Technical Field
The invention relates to a formula of a medicine atomized liquid for treating acute and chronic pharyngitis and a preparation process thereof, belonging to the field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Technical Field
Pharyngitis is inflammation of pharyngeal mucosa, which is divided into acute inflammation and chronic inflammation, acute nasopharyngitis is acute inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa, submucosa and lymphoid tissue, mainly occurs to pharynx and tonsil, and common symptoms are obvious pharyngeal foreign body sensation, dry itching and pain, and severe symptoms are obvious pharyngeal concave-convex particles, swelling, bleeding and the like. Chronic pharyngitis is the result of upper respiratory tract infection, and is caused by infection of the throat. Pharyngitis frequently occurs in adults, is particularly common in people with low immunity such as frequent smoking, alcoholism and the like, and has the characteristics of long course of disease, easy relapse, stubborn symptoms and difficult cure. The present research shows that pharyngitis is mostly caused by staphylococcus, beta hemolytic streptococcus and virus infection. At present, antibiotics are mainly used for treating pharyngitis, and long-term use of the antibiotics is easy to cause bacteria to generate drug resistance, the use dosage is larger and larger, so that the disease is repeatedly attacked, and the toxic and side effects are increasingly obvious.

The curative effect standard of chronic pharyngitis is that the chronic pharyngitis is cured, and clinical symptoms and physical signs are obviously improved within 10 days after the chronic pharyngitis is taken; the effect is obvious, and the symptoms and physical signs are obviously improved within 1 month after the medicine is taken; has the advantages of effective treatment, reduced symptoms after administration,
partial improvement of symptoms and signs within 1 month; the medicine is ineffective, the symptoms are slightly reduced or not reduced after the medicine is taken, and the physical signs are not obviously improved.
The curative effect results are compared and shown in tables 1 and 2:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
Figure 931408DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
as shown in tables 1 and 2, the clinical effects of the atomized medicament on acute and chronic pharyngitis are observed by clinical observation of a random double-blind method and by taking physiological saline as a control, and the results show that: compared with a normal saline control group, the atomized liquid treatment group of the medicine for treating acute and chronic pharyngitis has obvious difference in curative effect. The cure rate and the significant efficiency of the treatment group are far higher than those of the control group, which shows that the product of the invention has obvious effect on treating acute and chronic pharyngitis.
