本发明提供一种静电保护电路、电源管理芯片及显示终端,静电保护电路包括电平转换单元和电源管理单元,电平转换单元用于输出静电侦测信号;电源管理单元用于接收故障侦测信号;静电保护电路还包括钳位模块,钳位模块的输入端接收静电侦测信号,钳位模块的输出端输出故障侦测信号;当静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块的输出端持续输出高电平,直至电源管理单元停止工作;本发明通过设置钳位模块,用于接收静电侦测信号以及输出故障侦测信号,在过高的ESD环境下,当静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块能持续输出高电平,直至电源管理单元停止工作,屏幕掉电关机,防止出现闪屏、花屏等异常画面。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种静电保护电路、电源管理芯片及显示终端。
背景技术
电视机(Television,TV)或窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT,简称NB)等显示终端产品的电源管理芯片内部包括电平转换单元(Level Shifter)和电源管理单元(PMIC),电平转换单元用于输出静电侦测信号(LS_FLT),电源管理单元用于接收故障侦测信号(PMIC_FLT),故障侦测信号与静电侦测信号相导通。
通常在过高的静电放电(Electro-Static discharge,ESD)情况下,电平转换单元的静电侦测信号的电平会被拉高。相应的,故障侦测信号的电平也会拉高,电源管理单元会停止供电,屏幕会相应变暗。当ESD规格下降,静电侦测信号的电平会拉低恢复正常,故障侦测信号的电平也会拉低,电源管理单元正常供电,画面输出正常。但如果过高的ESD干扰源反复接触屏幕或者整机,屏幕可能会不停的亮暗,出现闪屏、花屏等现象,让人有屏幕不良的错觉。故,有必要改善这一缺陷。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种静电保护电路,用于解决现有技术的显示终端产品在过高的ESD干扰源反复接触屏幕或整机时,出现闪屏、花屏等显示不良的技术问题。
本发明实施例提供一种静电保护电路,包括电平转换单元和电源管理单元,所述电平转换单元用于输出静电侦测信号;所述电源管理单元用于接收故障侦测信号;其中,所述静电保护电路还包括钳位模块,所述钳位模块的输入端接收所述静电侦测信号,所述钳位模块的输出端输出所述故障侦测信号;当所述静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,所述钳位模块的输出端持续输出高电平,直至所述电源管理单元停止工作。
在本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路中,所述电平转换单元包括静电电压检测模块和判断模块,所述静电电压检测模块用于检测静电电压,所述判断模块中存储有第一阈值,所述判断模块用于判断所述静电电压与所述第一阈值之间的大小关系,当所述静电电压小于所述第一阈值时,所述静电侦测信号为低电平;当所述静电电压大于或等于所述第一阈值时,所述静电侦测信号为高电平。
在本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路中,当所述故障侦测信号为低电平时,所述电源管理单元正常供电;当所述故障侦测信号为高电平时,所述电源管理单元停止供电。
在本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路中,所述钳位模块由D触发器构成,所述D触发器的时钟信号端为所述钳位模块的输入端,所述D触发器的输出端为所述钳位模块的输出端,所述D触发器的输入端接收恒压高电平信号。
在本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路中,所述静电保护电路还包括开关模块,所述开关模块的输入端接收所述静电侦测信号,所述开关模块的第一输出端与所述D触发器的时钟信号端电性连接,所述开关模块的第二输出端输出所述故障侦测信号;其中,所述开关模块的输入端与所述第一输出端或所述第二输出端电性连接。
在本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路中,所述开关模块由寄存器构成,当所述寄存器的设定位为低电平时,所述开关模块的输入端与所述第一输出端电性连接;当所述寄存器的设定位为高电平时,所述开关模块的输入端与所述第二输出端电性连接。
在本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路中,所述钳位模块和所述开关模块均位于所述电源管理单元内。

如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的静电保护电路的基本结构示意图,所述静电保护电路包括电平转换单元10和电源管理单元20,所述电平转换单元10用于输出静电侦测信号LS_FLT;所述电源管理单元20用于接收故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT;其中,所述静电保护电路还包括钳位模块30,所述钳位模块30的输入端301接收所述静电侦测信号LS_FLT,所述钳位模块30的输出端302输出所述故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT;当所述静电侦测信号LS_FLT由低电平跳变至高电平时,所述钳位模块30的输出端302持续输出高电平,直至所述电源管理单元20停止工作。
需要说明的是,电源管理芯片分为两大部分,一部分是电平转换单元10(LevelShifter),用于供面内栅极驱动(GOA)信号;另一部分是电源管理单元20(PMIC),用于供电。
在一种实施例中,所述电平转换单元10包括静电电压检测模块(图未示)和判断模块(图未示),静电电压检测模块用于检测静电电压,判断模块中存储有第一阈值,判断模块用于判断静电电压与第一阈值之间的大小关系,当静电电压小于第一阈值时,静电侦测信号LS_FLT为低电平;当静电电压大于或等于第一阈值时,静电侦测信号LS_FLT为高电平。
需要说明的是,当干扰源接触显示终端的屏幕或整机时,会将电荷转移到显示终端上,或通过显示终端放电,静电电压为干扰源和显示终端之间的电压。另外,第一阈值存储在电平转换单元10中的判断模块中,可通过外部指令操作输入,第一阈值的大小根据产品的需求而定,对于不同的产品的第一阈值不同,具体的,可将不同型号的产品与其对应的第一阈值绑定,形成一个阈值表,存储在判断模块中,针对不同产品采用不同的第一阈值进行判断。
在一种实施例中,所述电源管理单元20用于接收故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT,故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT用于控制电源管理单元20的供电使能端,当故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT为低电平时,电源管理单元20正常供电;当故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT为高电平时,电源管理单元20停止供电。
具体的,正常工作条件下静电侦测信号LS_FLT、故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT均为低电平。当外部发生异常时,如过高的ESD、过流、过压等状况出现时,故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT就会置高电平,电源管理单元20开始进行保护动作,停止供电,屏幕就会掉电关机(即黑屏)。
可以理解的是,现有技术的故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT直接通过导线与静电侦测信号LS_FLT导通,在过高的ESD反复干扰的情况下,静电侦测信号LS_FLT会不断的由低电平跳变至高电平、由高电平跳变至低电平,故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT也会随着静电侦测信号LS_FLT不断的由低电平跳变至高电平、由高电平跳变至低电平,会导致电源管理单元20不断的停止供电、正常供电,因此,会造成屏幕不断的暗、亮,即会出现闪屏、花屏等显示不良。本发明通过设置钳位模块30,用于接收静电侦测信号LS_FLT以及输出故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT,在过高的ESD环境下,当静电侦测信号LS_FLT由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块30能持续输出高电平,具体的,当静电侦测信号LS_FLT初次由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块30就会持续输出高电平,后面即使ESD突然消失,静电侦测信号LS_FLT由高电平恢复至低电平,钳位模块30还是会持续输出高电平,使得故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT被钳位至高电平,直至电源管理单元20停止工作,屏幕掉电关机,因此,采用本发明提供的静电保护电路可以防止出现闪屏、花屏等异常画面。
在一种实施例中,所述钳位模块30由D触发器31构成,所述D触发器31的时钟信号端CLK为所述钳位模块30的输入端301,所述D触发器31的输出端Q为所述钳位模块30的输出端302,所述D触发器31的输入端D接收恒压高电平信号VL。
需要说明的是,D触发器31是一个具有记忆功能的,具有两个稳定状态的信息存储器件。D触发器31只有在时钟信号端CLK的脉冲的上升沿(正跳变0→1)发生翻转,D触发器31的次态Qn+1取决于时钟信号端CLK的脉冲的上升沿到来之前输入端D的状态,即次态Qn+1=D。因此,它具有置0、置1两个稳定状态。由于在时钟信号端CLK=1(高电平)期间具有维持阻塞作用,所以在时钟信号端CLK=1(高电平)期间,输入端D的数据状态变化,不会影响D触发器31的输出状态。
具体的,当静电侦测信号LS_FLT初次由低电平跳变至高电平时,即D触发器31的时钟信号端CLK发生正跳变(上升沿),此时输出端Q的电平等于时钟信号端CLK发生正跳变前输入端D的电平,即为恒压高电平信号VL;当ESD突然消失,静电侦测信号LS_FLT由高电平恢复至低电平时,D触发器31的次态Qn+1还是维持恒压高电平信号VL,使得故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT被钳位至高电平,直至电源管理单元20停止工作,屏幕掉电关机,因此可以防止出现闪屏、花屏等异常画面。
在一种实施例中,所述恒压高电平信号VL的电压值大于或等于4伏且小于或等于6伏,一般为5V。
在一种实施例中,所述静电保护电路还包括开关模块40,所述开关模块40的输入端401接收所述静电侦测信号LS_FLT,所述开关模块40的第一输出端402与所述D触发器31的时钟信号端CLK电性连接,所述开关模块40的第二输出端403输出所述故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT;其中,所述开关模块40的输入端401与所述第一输出端402或所述第二输出端403电性连接。
可以理解的是,当所述开关模块40的输入端401与所述第一输出端402电性连接时,所述D触发器31的时钟信号端CLK接收所述静电侦测信号LS_FLT,可实现当静电侦测信号LS_FLT由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块30能持续输出高电平,直至电源管理单元20停止工作,屏幕掉电关机,防止出现闪屏、花屏等异常画面;当所述开关模块40的输入端401与所述第二输出端403电性连接时,静电侦测信号LS_FLT直接与故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT导通,因此,可兼顾不同客户的不同需求,而且电路结构简单实用。
在一种实施例中,所述开关模块40由寄存器41构成,当所述寄存器41的设定位Reg00h[0]为低电平时,即Reg00h[0]=0时,所述开关模块40的输入端401与所述第一输出端402电性连接,即选通D触发器31,那么当静电侦测信号LS_FLT被过高的ESD拉至1时,即静电侦测信号LS_FLT由低电平跳变至高电平时,D触发器31的时钟信号端CLK的脉冲的上升沿触发,故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT=Q=D=1(VL为恒压高电平信号),即使当ESD规格下降LS_FLT=0时,D触发器31的次态Qn+1=D=1,故障侦测信号PMIC_FLT被钳位至1,电源管理单元20保护无输出,屏幕掉电关机,重新上电正常;当所述寄存器41的设定位Reg00h[0]为高电平时,即Reg00h[0]=1时,所述开关模块40的输入端401与所述第二输出端403电性连接。
需要说明的是,寄存器41的设定位的状态可以通过外部指令写入0或者1,不同的写入值对应不同的电路连接形式。如果针对某些特定客户需要在过高的ESD环境下黑屏,那么通过外部指令把寄存器41的设定位Reg00h[0]写入0;如果客户没有特别要求的话,直接把寄存器41的设定位Reg00h[0]写入1,即可以满足不同客户的需求。
在一种实施例中,所述钳位模块30和所述开关模块40均位于所述电源管理单元20内。在其他实施例中,所述钳位模块30和所述开关模块40也可以均位于所述电平转换单元10内。
接下来,请参阅图2,为本发明实施例提供的电源管理芯片的结构框图,所述电源管理芯片100包括图1所述的静电保护电路,所述静电保护电路包括电平转换单元10和电源管理单元20,所述电平转换单元10用于输出静电侦测信号;所述电源管理单元20用于接收故障侦测信号;其中,所述静电保护电路还包括钳位模块(图未示),所述钳位模块的输入端接收所述静电侦测信号,所述钳位模块的输出端输出所述故障侦测信号;当所述静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,所述钳位模块的输出端持续输出高电平,直至所述电源管理单元20停止工作。所述静电保护电路的具体结构和工作原理请参阅图1及相关说明,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种显示终端,包括显示面板和图2所述的电源管理芯片100,所述显示面板可以为液晶显示面板或有机发光二极管显示面板。本发明实施例提供的显示终端可以为:手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、电视机、数码相机、导航仪等具有显示功能的产品或部件。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种静电保护电路,包括电平转换单元和电源管理单元,电平转换单元用于输出静电侦测信号;电源管理单元用于接收故障侦测信号;其中,静电保护电路还包括钳位模块,钳位模块的输入端接收静电侦测信号,钳位模块的输出端输出故障侦测信号;当静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块的输出端持续输出高电平,直至电源管理单元停止工作;本发明通过设置钳位模块,用于接收静电侦测信号以及输出故障侦测信号,在过高的ESD环境下,当静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,钳位模块能持续输出高电平,直至电源管理单元停止工作,屏幕掉电关机,防止出现闪屏、花屏等异常画面,解决了现有技术的显示终端产品在过高的ESD干扰源反复接触屏幕或整机时,出现闪屏、花屏等显示不良的技术问题。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的一种静电保护电路、电源管理芯片及显示终端进行了详细介绍。应理解,本文所述的示例性实施方式应仅被认为是描述性的,用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想,而并不用于限制本发明。

Claims (7)

1.一种静电保护电路,其特征在于,包括:
电平转换单元,用于输出静电侦测信号;
电源管理单元,用于接收故障侦测信号;
其中,所述静电保护电路还包括钳位模块,所述钳位模块的输入端接收所述静电侦测信号,所述钳位模块的输出端输出所述故障侦测信号;当所述静电侦测信号由低电平跳变至高电平时,所述钳位模块的输出端持续输出高电平,直至所述电源管理单元停止工作;
所述钳位模块由D触发器构成,所述D触发器的时钟信号端为所述钳位模块的输入端,所述D触发器的输出端为所述钳位模块的输出端,所述D触发器的输入端接收恒压高电平信号;
所述静电保护电路还包括开关模块,开关模块由寄存器构成,所述开关模块的输入端接收所述静电侦测信号,所述开关模块的第一输出端与所述D触发器的时钟信号端电性连接,所述开关模块的第二输出端输出所述故障侦测信号;
其中,当所述寄存器的设定位为低电平时,所述开关模块的输入端与所述第一输出端电性连接;当所述寄存器的设定位为高电平时,所述开关模块的输入端与所述第二输出端电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,所述电平转换单元包括静电电压检测模块和判断模块,所述静电电压检测模块用于检测静电电压,所述判断模块中存储有第一阈值,所述判断模块用于判断所述静电电压与所述第一阈值之间的大小关系,当所述静电电压小于所述第一阈值时,所述静电侦测信号为低电平;当所述静电电压大于或等于所述第一阈值时,所述静电侦测信号为高电平。
3.如权利要求2所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,当所述故障侦测信号为低电平时,所述电源管理单元正常供电;当所述故障侦测信号为高电平时,所述电源管理单元停止供电。
4.如权利要求1所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,所述钳位模块和所述开关模块均位于所述电源管理单元内。
5.如权利要求1所述的静电保护电路,其特征在于,所述钳位模块和所述开关模块均位于所述电平转换单元内。
6.一种电源管理芯片,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至5任一项所述的静电保护电路。
7.一种显示终端,其特征在于,包括显示面板和如权利要求6所述的电源管理芯片。
