when the movable partition plate 14 moves upwards, the material in the upper bin 13 is pushed downwards to the surface of the upper conical surface 31 through the upper end of the material through hole 15, so that the upper conical surface 31 is shrunk, the upper conical surface 31 is shrunk and the lower cylindrical surface 32 is synchronously shrunk, at the moment, the material in the upper bin 13 can enter the lower bin 12 through the material through hole 15 for supplement, when the movable partition plate 14 moves downwards, the material in the lower bin 12 pushes the lower surface of the lower cylindrical surface 32 to deform upwards, when the lower surface of the lower cylindrical surface 32 deforms upwards, the lower cylindrical surface 32 is integrally further attached to the inner wall of the material through hole 15, and the phenomenon that the material in the lower bin 12 is reversely conveyed to the upper bin 13 is prevented, so that the material stored in the lower bin 12 can be discharged downwards through the discharge pipeline 3 when the movable partition plate 14 moves downwards;
the supporting spring 33 has the purpose of tightly supporting the lower cylindrical surface 32 and the upper conical surface 31, so that when the material extrudes the upper conical surface 31 from the upper end to deform, the supporting spring 33 is compressed from the upper end, the upper conical surface 31 is pulled to deform inwards, and when the material pushes the supporting spring 33 to deform upwards from the bottom of the lower cylindrical surface 32, the supporting spring 33 pushes the upper conical surface 31 to expand and expand, the outer ring of the lower end of the upper conical surface 31 is sealed at the inner ring of the material through hole 15, and the material in the lower storage bin 12 is prevented from entering the upper storage bin 13.
