S3将步骤S2得到的所述基片消静电处理;
S4在所述基片的背面依次转印油墨层、金油层;
S5对所述基片的正面依次涂覆消晕剂层、耐老化层;
S6通过TiO2或Al2O3或SiO2溅射在所述耐老化层上形成阻隔层;
S7对所述阻隔层上涂覆丙烯酸类树脂或不饱和聚酯或聚氨酯或环氧树脂形成保护层;
S8在步骤S7得到的幕布的正反面分别涂覆有机硅保护层;
S9在步骤S8得到的幕布的正面依次涂置白色胶和玻璃微珠,加热固化定型,依次形成白色胶层以及玻璃微珠层。
优选的,在上述长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法中,所述耐老化层通过涂覆乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物或氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或乙烯三氟氯乙烯共聚物或聚偏氟乙烯形成。
优选的,在上述长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法中,步骤S9通过涂层植珠联合机实现。
优选的,在上述长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法中,所述基片的厚度为0.08-0.09mm。
优选的,在上述长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法中,所述耐老化层厚度25-30μm。
优选的,在上述长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法中,所述玻璃微珠层微珠粒径小于0.06mm。
本发明提供了一种长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,得到的幕布不易产生褶皱、恢复性好、耐脏、寿命长。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例如下:
长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,依次包括如下步骤:
S1采用织布层作为基片,厚度为0.08-0.09mm;
s2将基片在第一浸液中浸泡45分钟后烘干,再浸入第二浸液中浸泡45分钟后烘干,第一浸液按质量份包括80份聚氨酯树脂、1份催化剂、13份浸润剂、0.6份偶联剂、3份阻燃剂、8份消泡剂、20份有机硅织物整理剂、25份固化剂,第二浸液为浓度为3%的壳聚糖溶液;
S3将步骤S2得到的基片消静电处理;
S4在基片的背面依次转印油墨层、金油层;
S5对基片的正面依次涂覆消晕剂层、耐老化层,耐老化层厚度25-30μm,耐老化层通过涂覆乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物或氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或乙烯三氟氯乙烯共聚物或聚偏氟乙烯形成;
S6通过TiO2或Al2O3或SiO2溅射在耐老化层上形成阻隔层;
S7对阻隔层上涂覆丙烯酸类树脂或不饱和聚酯或聚氨酯或环氧树脂形成保护层;
S8在步骤S7得到的幕布的正反面分别涂覆有机硅保护层;
S9在步骤S8得到的幕布的正面通过涂层植珠联合机依次涂置白色胶和玻璃微珠,加热固化定型,依次形成白色胶层以及玻璃微珠层,玻璃微珠层微珠粒径小于0.06mm。
本发明技术方案,织布层综合考虑了织布层与浸液的结合性以及织布层的易清洗和耐脏性,第一浸液能够使树脂聚合物更好的附着于多轴向织物表面上,形成有机涂层,使织物的耐洗涤性和抗污性好,也有一定的抗菌性。
第二浸液中壳聚糖与有机硅在纤维之间形成一定交联,并在织物表面成膜,取得协同、增效的整理效果,提高织物的褶皱恢复能力。
耐老化层可以是一层氟化物膜,氟化物膜的厚度在25-30μm之间,氟化物膜主要为乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、乙烯三氟氯乙烯共聚物或聚偏氟乙烯等材料,增加耐老化层,可以提高基片材料的耐老化性能,提高幕布的使用寿命。
阻隔层为通过蒸发、溅射、化学气相沉积等方法生长,阻隔层的材料选自TiO2、Al2O3、SiO2中的一种,阻隔层对水汽等进行阻隔,起到对外部环境阻隔的功能。
保护层,厚度为1~3μm之间,主要作用是填充阻隔层表面的凹凸起伏及空隙,使得阻隔层表面平整光滑,保护层选用的材料可以为丙烯酸类树脂、不饱和聚酯、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等。
玻璃微珠层玻璃微珠增益高,对环境要求比较低,不怕潮湿,不容易产生掉珠、发黄、曲边等现象,运输和安装方便,成本低。

Claims (6)

1.一种长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
S1采用织布层作为基片;
s2将所述基片在第一浸液中浸泡45分钟后烘干,再浸入第二浸液中浸泡45分钟后烘干,所述第一浸液按质量份包括80份聚氨酯树脂、1份催化剂、13份浸润剂、0.6份偶联剂、3份阻燃剂、8份消泡剂、20份有机硅织物整理剂、25份固化剂,所述第二浸液为浓度为3%的壳聚糖溶液;
S3将步骤S2得到的所述基片消静电处理;
S4在所述基片的背面依次转印油墨层、金油层;
S5对所述基片的正面依次涂覆消晕剂层、耐老化层;
S6通过TiO2或Al2O3或SiO2溅射在所述耐老化层上形成阻隔层;
S7对所述阻隔层上涂覆丙烯酸类树脂或不饱和聚酯或聚氨酯或环氧树脂形成保护层;
S8在步骤S7得到的幕布的正反面分别涂覆有机硅保护层;
S9在步骤S8得到的幕布的正面依次涂置白色胶和玻璃微珠,加热固化定型,依次形成白色胶层以及玻璃微珠层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述耐老化层通过涂覆乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物或氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或乙烯三氟氯乙烯共聚物或聚偏氟乙烯形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤S9通过涂层植珠联合机实现。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述基片的厚度为0.08-0.09mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命耐脏幕布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述耐老化层厚度25-30μm。
