Example 1

Specifically, the industrial bus master station interface card comprises a CPU circuit module 1, an SATA interface circuit module 2 and a bus interface circuit module 3; the CPU circuit module 1 is respectively connected with the SATA interface circuit module 2 and the bus interface circuit module 3 in a communication way.
The SATA interface circuit module 2 is used for storing system data of an operating system, and the operating system is used for operating a bus protocol stack; the bus interface circuit module 3 is used for performing bus data interaction with an industrial bus slave station; the CPU circuit module 1 is configured to parse bus data through a bus protocol stack.
Specifically, after the industrial bus master station interface card is powered on, each circuit module is powered on according to a preset power-on time sequence, and the power-on of the whole interface card system is completed. The SATA interface circuit module 2 stores system data of an operating system, and after the interface card system is powered on, the CPU circuit module 1 starts the operating system stored in the SATA interface circuit module 2. In an optional implementation manner, the Real Time Operating System (RTOS) is selected as the Operating System, and the Real Time Operating System has the characteristics of timely response and high reliability, and can improve the performance of the industrial bus master station. In addition, the industrial bus master station interface card also comprises a control interface circuit module 6; the control interface circuit module 6 is used for receiving control instructions of external control equipment. The bus configuration program is also used for generating a bus configuration file according to the control instruction. Specifically, the control interface circuit module 6 includes one or more of USB and PS2, and the control interface circuit module 6 is used for connecting an input device such as a keyboard and a mouse.
In an alternative embodiment, the industrial bus master station interface card further comprises a display interface circuit module 7; the display interface circuit module 7 is used for receiving the display data sent by the CPU circuit module 1 and transmitting the display data to an external display device. In an optional embodiment, the industrial bus master station interface card further comprises a debugging interface circuit module 8; the debugging interface circuit module 8 is used for receiving debugging signals of external debugging equipment and sending the debugging signals to the CPU circuit module 1.
