The ground gap filling device before waterproof construction of a top building as claimed in claim 4, characterized by further comprising a water adding assembly (8) for conveniently adding clear water, wherein the water adding assembly (8) comprises a water storage frame (81), a square plate (82), a first L-shaped connecting rod (83) and a fourth spring (84), the water storage frame (81) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the right part of the movable frame (1), the square plate (82) for retaining water is slidably arranged in the middle of the left part of the water storage frame (81), the first L-shaped connecting rod (83) is fixedly connected to the middle of the square plate (82), the first L-shaped connecting rod (83) is matched with the material placing frame (41), and the fourth spring (84) is connected between the middle of the top of the square plate (82) and the inner side face of the water storage frame (81).
