Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to an antipyretic patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily life, people often suffer from fever caused by various reasons, particularly exogenous fever, and timely physical cooling is a measure taken firstly, the physical cooling is realized by rubbing bath of alcohol on the back, face, abdomen, armpit and the like of a patient, the alcohol cooling only has a single cooling and antipyretic effect and cannot radically eliminate the cause of disease, in addition, antipyretic and analgesic drugs can be taken, but the drugs can bring very large side effects to human bodies, and particularly, antibiotics are not suitable for special crowds such as pregnant women, infants and the like.
The defervesce plaster belongs to a physical cooling article and is widely applied to the conditions of fever, summer heat and high-temperature operation of children, etc. The traditional cooling paste has a simple structure, is prepared by taking polymer hydrogel as a main component, and adopts the principle that liquid water is locked by the polymer gel in the gel layer, and the liquid water is converted into water vapor after absorbing heat on the forehead surface, so that the temperature of the head is locally reduced. However, the conventional cooling patch has the following disadvantages:
1) the antipyretic patch is a disposable article, cannot be used for the second time, has low resource utilization rate and is not beneficial to sustainable development.
2) The function is single, and the user can not judge whether the user defervesces through the color of the defervescing paste.
In view of the above, there is a need to improve the existing cooling patch and the preparation thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the related art, an object of the present application is to provide an antipyretic patch, which has a better cooling effect, can be used for multiple times, and can determine whether a user has fever through the color of the antipyretic patch.
In order to achieve the purpose, the application provides an annealing paste which comprises a back lining layer, an annealing layer and a protective layer, wherein the back lining layer, the annealing layer and the protective layer are sequentially arranged, and the annealing layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
preferably, the heat-release layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
preferably, the heat-clearing layer further comprises a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution comprises, by weight, 10-15 parts of honeysuckle, 10-15 parts of radix bupleuri, 5-10 parts of schizonepeta and 5-10 parts of ginkgo leaves. The Chinese medicinal extractive solution has good heat and toxic materials clearing away effect.
Preferably, the heat-clearing layer further comprises a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution comprises, by weight, 5-10 parts of dandelion, 10-15 parts of gardenia, 10-15 parts of rhizoma picrorhizae and 5-10 parts of fructus forsythiae. The Chinese medicinal extractive solution has good effects of clearing heat and reducing dryness.
Preferably, the bacteriostatic agent is methyl benzoate;
preferably, the cross-linking agent is at least one of aluminum glyceroxide and aluminum hydroxide.
Preferably, the protective layer is a polyethylene film.
Preferably, the backing layer is a breathable nonwoven material.
Preferably, the phase change heat dissipation material is polyethylene glycol with average relative molecular mass of 950-1000. The polyethylene glycol is an organic solid-solid phase change material (a solid ordered molecular connection structure is changed into a solid disordered molecular connection structure), and the phase change temperature of the polyethylene glycol is increased along with the increase of the polymerization degree, so that the average relative molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol cannot be too high or too low, and when the polyethylene glycol reaches the phase change temperature (37-39 ℃), solid-solid phase change can be generated, and heat can be absorbed or released.
In addition, the application also provides a preparation method of the cooling paste, which comprises the following steps:
1) adding the menthol, the cross-linking agent and the phase-change heat dissipation material into purified water, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain a first mixture;
2) adding the temperature-sensitive color-changing powder, ethanol, a bacteriostatic agent and sorbitol into glycerol, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a second mixture;
3) adding the first mixture prepared in the step 1) into the second mixture prepared in the step 2), and stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain polymer gel;
4) and coating the polymer gel prepared in the step 3) on the upper surface of the back lining layer to obtain the heat-removing layer, then covering the protective layer on the upper surface of the heat-removing layer, and then forming, shearing and curing to obtain the heat-removing paste.
The technical scheme provided by the application can achieve the following beneficial effects: the application provides a subsides of bringing down a fever, including back sheet, the layer of bringing down a fever and the protective layer that sets gradually, the layer of bringing down a fever includes the composition of following parts by weight: 15-25 parts of menthol, 25-35 parts of a phase-change heat-dissipation material, 1-8 parts of a temperature-sensitive color-changing powder, 5-10 parts of ethanol, 1-5 parts of a bacteriostatic agent, 1-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 5-10 parts of glycerol, 10-15 parts of sorbitol and 50-60 parts of purified water. Compared with the prior art, the cooling effect that the subsides of bringing down a fever that this application provided have the preferred can repetitious usage, can also judge whether the user brings down a fever through the subsides colour of bringing down a fever simultaneously. The phase change heat dissipation material is added, when the phase change temperature is reached, the phase change occurs to absorb the heat on the forehead surface, so that the cooling effect is achieved, and after the cooling is finished, the energy is released to the outside through the phase change, so that the cooling patch manufactured by the invention can be used for many times, the resource utilization rate is improved, and the production cost is reduced; in addition, by adding the temperature-sensitive color-changing powder, when the temperature of the cooling paste exceeds 37 ℃, the temperature-sensitive color-changing powder becomes colorless, and when the temperature of the cooling paste is lower than 37 ℃, the temperature-sensitive color-changing powder returns dark blue, so that people can visually judge whether the user is cooling through the color of the cooling paste.
