s2: then weighing all raw materials consisting of the water-retaining concrete part 200 according to the parts by weight;
s3: cutting, drying and screening the soybean straws, selecting biomass materials with the length value of 25-50mm for use, crushing the biomass materials by a crusher, screening biomass chips with the particle size of 4.5-7.8mm, processing the argil into blocks with the particle size of 3.2-4.5cm by a granulator, and drying;
s4: putting the pervious concrete raw materials into a stirrer, adding a proper amount of normal-temperature water, stirring for 5min, then sequentially putting the soybean straws, the BSC-WY03 additive, the biomass chips, the organic fertilizer and the water reducing agent, stirring for 25min, then adding argil, and stirring for 3min to prepare a water-retaining concrete part 200;
s5: then the biomass material is crushed, dried and pressed into a shape matched with the permeation groove 110 to prepare a plug body 120;
s6: prefabricating a pervious concrete part 300, and weighing raw materials consisting of the pervious concrete part 300 according to parts by weight;
s7: putting pervious concrete raw materials into a stirrer, adding a proper amount of normal-temperature water, stirring for 5min, sequentially putting the treated plant bran, BSC-J active additive, plant ash, biomass fiber and organic fertilizer, stirring for 35min, adding argil, stirring for 3min, pouring and molding a pervious concrete piece 300 by adopting a concave lower die and a grid protruding upper die, and drying to prepare the pervious concrete piece 300;
s8: taking out the basic concrete member 100 manufactured in the step S1, placing the bolt body 120 into the infiltration tank 110, paving the partition net 210 in the inner cavity of the basic concrete member 100, pouring the water retention concrete member 200 manufactured in the step S4 into the infiltration tank 110, wherein the height value of the water retention concrete member 200 does not exceed one half of the height value of the inner cavity of the basic concrete member 100, paving the partition net 210 on the water retention concrete member 200 after proper drying, and then placing the water permeability concrete member 300 manufactured in the step S7 on the water retention concrete member 200, so that the top surface of the water permeability concrete member 300 is flush with the infiltration tank 110;
s9: preparing prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing pervious concrete, and putting into use in time;
when the plant-growing permeable concrete fixing device is used, the prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing permeable concrete is fixed at a designated position through the fixing columns 150, then the prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing permeable concrete is sequentially spliced, the fixing columns 150 are installed on the basic concrete piece 100, the plant growing soil 310, the fine sand layer 320 and the fine stone layer 330 are sequentially paved in the permeable concrete piece 300 after the plants are grown, and finally the fixing ring 130 is fixed on the bolt body 120, so that the plants can penetrate through meshes on the protection net 140.

water-retaining concrete spare (200), fill in basic concrete spare (100), the outside of water-retaining concrete spare (200) is equipped with separates net (210), just water-retaining concrete spare (200) includes that following parts by weight constitutes:
170 parts of soybean straw, 10-15 parts of BSC-WY03 additive, 220 parts of pervious concrete raw material, 30-50 parts of biomass chips, 40-65 parts of pottery clay, 15-30 parts of organic fertilizer, 5-10 parts of water reducer and a proper amount of water;
the pervious concrete spare (300), set up in the basic concrete spare (100) and be located on the moisture-retaining concrete spare (200), be provided with the grid groove for planting on the pervious concrete spare (300), just the pervious concrete spare (300) includes following parts by weight:
50-70 parts of plant bran, 8-12 parts of BSC-J active additive, 80-100 parts of pervious concrete, 5-10 parts of plant ash, 20-40 parts of biomass fiber, 15-35 parts of pottery clay, 10-15 parts of organic fertilizer and a proper amount of water;
be equipped with planting soil (310) that are used for planting on pervious concrete spare (300), just fine sand bed (320) and fine stone layer (330) have been laid in proper order on planting soil (310) upper strata.

The prefabricated water-retention plant-growing pervious concrete according to claim 1, wherein a fixing column (150) is installed on the foundation concrete piece (100), a fixing ring (130) is fixed on the fixing column (150), and a protective net (140) for protection is connected to the fixing ring (130) and is positioned on the fine stone layer (330).
3. The prefabricated water-retention plant-growing pervious concrete as claimed in claim 1, wherein fixing columns (150) are further arranged at the bottom of the basic concrete piece (100), and assembling pieces are arranged on the side surfaces of the basic concrete piece (100).
4. The prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing water-permeable concrete according to claim 1, wherein the plug body (120) is a biomass molding structure, and the plug body (120) is a plant straw and a fruit shell which are crushed, dried and pressed.
5. The prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing pervious concrete as claimed in claim 1, wherein the soybean straw is cut, dried and screened, and the length value is selected to be 25-50mm for use.
6. The prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing pervious concrete as claimed in claim 1, wherein the biomass chips are formed by combining one or more of plant straws, plant shells, plant leaves and plant skins, and the particle size after screening is 4.5-7.8 mm.
7. The prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing water-permeable concrete according to claim 1, wherein the plant bran is one or a combination of rice, wheat, peanut and millet shells, the particle size is 3.5-6.2mm after crushing, and the pH value is 4.8-6.
8. The prefabricated water-retaining vegetation pervious concrete as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pottery clay granules are honeycomb-shaped and have a particle size of 3.2-4.5cm after being dried.
9. The prefabricated water-retention plant-growing pervious concrete as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pervious concrete member (300) is cast in one piece, and the height of the grid grooves at the separation edges is half of the height of the grid grooves.
10. The preparation method of the prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing pervious concrete as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: prefabricating a foundation concrete part (100), adopting a concave lower die and a flat upper die, carrying out dislocation die assembly, arranging a plurality of groups of transverse vertical rods for forming a permeation groove (110) and concave holes for forming a fixed column (150) on the lower die, and carrying out pouring forming;
s2: weighing raw materials consisting of the water-retaining concrete piece (200) according to parts by weight;
s3: cutting, drying and screening soybean straws, selecting a biomass material with the length value of 25-50mm for use, crushing the biomass material by a crusher, screening biomass chips with the particle size of 4.5-7.8mm, processing argil into blocks with the particle size of 3.2-4.5cm by a granulator, and drying;
s4: putting the pervious concrete raw materials into a stirrer, adding a proper amount of normal-temperature water, stirring for 5min, then sequentially putting the soybean straws, the BSC-WY03 additive, the biomass chips, the organic fertilizer and the water reducing agent, stirring for 25min, then adding argil, and stirring for 3min to prepare a water-retaining concrete part (200);
s5: the biomass material is crushed, dried and pressed to be formed into a shape matched with the infiltration tank (110) to be made into a bolt body (120);
s6: prefabricating a pervious concrete part (300), and weighing raw materials consisting of the pervious concrete part (300) according to parts by weight;
s7: putting the pervious concrete raw materials into a stirrer, adding a proper amount of normal-temperature water, stirring for 5min, sequentially putting the treated plant bran, BSC-J active additive, plant ash, biomass fiber and organic fertilizer, stirring for 35min, adding argil, stirring for 3min, introducing the prepared mixture into a pouring way by adopting a concave lower die and a grid-protruded upper die, pouring and molding, and drying to prepare a pervious concrete part (300);
s8: taking out the basic concrete piece (100) manufactured in the step S1, placing the bolt body (120) into the infiltration groove (110), paving the partition net (210) in the inner cavity of the basic concrete piece (100), pouring the water-retention concrete piece (200) manufactured in the step S4 into the infiltration groove (110), wherein the height value of the water-retention concrete piece is not more than one half of the height value of the inner cavity of the basic concrete piece (100), paving the partition net (210) on the water-retention concrete piece (200) after proper drying, and then placing the water-permeable concrete piece (300) manufactured in the step S7 on the water-retention concrete piece (200) to enable the top surface of the water-permeable concrete piece (300) to be level with the infiltration groove (110);
s9: the prefabricated water-retaining plant-growing pervious concrete is prepared and put into use in time.
