Abstract
本发明公开了一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物及其制备方法,旨在透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物合物,通过控制表面活性剂的胶束状态,控制胶束粒径大小,让其表现出外观清透,清爽舒适,卸妆能力强,降低油腻感,无残留的特点;并且添加多种植物组分,深层清洁的同时养护肌肤;其技术方案由A相组份、B相组份、C相组份和D相组份构成,各个相组分及其含量质量百分含量如下:A相组份:鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯20‑40%,C9‑12烷/椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯15‑30%,丁二醇1‑3%,PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯5‑10%,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯5‑10%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5‑10%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯5‑10%;B相组份:去离子水5‑15%;C相组份:霍霍巴籽油1‑3%,1,2-己二醇0.1‑1%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1‑1%,D相组份:玉兰花油0.1‑0.5%,修护组合物1‑3%;属于化妆品技术领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卸妆油,具体地说,是一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,本发明还涉及该卸妆油的制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
目前市面上的卸妆产品,品类众多,大致分为通过表面活性剂卸妆的卸妆水、卸妆啫喱;通过油脂卸妆的卸妆油、卸妆膏;通过水和油脂卸妆的多层卸妆液、卸妆乳等。在卸妆能力及冲洗性能方面,各剂型产品各有所长也各有不足。
卸妆水通过表面活性剂胶束的亲油端接触油脂来达到卸妆目的的原理卸妆,纯水产品,对于疏水成膜产品卸妆能力一般;卸妆油、卸妆膏通过“油油相溶”的原理卸妆,用后不易清洗,比较油腻;卸妆乳主要通过“油油相溶”的原理,使用分散性好的极性油脂,通过水包油或者油包水形成乳化体,这种产品适合面部卸妆,不适合眼部卸妆,由于该类型产品乳化颗粒相对稳定,不能迅速水油分离,影响了油、水直接作用于彩妆,影响了卸妆效果,同时也存在冲洗性差的问题。
目前市面上卸妆产品品种多样,比如CNCN201710038697.5公开一种能够收缩毛孔的卸妆油及其制备方法;所述的卸妆油包括甘油、山梨醇、棕榈酸异丙酯、乳化剂、表面活性剂、葡萄籽油、小麦胚芽油、果酸、活性肽、芦荟提取物,其具有一定收缩毛孔和保湿功效,但是质地比较油腻,容易造成毛孔堵塞,从而给肌肤代理二次伤害。CN201710025960.7一种山茶卸妆油及其制备方法,其采用单一组分,(1)将山茶油、乙醇和强碱催化剂混合进行回流反应,静置分层,除去下层溶液,得到上层溶液;(2)将蔗糖和碱性催化剂加入步骤(1)的上层溶液中,渐进式升温至反应温度,并在减压下反应,然后用盐水洗涤,静置分层,除去下层溶液,得到上层溶液;(3)将步骤(2)的上层溶液真空干燥,添加抗氧化剂,即得山茶卸妆油;具有,粘度小,对彩妆溶解和分散性能好,无刺激且易于清洗等优点,在组分单一,无法满足客户多功能需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物合物,通过控制表面活性剂的胶束状态,控制胶束粒径大小,让其表现出外观清透,清爽舒适,卸妆能力强,降低油腻感,无残留的特点;并且添加多种植物组分,深层清洁的同时养护肌肤。
为此,本发明提供的第一个技术方案是这样的:
一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,由A相组份、B相组份、C相组份和D相组份构成,各个相组分及其含量质量百分含量如下:
A相组份:鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯20-40%,C9-12烷/椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯15-30%,丁二醇1-3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯5-10%,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯5-10%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-10%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯5-10%,
B相组份:去离子水5-15%;
C相组份:霍霍巴籽油1-3%,1,2-己二醇0.1-1%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1-1%,
D相组份:玉兰花油0.1-0.5%,修护组合物1-3%。
进一步的,上述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,C相组份还包括丝瓜籽油0.5-1.5%。
进一步的,上述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,C相组份还包括狭叶青蒿油0.5-1.5%。
进一步的,上述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,所述的修护组合物包括小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物。
进一步的,上述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,所述的修护组合物还包括栀子花提取物。
进一步的,上述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,所述的修护组合物中小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物、栀子花提取物的质量比为:1-3:1-3:1-2:1。
本发明提供的第二个技术方案是上述的透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物的制备方法,该方法依次包括下述步骤:
1)按照权利要求1所述的质量百分数称取各个相中的各个组分,
2)将A相组分依次加入乳化锅中,搅拌至澄清透明,随后将B相组分加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀;
3)将C向组分依次加入步骤2)的乳化锅中,搅拌至澄清透明,最后将D相原料加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀。
4)取样送检,指标合格后用600目滤布过滤出料。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有如下技术优点:
1、本发明是一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,在满足使用者对彩妆产品卸妆效果的同时,即能兼顾卸妆水使用时的清爽感受,又能有卸妆油强力的卸妆效果。
2、本发明的选用的表面活性剂中,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯形成的胶束亲水性,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯形成的胶束即亲水性又亲油性,山梨坦倍半油酸酯形成的胶束亲油性,配合上C9-12烷/椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯,1,2-己二醇、霍霍巴籽油,玉兰花油、使整个表面活性剂的体系往层状方向走,水相成分和油相成分能均一融合,无需揉搓,融合速度快,即抹即化,自身乳化力强,纳米溶解清洗性好,从而大大增强了卸妆效果。
3、本发明提供的技术方案中丝瓜籽油、玉兰花油、狭叶青蒿油与其它组分组分,在增加溶解性的同时,进一步清除化妆品残留的同时,丝瓜籽油中不饱和脂肪酸的含量高。具有一定的抗氧化能力,并且对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基具有良好的清除能力,霍霍巴油有非常丰富的维生素A、B、E、钙等成分,能保护角质素细胞,防止毛孔堵塞引起痘痘问题,并且具有很好的渗透能力,能够深入皮肤内部,直接作用在细胞的新陈代谢,让皮肤变得柔软有弹性;玉兰花精油含有较丰富的萜类氧化物和萜类化合物等含有亚甲基、羟基的化合物化学性质活泼,易氧化而具有抗氧化活性,对细菌、真菌均有抑制作用;并且作为芳香剂和防腐剂;与丝瓜籽油、狭叶青蒿油在补充肌肤,同时抑制表皮表皮葡萄球菌、卡他球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌,提高肌肤持水能力。
4、本发明提供的技术方案再复配小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物、栀子花提取物,进一步抑制色素母细胞的活性,预防黑色素的过度产生,使肌肤预防衰老;抗微生物抑菌,并且增加肌肤的微循环,平衡水油,无刺激。

B相组份:去离子水余量;
C相组份:霍霍巴籽油3%,1,2-己二醇0.1%,生育酚乙酸酯1%,
D相组份:玉兰花油0.1%,修护组合物3%。
所述的修护组合物中小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物质量比为:3:3:1。
实施例2
本发明公开了一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,由A相组份、B相组份、C相组份和D相组份构成,各个相组分及其含量质量百分含量如下:
A相组份:鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯20%,C9-12烷/椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯30%,丁二醇1%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯10%,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯5%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯10%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯5%,
B相组份:去离子水;
C相组份:霍霍巴籽油1%,1,2-己二醇1%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1%,
D相组份:玉兰花油-0.5%,修护组合物1%。
所述的修护组合物中小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物质量比为:2:1:2。
实施例3
本发明公开了一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,由A相组份、B相组份、C相组份和D相组份构成,各个相组分及其含量质量百分含量如下:
A相组份:鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯24.89%,C9-12烷/椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯25%,丁二醇1%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯7%,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯6%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯6%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯6%,
B相组份:去离子水余量;
C相组份:霍霍巴籽油1%,1,2-己二醇0.1%,生育酚乙酸酯0.3%,
D相组份:玉兰花油0.2%,修护组合物1.2%。
所述的修护组合物中小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物质量比为:3:2:1。

B相组份:去离子水余量;
C相组份:霍霍巴籽油2%,丝瓜籽油1%,狭叶青蒿油1%,1,2-己二醇0.5%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1-1%,
D相组份:玉兰花油0.2%,修护组合物1.5%。
所述的修护组合物中小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物、栀子花提取物的质量比为2:2:1:1。
实施例至实施例7中的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物通过下述步骤制得的:
1)按实施例1至实施例7任意所述的质量百分数称取各个相中的各个组分,
2)将A相组分依次加入乳化锅中,搅拌至澄清透明,随后将B相组分加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀;
3)将C向组分依次加入步骤2)的乳化锅中,搅拌至澄清透明,最后将D相原料加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀。
4)取样送检,指标合格后用600目滤布过滤出料。
效果验证实例:
1、人体皮肤斑贴试验;
测试样品:实施例1-7卸妆油;
测试项目:卸妆能力、使用感、眼部周围刺激性;
志愿者要求及数量:年龄18-45岁,无皮肤病及皮肤过敏吏,自愿参与试验,试验前签署知情同意书,测试前一周不能使用任何化妆品,试验过程中不得使用测试样品以外的化妆品。
有效志愿者人数:56人
测试方法:取实施例1-7提供的样品做安全性评价测试,选取18名年龄在18-45岁的健康皮肤志愿者,将装有0.02ml样品的斑试胶带贴于志愿者前左臂的健康皮肤上,24小时后去除斑试器,揭开贴片后半个小时内按照CTFA指南进行检查,鉴定标准见下表:

测试样品:实施例1-7卸妆油;

志愿者要求及数量:年龄18-45岁,无皮肤病及皮肤过敏吏,自愿参与试验,试验前签署知情同意书,测试前一周不能使用任何化妆品,试验过程中不得使用测试样品以外的化妆品。
有效志愿者人数:56人
测试方法:测试者上好妆后,等待1个小时,然后按(2.0±0.1)mg/cm2的用量用实施例1-7分别卸妆,使用完后根据使用结果填写反馈,对样品的使用效果进行打分(0-10分),分值越高证明该产品的卸妆能力、冲洗效果及使用感越好。
安全评估:所有在试验期间发生的不良反应如皮肤红、刺痛、瘙痒、灼热等均记录,对严重不良反应者及时报告,停止使用。
结果与分析
测试结果
结果表明,实施例1-7人体皮肤斑贴试验皮肤反应均为0,对皮肤刺激性小,证明本发明的透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物通过表面活性剂的搭配让表面活性剂的胶束更接近层状结构,使得它不易残旧在皮肤上来达到降低刺激性的目的。从其他卸妆能力、冲洗效果及使用感的数据来看,本申请提供的不管从眼部刺激性、卸妆能力、冲洗效果及使用感各个方面都要好,证明本申请提供的技术方案搭配,将表活搭配方面向双连续相的体系做在刺激性、卸妆能力、冲洗效果及使用感这些方面都是可以改善的。
Claims (7)
1.一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,其特征在于,由A相组份、B相组份、C相组份和D相组份构成,各个相组分及其含量质量百分含量如下:
A相组份:鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯20-40%,C9-12烷/椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯15-30%,丁二醇1-3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯5-10%,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯5-10%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-10%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯5-10%,
B相组份:去离子水5-15%;
C相组份:霍霍巴籽油1-3%,1,2-己二醇0.1-1%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1-1%,
D相组份:玉兰花油0.1-0.5%,修护组合物1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,其特征在于,C相组份还包括丝瓜籽油0.5-1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,其特征在于,C相组份还包括狭叶青蒿油0.5-1.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,其特征在于,所述的修护组合物包括小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,其特征在于,所述的修护组合物还包括栀子花提取物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物,其特征在于,所述的修护组合物中小果皂荚籽提取物、荨麻提取物、虞美人花瓣提取物、栀子花提取物的质量比为:1-3:1-3:1-2:1。
7.制备权利要求1所述的透明水油双卸卸妆油组合物的方法,其特征在于,依次包括下述步骤:
1)按照权利要求1所述的质量百分数称取各个相中的各个组分,
2)将A相组分依次加入乳化锅中,搅拌至澄清透明,随后将B相组分加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀;
3)将C向组分依次加入步骤2)的乳化锅中,搅拌至澄清透明,最后将D相原料加入乳化锅中搅拌均匀。
4)取样送检,指标合格后用600目滤布过滤出料。
