8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the sealing means is a sealing means for sealing the opening of the deck through which the marine drive cable passes, the sealing means comprising:
the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is of a stepped sheet structure with a semicircle at one side and a rectangle at the other side, a cover plate fixing pressing plate (3.5) is arranged at one side of the semicircle and the outer edge of the rectangle, and a cover plate clamp sealing gasket (3.4) is bonded at the lower part of the semicircular stepped sheet to be sealed with the cabin penetrating piece (1.1); a cover plate sealing clip (3.3) is vertically connected to the upper part of the rectangular plate of the cover plate fixing plate (3.1), a cover plate clip sealing gasket (3.4) is bonded to the cover plate sealing clip (3.3), and the cover plate sealing clip and the bottom plate sealing clip (2.3) are folded to seal the transmission steel wire rope (5); the lower part of the rectangular sheet of the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is provided with a step, the sealing bottom plate (2) is overlapped and pressed, and the cabin penetrating piece (1.1), the sealing bottom plate (2) and the sealing cover plate (3) are locked by bolts, so that the sealing of the transmission steel wire rope (5) is realized.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sealing means is a sealing means for sealing the opening of the deck through which the marine drive cable passes, the sealing means comprising:
the cover plate sealing clip (3.3) is of a rectangular sheet structure with an arc groove in the middle, through holes are arranged on two sides of the arc groove, and are connected with the bottom plate sealing clip (2.3) through bolts to seal the transmission steel wire rope (5).

the second step is that: the sealing bottom plate (2) is inserted into the transmission steel wire rope (5) and is fastened and sealed with the cabin penetrating piece (1.1) through a bolt through the fixed pressing plate (1.2); the bottom plate fixing plate (2.1) is fixed by welding through the bottom plate fixing pressing plate (2.5), the bottom plate sealing clip (2.3) is fixed by welding with the bottom plate fixing plate (2.1), the bottom plate fixing plate (2.1) and the bottom plate sealing gasket (2.2) are fixed by gluing, and the bottom plate sealing clip (2.3) and the bottom plate sealing gasket (2.4) are fixed by gluing;
the third step: the sealing cover plate (3) and the cabin penetrating piece (1.1) are fastened and sealed through bolts through the fixed pressing plate (1.2), and the sealing cover plate (3) and the sealing bottom plate (2) are fastened and sealed through bolts; the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) and the cover plate fixing pressing plate (3.5) are welded and fixed, the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) and the cover plate sealing clip (3.3) are welded and fixed, the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) and the cover plate sealing gasket (3.2) are fixed by gluing, and the cover plate sealing clip (3.3) and the cover plate sealing clip sealing gasket (3.4) are fixed by gluing;
the fourth step: the bottom plate sealing clip (2.3) and the cover plate sealing clip (3.3) clamp the transmission steel wire rope (5) and are fastened and sealed through bolts and nuts;
the fifth step: when the transmission steel wire rope (5) needs to be operated in a transmission mode, the sealing cover plate (3) and the sealing bottom plate (2) are detached through the loose bolts, the transmission steel wire rope (5) can be operated in the transmission mode, and after the transmission operation of the transmission steel wire rope (5) is finished, the sealing bottom plate (2) and the sealing cover plate (3) are reassembled.
