Abstract
本发明公开了一种新能源汽车专用减振器油,按质量百分比计,其组成为:基础油余量,粘度指数改进剂2‑8%,减摩剂0.1‑0.5%,极压抗磨剂0.5‑2.5%,抗氧剂0.01‑0.5%,消泡剂20‑80ppm。该减振器油以精制矿物油或合成基础油PAO为原料,通过加入粘度指数改进剂、减摩剂、挤压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和消泡剂等添加剂反应制得。本发明新能源汽车专用的减振器油,具有高粘度指数,突出的润滑性能,良好的低温性能,优良的抗泡性,合适的橡胶相容性。可满足新能源汽车低异响、全天候的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体是一种新能源汽车专用的减振器油。
背景技术
目前新能源汽车在国内迅速发展,大部分新能源汽车采用电机驱动,由于缺少发动机声音的掩蔽,风噪、胎噪及汽车减振器异响噪音等更易降低整车的乘坐体验感受,从各方面降低或避免噪音,发达国家正在大力推行汽车低噪音化工程,大幅度车内噪音,以前曾不成问题的悬挂系统异响越来越受到重视,已成为新能源汽车行业研究的重点。减振器性能良好无异响才能保证悬挂系统的最佳特性,而减振器油是影响减振器稳定性、示功特性及抗泡性等主要原因之一,减振器油的润滑性、抗泡性、高低温性能、橡胶相容性避免减振器异响发生的主要因素。
汽车减振器是悬挂系统的重要组件,在行驶时转向或者改变车速时,悬挂系统中的减振器会被拉伸和压缩,减振器内部阀系与油液的摩擦及液体分子的内摩擦形成对振动的阻尼力,使车身和车架的振动能量被转为热能,最终被油液和减振器壳体吸收,然后散发到大气中。
汽车减振器因油液导致的异响可分为:摩擦异响、气流异响、液流异响三种。
油液减振器摩擦异响分为摩擦异响、摩擦撞击异响,摩擦异响主要由油封和活塞杆之间摩擦产生,主要受油品润滑性能影响。摩擦撞击异响是减振器油泄漏导致,由于无法产生应有的阻尼力,减振器在部分或全行程内出现空程,产生撞击异响。油品与油封相容性差导致的油品泄漏,使减振器失去减振作用是原因之一。
汽车在行驶过程中,由于往复运动,减振器油中会不断溶入、释放气体。油液内部气泡在通过阀系时破裂,油液表面气泡累积会导致空程。油液内部和表面的气泡过多都会引起异响发生。所以对减振器油品的消泡性、空气释放性提出较高要求。
汽车工作环境温度变化较大,减振器运动生热,在高温时,由于油液粘度下降,导致通过阀系速度过快,喷射在钢筒表面,产生异响。在低温工作环境时,由于油液粘度增加,汽车在刚启动时,会出现油液失效的情况,导致异响。
目前没有针对新能源汽车专用的减振器油,新能源车减振器用油与需求不同步,易产生异响声音,在没有发动机声音掩护下,减振器异响声音被放大,影响新能源汽车的乘坐舒适度,增加投诉率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供新能源汽车专用的减振器油,这种减振器油具有优良的润滑性,减少活塞杆和导套间摩擦系数,同时与密封材料的适应性良好,避免漏油导致摩擦异响产生;优良的抗泡性和空气释放性避免气流异响。高粘度指数,突出的粘温性能,良好的低温性能避免液流异响产生。可满足新能源汽车低异响、全天候的使用要求。
为实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新能源汽车专用的减振器油,组分为:
基础油余量
粘度指数改进剂2-8%
减摩剂0.1-0.5%
极压抗磨剂0.5-2.5%
抗氧剂0.01-0.5%
消泡剂20-80ppm
以上含量均为质量百分含量,组分总和为100%,ppm为百万分之一的质量含量。
上述基础油可选用精制矿物基础油或合成油聚α-烯烃PAO,进一步的,在精制矿物油中混入部分PAO合成油时会有效增强减振器油的高低温性能,使减振器油的低温运动粘度更小,倾点更低,闪点更高、挥发性更小。
所述的精制矿物基础油可选用浙江正信石油科技有限公司生产的1#或2#白油,其100℃运动粘度为5~9mm2/s,符合标准NBSH-T 0006-2017要求。更优选的,精制矿物基础油与PAO合成油按质量比50:44混合效果最佳。
进一步的,所述粘度指数改进剂选用聚甲基丙烯酸酯类的粘度指数改进剂。
粘度指数改进剂是油溶性高分子聚合物,当把这种高分子聚合物溶解在基础油中后,会形成线团结构,且在溶剂中的线团体积比分子量较小的润滑油要大得多,因而使油品的粘度远大于基础油的粘度,这就是增稠作用的原因。在低温下,高分子聚合物以卷曲的线团状存在,对油品粘度影响不大;随着温度升高,其线团伸张,有效容积增大,从而对油品流动阻碍作用增大,导致油品粘度相对显著增大。粘度指数改进剂就是基于不同温度下具有不同形态,并对粘度产生不同的影响,以增加油品粘度和改进粘温性能,本发明中优选采用聚甲基丙烯酸烷基酯。
进一步的,所述的减摩剂可选用有机钼,是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼,二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼,钼胺络合物,环烷酸钼,烷基水杨酸钼等油溶性有机钼化合物的总称。油溶性的有机钼,是在分解后在金属表面形成了MoS2的润滑膜,减少摩擦。本发明优先选用的是二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼。
进一步的,所述的极压抗磨剂可选用含硫的极压抗磨剂:二烃基多硫化物;硫化的烯烃;硫化的异丁烯;硫化的聚异丁烯;二环己基多硫化物等。可选用含磷的极压抗磨剂:有机磷酸盐;有机亚磷酸盐等。尤其是,当极压抗磨剂及减摩剂分别采用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与MoDDP进行复配,可加速MoDDP在摩擦副表面的成膜过程,提高表面膜中的钼含量MoDDP的抗磨减摩性能有增效作用,能够有效提高油品润滑性。
进一步的,所述的抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂或二烷基二硫代磷酸盐中的任意一种或两种的混合物。优选为两种复合抗氧剂。
进一步的,所述的消泡剂可选用有机硅聚合物、非有机硅聚合物。优选为非有机硅聚合物。在减振器油品这类酸性油品中,长时间使用后有机硅聚合物会失去消泡性能。这类非有机硅聚合物抗泡剂的作用机理为部分替代原气泡膜中的表面活性剂,从而改变膜层分子间引力,使膜强度降低,或韧性降低使泡沫的稳定性下降,达到消泡的目的,因此含这类非有机硅聚合物抗泡剂的油品中的空气能以气泡形式放出,具有良好的空气释放性。
本发明的新能源汽车专用减振器油具有高粘度指数、良好的低温流动性、抗泡性、空气释放性和密封材料相容性,特别是具有优异的润滑性,从各个角度避免了因油品导致的减振器油异响的发生。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种新能源汽车专用的减振器油,其质量百分含量组分为:
粘度指数改进剂2-8%
减摩剂0.5-1.0%
极压抗磨剂0.5-2.5%
抗氧剂0.01-0.5%
消泡剂20-80ppm
基础油余量
下面结合具体实例对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种新能源汽车专用的减振器油的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以精制矿物基础油或合成油聚α-烯烃PAO为原料,泵入生产釜中,搅拌30min,制成基础油。
(2)将粘度指数改进剂、抗氧剂依次加入基础油中,并在60-70℃条件下搅拌30-40min
(3)向步骤2)所得物中加入减摩剂、极压抗磨剂、消泡剂,在70-80℃环境下搅拌20-30min,至混合物完全溶解,并均匀透明,即可制得减振器油成品。
上述基础油可选用精制矿物基础油或合成油聚α-烯烃PAO,但是当采用精制矿物油油与PAO合成油的混合作为基础油时则可有效增强减振器油的低温性能,使减振器油的低温运动粘度更小,倾点更小。上述减摩剂选用的是二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼(MoDDP),挤压抗磨剂选用的是二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDDP),当采用二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌混合复配时,使减振器油的润滑性更好,摩擦系数更小。其中的消泡剂优选非有机硅聚合物,使得减振器油在有良好消泡性的基础上,具有更好的空气释放性。
实施例
上述各组分的含量总和为100%,将各组分按照比例混合,加热搅拌混匀,即可获得产品。
采用国家标准或行业标准的分析方法对各个配方产品进行性能检测,结果如下:
从实施例数据来看:
①MoDDP和ZnDDP协作效果使本产品具有良好的润滑性,实施例3最大无卡咬负荷达到了696N,摩擦系数0.065。可以减少活塞杆和导套间摩擦系数,避免摩擦异响产生。
②本产品采用精制矿物油油与PAO合成油的混合作为基础油,是产品具有良好的低温流动性。实施例的倾点低至-60℃,-40℃粘度1098,可满足寒冷天气的使用要求,避免由于低温粘度过高和润滑失效导致的低温异响产生。同时苯胺点101使油品具有良好的材料适应性,避免漏油导致的摩擦撞击异响。
③本产品采用非硅消泡剂,使产品具有优良的消泡性和空气释放值,避免了油液内部和表面的气泡过多引起的异响发生。
可以看出当采用本发明的组成配比时整体具有较高的粘度指数,具有良好的润滑性、低温流动性,尤其是实施例3所示实例,具有高粘度指数,突出的润滑性能,低温流动性,消泡性、空气释放值及良好的材料适应性,可很好的满足减振器油的性能需求,以满足新能源车低异响、全天候的使用要求。
