2. Stability comparison of compositions of different particle sizes of the Top emulsion
It can be seen that as the particle size of the upper emulsion is larger, the composition is left at-15 ℃ for 24 hours, the emulsion breaking of the upper emulsion is more likely to occur for the composition with larger particle size, and the particle size of the upper emulsion affects the stability of the upper emulsion. The smaller the particle size, the more stable the low temperature stability. The time for starting the separation is shorter as the particle size of the upper emulsion is larger.

the preparation method of the double-layer cleaning composition comprises the following steps: mixing oil and emulsifier uniformly, adding water (phase A component), homogenizing at 3000-3500r/min speed to make at least 80% of oil exist in dispersion medium with particle size of 1-15 μm, to obtain upper layer component; stirring surfactant, fatty alcohol, active ingredient and water (phase B component) uniformly, adding the upper layer component, stirring for 10-15min, and adjusting pH to 5.0-5.5 to obtain the double-layer cleaning composition.
1. Moisture retention test
Among a plurality of volunteers with the ages of 18-20 and healthy skin, 80 volunteers are randomly selected as subjects and divided into 4 groups of 20 persons, the groups respectively use examples 4-5 and comparative examples 3-4 of the invention, the moistening degree of the product is evaluated after the use, the best moistening degree is 10, the worst moistening degree is 0, and the test results are shown in the following table:
therefore, the tremella polysaccharide and wormwood extract are selected as the active components, and when the tremella polysaccharide and wormwood extract are compounded for use, the tremella polysaccharide and wormwood extract have a synergistic effect compared with single use, and the tremella polysaccharide and wormwood extract can keep skin moisture, nourish and moisturize skin.
2. Irritation test
12 of the volunteers aged 18 to 20 years and having healthy skin were randomly selected as subjects, divided into three groups of ABC, and the skin states of the subjects 24h and 48h after using the product were observed by using the inventive examples 1 to 3, respectively. The "-" indicates no response, namely the result is negative, and no stimulation is caused to the skin; the "+" indicates that the skin was irritated by a reaction, i.e., a positive result. The test results are given in the following table:
therefore, the invention is mild and non-irritant.
The double-layer cleaning composition disclosed by the invention does not contain sulfate, is mild and non-irritant, has good cleaning performance, abundant foam and good skin feel in use, and can keep moisture for a long time after being used.
Claims (10)
1. A two-layer cleaning composition, which is characterized by comprising an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of grease, 0.1-1% of emulsifier and 10-15% of water; the lower layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 12-20% of surfactant, 5-15% of lower aliphatic alcohol with carbon atom number not more than 8, 1-2% of active ingredient and the balance of water; the sum of the components in the upper layer and the lower layer is 100%; the active ingredient is at least one of tremella polysaccharide and wormwood extract.
2. A dual layer cleaning composition according to claim 1 wherein at least 80% of the grease in the upper layer is present in the dispersion medium at a particle size of 1-15 μm.
3. The dual layer cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein the oil comprises at least one of natural mineral oil, vegetable oil, synthetic oil; the natural mineral oil is at least one of mineral oil, petrolatum and branched chain aliphatic hydrocarbon; the vegetable oil is at least one of coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, almond oil, sweet almond oil, macadamia nut oil, jojoba seed oil, shea butter and rose hip oil; the synthetic oil is at least one of palmitic acid, myristic acid esters and caprylic/capric acid glyceride.
4. The dual layer cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier has an HLB value of from 3 to 18.
5. The dual layer cleaning composition of claim 4, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan monooleate, glyceryl stearate, polyglyceryl stearate, PEG-n glyceryl stearate, fatty alcohol polyether-n, alkylphenol polyether-n, sucrose fatty acid ester.
6. The dual layer cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein the surfactant is at least one of a sulfate-free anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and a nonionic surfactant.
7. The two-layer cleaning composition according to claim 6, wherein the anionic surfactant is at least one of alkyl alcohol sulfates, alkyl alcohol polyether sulfates, alkyl-aryl sulfonates, sulfosuccinates, fatty acyl taurates, fatty acyl amino acid salts; the amphoteric surfactant is at least one of cocoamidopropyl betaine, cocoamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, sodium lauroamphoacetate, sodium cocoamphoacetate, sodium lauroamphodiacetate and sodium cocoamphodiacetate; the nonionic surfactant is at least one of fatty alcohol polyether-n, alkyl polyglycoside, ethoxylated oil and grease and alkylolamide.
8. The dual layer cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein the lower aliphatic alcohol has a carbon number of 3 to 6 and a hydroxyl number of 2 or more.
9. The dual layer cleaning composition of claim 8, wherein the lower aliphatic alcohol comprises at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol.
10. A method of making a dual layer cleaning composition according to any of claims 1 to 9 comprising the steps of: mixing oil and emulsifier uniformly, adding water, and homogenizing at 3000-; mixing surfactant, lower fatty alcohol, active ingredient and water, adding the upper layer component, stirring for 10-15min, and adjusting pH to 5-5.5 to obtain the double-layer cleaning composition.
