the laser lining paper for cigarettes at a machine speed of 150-250m/min, a printing screen roller with a line/cm of 60-80 and a depth of 40-55 microns;
step d, maintaining the machine speed at 150-250m/min, and drying the bottom gloss oil by hot air at 45-100 ℃;
