5. A sealing device for a marine transmission cable through a deck opening area as defined in claim 4, wherein:
the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is of a ladder sheet structure with a semicircle on one side and a rectangle on the other side, the cover plate fixing pressing plate (3.5) is arranged on one side of the semicircle and the rectangle along the outer edge of the rectangle, and the lower part of the semicircle ladder sheet is adhered with a cover plate clip sealing gasket (3.4) and a cabin penetrating piece (1.1) for sealing; the upper part of the rectangular sheet of the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is vertically connected with a cover plate sealing clip (3.3), the cover plate sealing clip (3.3) is adhered with a cover plate clip sealing pad (3.4), and the cover plate sealing clip (2.3) is folded to seal the transmission steel wire rope (5); the lower part of the rectangular piece of the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is provided with a step, the sealing bottom plate (2) is laminated, and the cabin passing piece (1.1), the sealing bottom plate (2) and the sealing cover plate (3) are locked through bolts, so that the sealing of the transmission steel wire rope (5) is realized.
6. A sealing device for a marine transmission cable through a deck opening area as defined in claim 5, wherein:
the cover plate sealing clamp (3.3) is of a rectangular sheet structure with an arc groove in the middle, through holes are arranged on two sides of the arc groove, and the cover plate sealing clamp is connected with the bottom plate sealing clamp (2.3) through bolts and seals the transmission steel wire rope (5).
7. A sealing method for a marine transmission steel wire rope passing through a deck open area is characterized by comprising the following steps:
use of a sealing device according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
the first step: the deck (4) of the ship body and the transmission steel wire rope (5) are isolated by adopting a cabin passing piece (1.1), the aperture of the cabin passing piece (1.1) is enlarged by 50-200mm according to the transmission operation range of the transmission steel wire rope (5), and the periphery of the cabin passing piece (1.1) is additionally provided with a fixed pressing plate (1.2);
and a second step of: the sealing bottom plate (2) is inserted into the transmission steel wire rope (5) and is fastened and sealed with the cabin passing piece (1.1) through a fixed pressing plate (1.2) through bolts; the bottom plate fixing plate (2.1) is welded and fixed through the bottom plate fixing pressing plate (2.5), the bottom plate sealing clamp (2.3) is welded and fixed with the bottom plate fixing plate (2.1), the bottom plate fixing plate (2.1) is fixed with the bottom plate sealing gasket (2.2) through gluing, and the bottom plate sealing clamp (2.3) is fixed with the bottom plate clamp sealing gasket (2.4) through gluing;
and a third step of: the sealing cover plate (3) and the cabin penetrating piece (1.1) are fastened and sealed through bolts by the fixed pressing plate (1.2), and the sealing cover plate (3) and the sealing bottom plate (2) are fastened and sealed through bolts; the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is welded and fixed with the cover plate fixing pressing plate (3.5), the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is welded and fixed with the cover plate sealing clamp (3.3), the cover plate fixing plate (3.1) is fixed with the cover plate sealing gasket (3.2) by gluing, and the cover plate sealing clamp (3.3) is fixed with the cover plate clamp sealing gasket (3.4) by gluing;
fourth step: the bottom plate sealing clamp (2.3) and the cover plate sealing clamp (3.3) clamp the transmission steel wire rope (5) and are tightly sealed through bolts and nuts;
fifth step: when the transmission steel wire rope (5) needs to be in transmission operation, the sealing cover plate (3) and the sealing bottom plate (2) are detached through loosening bolts, the transmission operation of the transmission steel wire rope (5) can be performed, and after the transmission operation of the transmission steel wire rope (5) is finished, the sealing bottom plate (2) and the sealing cover plate (3) are assembled again.
