S32: mixing and stirring the water-based acrylic emulsion, the water-based acrylic resin, the propylene glycol monobutyl ether, the ethanol and the water at the rotating speed of 1000 rpm, slowly adding the pH regulator, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the defoaming agent and the hand feeling agent, stirring for 20 minutes, and discharging to obtain the gloss paint.
Example nine
The embodiment provides a pencil which comprises a primer, a colored paint and a gloss paint.
The primer and the gloss paint are the same as those of the fifth example, and only the color paint is slightly different, and the preparation method of the color paint of the present example is as follows:
s21: respectively weighing 70 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion and water-based acrylic resin, 0.005 part of dispersant, 0.05 part of silicon dioxide, 0.2 part of talcum powder, 0.005 part of defoamer and 20 parts of water-based color paste which are equal in quantity.
S22: mixing and stirring the water-based acrylic emulsion and the water-based acrylic resin at the rotating speed of 1000 rpm, adding the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent and the silicon dioxide, stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 rpm, adding the talcum powder and the white water-based color paste, and stirring for 10 minutes.
Comparative examples
S101: respectively weighing 20 parts of water-soluble resin, 20 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of pH regulator, 0.5 part of organic silicon defoamer, 3 parts of film-forming additive, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 20 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of heavy calcium and 18 parts of aqueous white slurry.
S102: mixing and stirring water-soluble resin and deionized water at the rotating speed of 1000 rpm, slowly adding a pH regulator, and stirring for 10 minutes; then adding the organic silicon defoamer, the film forming additive and the wetting agent, stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 rpm, adding the talcum powder, the coarse whiting and the water-based white slurry, and stirring for 10 minutes.
S103: and (4) grinding the material obtained in the step (S102) by using a 2-level horizontal grinder, and discharging to obtain the water-based paint.
The pencil water-based paints obtained in each example and comparative example were subjected to Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) test, and the test structures are shown in the following tables. Meanwhile, the coating is coated on the same pencil by the same coating process, and the covering power, the adhesive force and the water resistance of the obtained coating are respectively tested. The test structures are shown in table 1. Wherein the covering power is determined according to the standard GB1726-79 coating covering power determination method. The water resistance test refers to the time for which the coating on the surface of the pencil changes when immersed in water having a pH in the range of 5 to 9.

In conclusion, the water-based resin is selected, water is used as a main solvent, only a small amount of environment-friendly cosolvent is added, and no benzene series or ester solvents are contained, so that the prepared water-based pencil paint is higher than the national standard of water-based wood paint in environmental protection performance, has low odor and is non-combustible, and is environment-friendly and safe.
Meanwhile, water-soluble resin and polyurethane emulsion are mixed and spliced to be used as a film forming substance. The conventional aqueous emulsion or dispersion has only physical force among particles, has low strength, and the particles are separated from each other under the condition of strong shearing in the drawing process, so that the paint attached to a pen holder is little. The water-soluble resin is similar to the oily resin, molecules are wound, the interaction force is high, and the water-based paint prepared by mixing the water-soluble resin and the common emulsion has enough paint attached to the penholder under strong shearing.
Further, when the hiding power is a numerical value, a smaller value indicates a better hiding power. As can be seen from the data in the table, compared with the comparative examples, the covering power of the pencil water paint of the present invention is less than 200, and when the primer, the color paint and the top paint are used together, the covering power is less than 150, therefore, the pencil water paint of the present invention has good covering power. Analysis of the data in the table shows that the pencil water paint of the present invention also has good water resistance and adhesion, because the resin in the water paint has self-crosslinking property. Meanwhile, the pen water paint disclosed by the invention can achieve the degree comparable to that of oil paint in terms of color vividness and brightness.
Then, the water-based pencil paint disclosed by the invention has both drying property and adhesive force, when the water-based pencil paint is baked at 50-55 ℃ for 2 minutes, the water-based pencil paint can be normally stacked, the prepared pencil has good adhesive force, and the phenomenon of paint collapse on the upper surface of the pencil head is avoided.
In addition, it is clear from the data in the table that the color paint and the gloss paint prepared by blending the water-soluble resin and the polyurethane emulsion as the film-forming material are also superior in hiding degree to the water-based paint prepared from the water-soluble resin alone.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. The pencil water-based paint is characterized by comprising a primer, wherein the primer comprises the following components: 10-30 parts of water-soluble resin, 5-15 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 18-22 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of a pH regulator, 0.1-1 part of a defoaming agent, 2-4 parts of a film-forming assistant, 0.1-1 part of a wetting agent, 15-25 parts of talcum powder, 3-8 parts of heavy calcium carbonate and 15-23 parts of water-based white slurry;
the pencil water paint also comprises a gloss paint, wherein the gloss paint comprises the following components: 10-82 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 10-20 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 0.007-0.02 part of propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.02-0.2 part of ethanol, 0.02-0.2 part of water, 0.0005-0.003 part of defoaming agent, 0.01-0.03 part of pH regulator and 0.0005-0.009 part of hand feeling agent.

The aqueous pencil paint of claim 1, wherein the varnish comprises the following components: 20-60 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 13-18 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 0.007-0.02 part of propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.02-0.2 part of ethanol, 0.02-0.2 part of water, 0.0005-0.003 part of defoaming agent, 0.01-0.03 part of pH regulator and 0.0005-0.009 part of hand feeling agent.

The pencil water-based paint according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising a colored paint, wherein the colored paint comprises the following components: 50-80 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion and water-based acrylic resin, 0.002-0.02 part of dispersing agent, 0.01-0.1 part of silicon dioxide, 0.05-0.3 part of talcum powder, 0.0005-0.003 part of defoaming agent and 8-30 parts of water-based color paste.

The pencil water-based paint according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising a colored paint, wherein the colored paint comprises the following components: 60-70 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion and water-based acrylic resin, 0.002-0.01 part of dispersing agent, 0.01-0.1 part of silicon dioxide, 0.05-0.3 part of talcum powder, 0.0005-0.003 part of defoaming agent and 8-30 parts of water-based color paste.

The pencil water-based paint according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising a colored paint, wherein the colored paint comprises the following components: 15-20 parts of water-soluble resin, 10-15 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 15-25 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of pH regulator, 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent, 3 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 20 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of heavy calcium and 18 parts of water-based color paste.

The pencil water-based paint of claim 1, wherein the primer comprises the following components: 20 parts of water-soluble resin, 10 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 20 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of pH regulator, 0.5 part of organic silicon defoamer, 3 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 20 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of heavy calcium and 18 parts of aqueous white slurry; or 10 parts of water-soluble resin, 5 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 18 parts of deionized water, 1 part of pH regulator, 0.1 part of organic silicon defoamer, 2 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.1 part of wetting agent, 15 parts of talcum powder, 3 parts of heavy calcium and 15 parts of aqueous white slurry; or 30 parts of water-soluble resin, 15 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 22 parts of deionized water, 5 parts of pH regulator, 1 part of organic silicon defoamer, 4 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of wetting agent, 25 parts of talcum powder, 8 parts of heavy calcium and 23 parts of aqueous white slurry.
7. A method for preparing the pencil aqueous paint according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method for preparing the pencil aqueous paint comprises a primer preparing step, and the primer preparing step comprises:
weighing: weighing each component of the primer;
mixing: mixing and stirring the water-soluble resin, the polyurethane emulsion and the deionized water at the rotating speed of 800-; then adding the defoaming agent, the film forming additive and the wetting agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes at the rotation speed of 1000-; then adding talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate and water-based white slurry, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;
grinding: and grinding the material obtained in the mixing step to obtain the primer.
8. The method for preparing a pencil aqueous paint according to claim 7, comprising a colored paint preparation step, wherein the colored paint preparation step comprises:
weighing: weighing the components of the colored paint;
mixing: mixing and stirring the water-soluble resin, the polyurethane emulsion and the deionized water at the rotating speed of 800-; then adding the defoaming agent, the film forming additive and the wetting agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes at the rotation speed of 1000-; then adding talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate and water-based white slurry, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;
grinding: and grinding the materials obtained in the mixing step to obtain the colored paint.
