导电弹片常见于电子设备中,用以电性连接电子组件。使用导电弹片常遇到导通不良的问题,导通不良的主要原因之一是导电弹片弹性疲乏而无法保持与电子组件的接触,此问题急需有效的解决方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本揭示的一目的在于提出一种创新的电源供应装置及导电弹片,解决上述技术问题。
为达成上述目的,依据本揭示的一些实施方式,一种电源供应装置包含壳体、电路板以及导电弹片。壳体具有容槽。电路板设置于壳体内。导电弹片设置于容槽,并包含基部、第一接触部以及弯曲部。第一接触部连接基部,并相对于基部弯折。第一接触部延伸于电路板与容槽的壁部之间,并接触电路板。弯曲部连接第一接触部,并抵顶于容槽的壁部。
于本揭示的一或多个实施方式中,弯曲部自第一接触部的顶端朝远离电路板的方向弯曲。
于本揭示的一或多个实施方式中,第一接触部包含至少一接触带以及斜面。接触带配置以接触电路板,斜面位于基部与接触带之间。
于本揭示的一或多个实施方式中,第一接触部包含一狭长孔以及两接触带,接触带位于狭长孔的两侧。

请参照图1以及图2。图1为绘示依据本揭示一实施方式的电源供应装置100的组合图,而图2为绘示图1所示的电源供应装置100的爆炸视图。电源供应装置100包含壳体110、电路板120、导电接脚131、132以及导电弹片140、150。壳体110为一中空结构,电路板120设置于壳体110内,并承载至少一电子组件101。导电接脚131、132设置于壳体110,并部分暴露于壳体110外。于一些实施方式中,电源供应装置100为插墙式电源供应器,导电接脚131、132用以连接插座。
承上所述,壳体110具有容槽119,容槽119位于壳体110内部。导电弹片140、150设置于壳体110的容槽119,并分别固定地连接导电接脚131、132。导电弹片140、150还配置以接触电路板120,换言之,导电接脚131、132系透过导电弹片140、150电性连接电路板120。于一些实施方式中,导电弹片140、150包含金属材料。

如图3至图5所示,于一些实施方式中,导电弹片140进一步包含第二接触部142,第二接触部142自基部143延伸出。电路板120配置以插入第一接触部141与第二接触部142之间的空间,且第一接触部141与第二接触部142分别接触电路板120的相反两面。于此等实施方式中,电路板120为双面板,第一接触部141与第二接触部142分别接触电路板120的两面上的电性接点。使导电弹片140从两侧多点接触电路板120,可降低接触不良的机会。于一些实施方式中,第一接触部141与第二接触部142将电路板120夹持于其间。
如图3至图5所示,于一些实施方式中,第二接触部142包含倾斜区段142a,倾斜区段142a位于第二接触部142远离基部143的一端。换言之,第二接触部142的顶部往远离电路板120的方向弯折而形成倾斜区段142a。
在安装电路板120的过程中,若电路板120位置稍有偏差,电路板120向下移动的过程中会先接触到倾斜区段142a,并受到倾斜区段142a的导引而进入第一接触部141与第二接触部142之间的空间,与第一接触部141与第二接触部142接触。
须说明的是,尽管以上仅针对导电弹片140的结构进行描述,于一些实施方式中,导电弹片150可具有导电弹片140部分或全部的结构特征,为了说明书内容简洁不重复描述该些特征。
如图3至图5所示,于一些实施方式中,容槽119具有至少一卡位115(以切口为例),卡位115相邻于导电弹片140、150,并与电路板120相卡合,以限制电路板120偏移,确保电路板120与导电弹片140、150稳固接触。于一些实施方式中,卡位115对齐第一接触部141与第二接触部142之间的空间。
请回头参照图2,于一些实施方式中,容槽119具有隔板114,隔板114位于导电弹片140、150之间,电路板120的边缘129具有凹口121,凹口121与隔板114相卡合。于一些实施方式中,隔板114具有卡位115与电路板120的凹口121对接。
综上所述,本揭示的导电弹片配置有弯曲部,弯曲部连接弹片的接触部,并抵顶于装置的壳体。壳体的限位作用加上弯曲部的弹性,可保持弹片的接触部与电路板接触,避免接触不良。

1.一种电源供应装置,包含:
一壳体,具有一容槽;
一电路板,设置于该壳体内;以及
一导电弹片,设置于该容槽,并包含:
一基部;
一第一接触部,连接该基部,并相对于该基部弯折,该第一接触部延伸于该电路板与该容槽的一壁部之间,并接触该电路板;
一第二接触部,该第二接触部自该基部延伸出,且该第一接触部与该第二接触部分别接触该电路板的相反两面,所述第一接触部和所述第二接触部是错位设置;以及
一弯曲部,连接该第一接触部,并抵顶于该壁部,其中该弯曲部自该第一接触部的顶端朝远离该电路板的方向弯曲,该弯曲部的凹口朝向该容槽的底面,
其中该第一接触部包含一狭长孔、两接触带以及一斜面,该两接触带位于该狭长孔的两侧,并配置以分别接触该电路板的两个电性接点,该斜面具有相对的第一端以及第二端,该第一端位于该第二端与该基部之间,且该第一端至该壁部的距离小于该第二端至该壁部的距离,该接触带连接该斜面的该第二端。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源供应装置,其中该第二接触部包含一倾斜区段,该倾斜区段位于该第二接触部远离该基部的一端。
