Abstract
本发明是一种电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池。本发明的正极板栅采用超低锑合金材料;正极活性物质,由pb粉+1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,PTFE,异性石墨,腈纶棉短纤维制成;负极板栅采用铅钙合金材料;负极活性物质,由pb粉+1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,BaSO4,腐植酸,α、β萘酸,Vltravonw制成。本发明制成的电动摩托车电池,在功率、车速、连续行使距离和爬坡角度等方面,均可完全满足电动车的使用要求。
Description
本发明涉及蓄电池领域,特别是一种电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池。
电动车作为节能、无污染的新型交通工具,受到人们极大的重视。目前电动车实现民用化的主要问题之一是选用质优价廉的电池作为能源。众所周知,世界上的二次电池如:镍—氢化物、锂离子、银—锌等电池虽然性能优良,但价格昂贵,而全密闭铅酸蓄电池的价格则只有镍—氢电池的五分之一,锂离子电池的二十分之一。因此为全密闭铅酸蓄电池在电动车上的应用奠定了基础。然而,现有技术中的全密闭铅酸蓄电池直接应用到电动车中作为牵引型电池,还存在许多诸如:重量比能量低,以及适应不同工况的变电流放电,需要提高极板的活性物质利用率等问题。
本发明的目的,旨在解决上述问题而提出一种高能量的电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池。
本发明的目的可以通过下述方案实现。
电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池,包括壳体,极柱,正负极板栅,表面活性物质和电解液,在本发明中:
正极板栅采用超低锑合金材料,其合金成分(重量)为:0.1-1.0%Sb,0.02-1.5%Na2S5,0.01-1.0%As,0.01-2.0%Sn,0.01-0.8%Cu,余量Pb。
正极活性物质,由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.01-2%PTFE,(C)0.01-1%异性石墨,(d)0.001-1%腈纶棉短纤维制成。
负极板栅采用铅钙合金材料,其合金成分(重量)为:0.01-1.0%Ca,0.01-2.0%Bi,0.02-5.0%Sn,0.01-1.0%Al,余量Pb。
负极活性物质,由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.01-3.0%BaSO4,(c)0.01-1.0%腐植酸,(d)0.01-2.0%α、β萘酸,(e)0.01-0.08%Vltravon W制成。
以下结合本发明的实施例和附图,对电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池予以详细叙述。
电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池,与普通全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池相同由壳体,极柱,正负极板栅,活性物质和电解液等组成。本实施例中:
正极板栅合金成分(重量)为:0.4%Sb,0.3%Na2S5,0.015%As,0.27%Sn,0.03%Cu,余量Pb。合金材料在熔铅锅内熔化,温度控制在480-520℃,铸成板栅。
正极活性物质,由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.05%PTFE,(C)0.03%异性石墨,(d)0.01%腈纶棉短纤维制成。
负极板栅合金成分(重量)为:0.09%Ca,0.1%Bi,0.3%Sn,0.02%Al,余量Pb。合金材料在500-520℃熔化铸成板栅。
负极活性物质,由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.3%BaSO4,(c)0.2%腐植酸,(d)0.2%α、β萘酸,(e)0.05%Vltravon W制成。
Vltravon W是一种耐酸碱性好的扩散剂,对电池的低温性能有极好的作用。
本发明的板栅采用抛物线结点结构形式,可提高极板活性物质的利用率,比普通极板可提高10-15%。
采用上述实施例制成的12V17AH电动摩托车电池,可完全满足电动车的使用要求。其实验数据如下:

本发明还可以有以下实施例:
1、正极板栅
(A)0.6%Sb,0.5%Na2S5,0.1%As,0.2%Sn,0.05%Cu,Pb其余。
(B)0.8%Sb,0.4%Na2S5,0.08%As,0.3%Sn,0.03%Cu,Pb其余。
(C)0.6%Sb,0.2%Na2S5,0.14%As,0.2%Sn,0.03%Cu,Pb其余。
2、负极板栅
(A)0.9%Ca,0.12%Bi,0.5%Sn,0.02%Al,Pb其余。
(B)0.1%Ca,0.08%Bi,0.3%Sn,0.03%Al,Pb其余。
3、负极活性物质
(A)由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.25%BaSO4,(c)0.2%腐植酸,(d)0.18%α、β萘酸,(e)0.08%Vltravon W制成。
(B)由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.2%BaSO4,(c)0.2%腐植酸,(d)O.2%α、β萘酸,(e)0.06%Vltravon W制成。
Claims (2)
1、一种电动车用全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池,包括壳体,极柱,正负极板栅,活性物质和电解液,本发明的特征在于:
所说的正极板栅采用超低锑合金材料,其合金成分(重量)为:0.1-1.0%Sb,0.02-1.5%Na2S5,0.01-1.0%As,0.01-2.0%Sn,0.01-0.8%Cu,余量Pb;
所说的正极活性物质,由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.01-2%PTFE,(C)0.01-1%异性石墨,(d)0.001-1%腈纶棉短纤维制成;
所说的负极板栅采用铅钙合金材料,其合金成分(重量)为:0.01-1.0%Ca,0.01-2.0%Bi,0.02-5.0%Sn,0.01-1.0%Al,余量Pb;
所说的负极活性物质,由Pb粉加入(a)比重为1.25g/cm3H2SO4溶液,(b)0.01-3.0%BaSO4,(c)0.01-1.0%腐植酸,(d)0.01-2.0%α、β萘酸,(e)0.01-0.08%Vltravon W制成;
2、按照权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于板栅采用抛物线结点结构形式。
