本发明公开了一种高分子负氧离子复合材料,原料包括:负氧粉,玻璃粉,氧化镁,硫酸镁,石粉,植物纤维,玻璃微珠,防水增韧剂和功能剂。本发明添加有负氧粉,可以改变板材结构,释放负氧离子,改善人体循环。本发明添加了玻璃粉和防水增韧剂,具有良好的保温、隔热、防水、抗老化、增加使用寿命的效果;添加石粉、功能剂可以增强其力学性能;添加植物纤维和玻璃微珠可以减轻板材重量,增加板材内部拉力。本发明具有良好的力学强度和保温防水功能,且具有良好的抗老化效果。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种高分子负氧离子复合材料。
背景技术
装饰材料(建筑装饰材料),主要用于装饰建筑物内外墙壁、制作内墙,并在装饰的基础上实现部分使用功能。装修各类土木建筑物以提高其使用功能和美观,保护主体结构在各种环境因素下的稳定性和耐久性的建筑材料及其制品。又称装修材料、饰面材料。主要有草、木、石、砂、砖、瓦、水泥、石膏、石棉、石灰、玻璃、马赛克、软瓷、陶瓷、油漆涂料、纸、生态木、金属、塑料、织物等,以及各种复合制品。
负氧离子广泛存在于大自然中,在含量高的地方如森林、海边、瀑布区等。在这里人们会感受到空气清新、呼吸通畅,这就是被医学界称之为“空气维生素”。负氧离子虽然无色无味,功能却十分惊人,负氧离子能通过血液和神经系统进入人体内,对人的机体生理活动产生影响。例如当负氧离子进入大脑时,能通过调整大脑皮层的功能,起到提高睡眠质量、降低血压作用;当负氧离子进入人体呼吸道后,可以使支气管平滑肌松弛,提高心肺系统功能,提高工作效率;负氧离子在血液中则可减少人体疲劳,改善肌体反应,提高人体免疫力。负氧离子还能够对空气中的油烟、二手烟起到净化作用,从而预防肺炎、气管炎等呼吸性疾病,并减轻吸烟引起的负面效应。

本发明的目的在于,通过研究发现的一种高分子负氧离子复合材料,。为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高分子负氧离子复合材料,原料包括:
负氧粉,玻璃粉,氧化镁,硫酸镁,石粉,植物纤维,玻璃微珠,防水增韧剂和功能剂。
作为改进,原料的用量为:
负氧粉10-30份,玻璃粉10-30份,氧化镁90-120份,硫酸镁溶液100-120份,石粉40-60份,植物纤维10-20份,玻璃微珠3-10份,防水增韧剂3-5份,功能剂3-5份。
作为改进,所述防水增韧剂为高强度水性树脂。
作为改进,所述功能剂包括草酸、磷酸三钠、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
作为改进,所述植物纤维包括木纤维、木粉、稻草中的一种或多种。
作为改进,所述硫酸镁溶液的浓度为5%-20%。
本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明添加有负氧粉,可以改变板材结构,释放负氧离子,改善人体循环。
2.本发明添加了玻璃粉和防水增韧剂,具有良好的保温、隔热、防水、抗老化、增加使用寿命的效果;添加石粉、功能剂可以增强其力学性能;添加植物纤维和玻璃微珠可以减轻板材重量,增加板材内部拉力。本发明具有良好的力学强度和保温防水功能,且具有良好的抗老化效果。

本实施例公开了一种高分子负氧离子复合材料,原料包括:
负氧粉20kg,玻璃粉20kg,氧化镁100kg,浓度为10%的硫酸镁溶液120kg,石粉50kg,植物纤维20kg,玻璃微珠5kg,防水增韧剂3kg,功能剂5kg。
本实施例中,防水增韧剂为高强度水性树脂。功能剂为草酸、磷酸三钠、硬脂酸。植物纤维为木纤维。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种高分子负氧离子复合材料,原料包括:
负氧粉25kg,玻璃粉25kg,氧化镁100kg,浓度为10%的硫酸镁溶液100kg,石粉50kg,植物纤维20kg,玻璃微珠5kg,防水增韧剂3kg,功能剂3kg。
本实施例中,防水增韧剂为高强度水性树脂。功能剂为硬脂酸。植物纤维为稻草。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种高分子负氧离子复合材料,原料包括:
负氧粉20kg,玻璃粉25kg,氧化镁100kg,浓度为10%的硫酸镁溶液100kg,石粉60kg,植物纤维15kg,玻璃微珠10kg,防水增韧剂3kg,功能剂3kg。
本实施例中,防水增韧剂为高强度水性树脂。功能剂为硬脂酸。植物纤维为稻草。
