Abstract
The invention discloses a purple sand pug composition for softening water quality and a preparation method and application thereof. The purple sand pug composition comprises 20-30 parts of purple sand pug, 5-15 parts of segmental pug, 5-15 parts of red mud, 5-15 parts of jun dock, 5-20 parts of Qinglong mountain pug, 20-30 parts of stone needle, 2-10 parts of zeolite, 5-15 parts of medical stone, 5-15 parts of magnetized stone, 1-10 parts of tourmaline, 1-10 parts of germanite and 5-15 parts of quartz stone. The purple sand product manufactured by the invention is put into a kettle to be boiled or put into a cup to be soaked, or the purple sand pug composition is prepared into a tea set or tableware to replace daily tea sets and tableware, so that the effects of absorbing harmful substances in water, improving the pH value of water quality, softening water quality, reducing the number of water molecules of water molecule groups and promoting metabolism can be achieved. In addition, uric acid in urine can be converted into urate with higher solubility in alkaline environment, so that excretion of kidney is facilitated, and kidney damage caused by uric acid deposition is reduced.

Experimental example 1 Effect experiment

One part of the solution was divided horizontally into 8 parts, and the first softener, the second softener and the wuyuite wafer prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention were added, respectively, and after standing for 7d, the pH of water was measured, and the results are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the WuYueshite wafers prepared in examples 1-6 of the present invention were treated to significantly increase the pH of the water, and the treated water was weakly alkaline.
2. Softened water quality condition
According to the Standard test method for Drinking Water GB5750-85, the detection result is reflected by the hardness of water, the hardness of the water refers to the concentration of calcium ions and magnesium ions in the water, the unit of the hardness is ppm, and 1ppm represents the content of calcium carbonate in the water to be 1 mg/L. The results are shown in table 2 below:

It can be seen from the results in table 2 that the wuyueshite wafers prepared by examples 1-6 of the present invention can be treated to significantly reduce the water hardness value compared to the prior art products.
3. Water molecule cluster detection
By "nuclear magnetic resonance" NMR17O-NMR technique, which measures the size of water molecular clusters by measuring the half-width of the vibration frequency of water (expressed in Hz). It can be seen from the results in table 3 that the wuyueshite wafers prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention can significantly reduce the number of water molecules in the water molecule group after being processed, compared with the existing products, thereby obtaining healthy water more beneficial to human health.
In conclusion, the experimental data show that the purple sand product (the Wuyue stone wafer) prepared by the invention can absorb harmful substances in water, improve the pH value of the water, soften the water quality and reduce the number of water molecules of water molecule groups after being used for 7 days, so that the metabolism of a human body can be promoted, and meanwhile, uric acid in urine can be converted into urate with higher solubility in an alkaline environment, thereby being beneficial to the excretion of kidneys and reducing the kidney damage caused by uric acid deposition.

6. The method of claim 4, wherein the granularity of the stone needle powder, the zeolite powder, the medical stone powder, the magnetic stone powder, the tourmaline powder, the germanite powder and the quartz stone powder obtained in S2 is 120 meshes.
7. The purple sand pug prepared according to the method of any one of claims 4 to 6.

The use of the purple sand pug of claim 7 in the preparation of functional products for increasing water pH, softening water quality, reducing the number of water molecules of water molecule groups, promoting metabolism of human body and reducing uric acid, wherein the preparation comprises casting the purple sand pug by using a mold, and firing at high temperature to obtain the functional products for increasing water pH, softening water quality, promoting metabolism of human body and reducing uric acid.
