Abstract
The invention discloses a tunnel secondary lining trolley which comprises a template assembly, a bracket assembly, a translation mechanism, a portal assembly, a walking mechanism, a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder, a lateral support jack, a portal support jack and a control console, wherein the template assembly comprises an arc top template, a top side template and side templates which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of a trolley body; the walking mechanism comprises a motor and a speed reducer, and the walking structure is hinged with the longitudinal beam of the door frame.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tunnel lining construction, in particular to a tunnel secondary lining trolley.
Background
Along with the development of economy in China, the construction of railways and highways in China is accelerated continuously, the number of railways, highway tunnels and water conservancy culverts is increased continuously, in the construction process of the tunnels, tunnel concrete is a secondary lining process which is a very important process, the tunnels are mostly arranged in rock masses, after the excavation is finished, concrete is adopted to line the rock surfaces so as to ensure the operation safety of the tunnels, the whole tunnel construction procedure comprises the steps of tunnel excavation, primary support, concrete lining and grouting, a steel form trolley is mostly adopted in the concrete lining process, the process comprises the steps of leveling a bottom plate, installing a steel form trolley (the conventional subsection length is 9m), concrete pouring, demoulding and moving the steel form trolley, and concrete pouring until the lining of the tunnels is finished;
however, the change of the tunnel height brings disadvantages to lining, the conventional method is to customize or reform a steel mould trolley and a transition section according to different heights by adopting conventional mounting and supporting frames, formwork supporting, concrete pouring and formwork stripping, the top templates of the traditional tunnel secondary lining trolley are usually integrated, the top templates move integrally in the process of formwork erection and demoulding, the expansion amount is small, and the use effectiveness of the tunnel secondary lining trolley is limited.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a tunnel secondary lining trolley.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a tunnel secondary lining trolley which comprises a template assembly, a bracket assembly, a translation mechanism, a portal assembly, a walking mechanism, a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder, a lateral supporting jack, a portal supporting jack and a control platform, wherein the template assembly comprises an arc top template, a top side template and side templates, the arc top template, the top side template and the side templates are symmetrically arranged at two sides of a trolley body, the arc top template is positioned at the top of the trolley body, the two arc top templates are fixedly connected through bolts, the arc top template is hinged with the top side template, and the top side template is hinged with the side templates;
the gantry assembly comprises an adjusting cross beam, an adjusting upright post and a gantry longitudinal beam, the bracket assembly comprises a cross beam, a longitudinal main beam, upright posts, gantry brackets and cross braces, a plurality of uniformly distributed gantry brackets are arranged between the cross beam and the longitudinal main beam, the cross braces are arranged between every two adjacent gantry brackets, the upright post is arranged at the upper part of the cross beam, and the other end of the upright post is connected with the arc top template;
the translation mechanism comprises a longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder and a transverse adjusting oil cylinder, the longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder is respectively and fixedly connected with the gantry bracket and the longitudinal main beam, and the transverse adjusting oil cylinder is positioned at the upper part of the cross beam;
the walking mechanism comprises a motor and a speed reducer, and is hinged with the longitudinal beam of the door frame;
and a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder and a lateral supporting jack are arranged between the bracket assembly and the template assembly, and a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder and a lateral supporting jack are arranged between the portal assembly and the template assembly.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the device has reasonable structural design and convenient use, and can complete vertical positioning and demoulding of the template assembly by longitudinally adjusting the oil cylinder; the transverse adjusting oil cylinder is used for adjusting the superposition of the lining central line of the template assembly and the tunnel central line, and meanwhile, the stability of the bracket assembly and the portal frame assembly during the operation of the device can be ensured through the lateral supporting jacks and the portal frame supporting jacks.

With reference to fig. 1-2, the tunnel secondary lining trolley comprises a template assembly 1, a bracket assembly 2, a translation mechanism 3, a gantry assembly 4, a walking mechanism 5, a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder 6, a lateral support jack 7, a gantry support jack 8 and a control console 9, wherein the template assembly 1 comprises an arc top template 101, a top side template 102 and a side template 103, the arc top template 101, the top side template 102 and the side template 103 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a trolley body, the arc top template 101 is positioned on the top of the trolley body, the two arc top templates 101 are fixedly connected through bolts, the arc top template 101 is hinged with the top side template 102, and the top side template 102 is hinged with the side template 103;
the gantry assembly 4 comprises an adjusting cross beam 401, an adjusting upright post 402 and a gantry longitudinal beam 403, the bracket assembly 2 comprises a cross beam 201, a longitudinal main beam 202, upright posts 203, gantry brackets 204 and cross braces 205, a plurality of uniformly distributed gantry brackets 204 are arranged between the cross beam 201 and the longitudinal main beam 202, the cross braces 205 are arranged between every two adjacent gantry brackets 204, the upright posts 203 are arranged at the upper parts of the cross beams 201, and the other ends of the upright posts 203 are connected with the arc top template 101;

the walking mechanism 5 comprises a motor 501 and a speed reducer 502, and the walking mechanism 5 is hinged with the portal frame longitudinal beam 403;
a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder 6 and a lateral supporting jack 7 are arranged between the bracket assembly 2 and the template assembly 1, and a lateral hydraulic oil cylinder 6 and a lateral supporting jack 7 are arranged between the portal assembly 4 and the template assembly 1.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the adjusting beam 401 and the adjusting column 402 are connected by a diagonal draw bar.
