Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to an oily alkyd coating, and simultaneously relates to a preparation method of the oily alkyd coating.
Background
The coating is traditionally named as paint in China. The coating is a continuous film which is coated on the surface of an object to be protected or decorated and can form firm adhesion with the object to be coated, and is a viscous liquid which is prepared by taking resin, oil or emulsion as a main material, adding or not adding pigments and fillers, adding corresponding auxiliaries and using an organic solvent or water.
The alkyd resin coating is a synthetic resin coating which takes alkyd resin as a main film-forming substance. Alkyd resins are resins formed by the reaction of fatty acids (or their corresponding vegetable oils), dibasic acids, and polyols. The polyols commonly used in the production of alkyd resins are glycerol, pentaerythritol, trimethylolpropane, etc., while the commonly used dibasic acids are phthalic anhydride (i.e., phthalic anhydride), isophthalic acid, etc.
The alkyd resin coating has the characteristics of weather resistance, good adhesive force, brightness, fullness and the like, and is convenient to construct. However, the coating film is soft, the water resistance and the alkali resistance are not good enough, and the alkyd resin can be prepared into a plurality of self-drying or drying enamel, priming paint, finishing paint and varnish with different performances with other resins, and can be widely used for coating buildings such as bridges, machines, vehicles, ships, airplanes, instruments and the like.
At present, the oily alkyd industrial paint has high cost performance and relatively stable performance, and is particularly excellent in water resistance and corrosion resistance, so that the oily alkyd industrial paint is widely applied to the field of civil corrosion resistance of trailers and the like. However, the drying speed of the oil alkyd paint in the prior art is relatively slow after spraying, the workpiece needs to be baked after spraying to promote the drying speed, and finally the workpiece can be placed in the open air or packaged and warehoused after the paint is completely dried, otherwise the paint film is easy to be adhered to cause damage, especially when the workpiece with larger size is sprayed, the paint film not only needs to occupy a longer time, but also needs to occupy a larger area of site, and the workpiece can be placed in the open air or packaged and warehoused after being dried, so that the production operation efficiency is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The invention relates to an oily alkyd paint which is mainly prepared from a basic paint containing oily alkyd resin and an oxygen supply substance. Wherein, the oxygen supply substance is used for promoting the unsaturated chain of the oily alkyd resin to generate oxidation crosslinking reaction to form a network structure.
It is worth mentioning that in the drying process of the oil alkyd paint in the prior art, the oxygen molecules in the air are absorbed to achieve the oxidation crosslinking reaction of the oil alkyd resin to form a net structure, thereby achieving the natural drying of the oil alkyd paint. In the invention, an oxygen supply substance capable of decomposing oxygen molecules at normal temperature is added into the basic paint to provide a polyoxygen environment so as to accelerate the drying rate of the basic paint, so that the oil alkyd paint has quick-drying performance.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the oily alkyd resin to the oxygen-supplying substance is 6-375: 1. in specific implementation, the weight ratio of the oily alkyd resin to the oxygen supply substance can be as follows, for example, 6: 1. 15: 1. 74: 3. 74: 2.5, 74: 2. 40: 1. 74: 1.5, 60: 1. 74: 1. 100, and (2) a step of: 1. 120: 1. 148: 1. 200: 1. 300, and (2) 300: 1 and 375: 1, etc.
Meanwhile, the oxygen supply substance adopts organic peroxide, and as a further improvement, the organic peroxide adopts tert-butyl hydroperoxide.
The organic peroxide is an organic compound having an-O-peroxy functional group, which is obtained by replacing a hydrogen atom in hydrogen peroxide with an organic group such as an alkyl group, an acyl group, an aromatic group, etc., and examples thereof include t-butyl hydroperoxide, t-amyl peroxyneodecanoate, t-butyl peroxypivalate, and peroxybenzoic acid. Organic peroxides are characterized by being unstable, readily decomposed, and when heated above a certain temperature, decompose to produce oxygen-containing radicals.
In the present invention, t-butyl hydroperoxide is preferably used, mainly because t-butyl hydroperoxide decomposes oxygen molecules at normal temperature and does not react with other substances in the base paint to affect the composition and properties of the base paint, except for providing an oxygen environment for the base paint.
Also as a preferred embodiment, the components of the base coating material according to the present invention are respectively: 30-75 parts of oily alkyd resin, 10-20 parts of solvent, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersant, 5-45 parts of pigment and filler, 1.5-5 parts of drier, 0.2-1.0 part of anti-settling agent and 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent.
It is worth mentioning that in the present invention, the solvent is mainly used to dissolve the alkyd resin. The dispersing agent is mainly used for dispersing powdery materials. The pigment and filler are mainly used for decoration and coating filling. The drier is mainly used for reducing activation energy and promoting reaction. The anti-settling agent is mainly used for preventing the sedimentation of the pigment and filler, thereby improving the storage stability of the coating. The leveling agent is mainly used for making the surface tension of the coating uniform after coating and leveling the coating.
In the practical application of the invention, the solvent adopts 200# solvent oil, and the pigment and the filler adopt at least one of iron red, carbon black, phthalocyanine blue and precipitated barium sulfate. Other components can adopt related products known by the technical personnel in the field, such as oily alkyd resin adopted 389-9 from Sanmu company, dispersant adopted BYK-104S from German Bick company, drier adopted 822-1 from Shanghai Changfeng company, anti-settling agent adopted organic bentonite BP-183B from Zhejiang Huate company, leveling agent adopted BYK-306 from German Bick company and the like.
Preferably, the components for preparing the basic coating can also be respectively as follows according to the parts by weight: 50-75 parts of oily alkyd resin, 12-18 parts of solvent, 0.1-0.2 part of dispersant, 5-15 parts of pigment and filler, 3-5 parts of drier, 0.2-0.6 part of anti-settling agent and 0.1-0.3 part of flatting agent.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above components, the base paint of the present invention can also be made of commercially available oil-based alkyd paints, such as 389-9A, 3355-71, etc. made by Shandong Baichuan paint Co.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the oily alkyd paint, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing and obtaining a basic paint containing oily alkyd resin;
s2, grinding the base paint to obtain a base material consisting of particles;
and S3, adding an oxygen supply substance into the ground basic paint, and stirring until the mixture is uniform.
And preferably, in step S2, the particle size fineness of the particles is less than or equal to 30 μm. Meanwhile, the stirring speed in the step S3 is 300-800 rpm, and the stirring time is 10-15 minutes.
In specific implementation, in the step S1, in the process of obtaining the base paint containing the oily alkyd resin, stirring is also required, for example, the oily alkyd resin and the solvent are mixed first, stirred at a stirring speed of 500-1500 rpm until uniform, then the dispersant, the pigment and filler, the drier, the anti-settling agent and the leveling agent are added, and stirring is continued for 15-20 minutes until uniform, so as to form the base paint.
In addition, preferably, the step S1 can be further divided into two steps, the first step is to mix the oily alkyd resin and the solvent, stir at a stirring speed of 500-1500 rpm until the mixture is uniform, add the dispersant, the pigment and filler, the drier and the anti-settling agent, and continue stirring for 15-20 minutes until the mixture is uniform, so as to obtain the base paint containing the oily alkyd resin, and the first step is used before the step S2. The second step is used in step S3, in which the leveling agent and the nutrient substance are simultaneously added to the ground base paint and stirred until uniform.
It is worth to be noted that the stirring speed and the stirring duration of the stirring process can be set and adjusted according to actual stirring requirements, so as to ensure that the materials in each step are uniformly mixed, for example, the stirring speed is 300-1500 rpm, and the stirring duration is 10-30 minutes.
