Abstract
The invention discloses a device capable of adjusting the width of a cutting wire mesh and an adjusting method thereof, wherein the device comprises a cutting chamber, wherein two front holes positioned on the same horizontal plane are formed at the front end of the cutting chamber, and a third front hole is formed right below the middle parts of the two front holes; two rear holes in the same horizontal plane are formed at the rear end of the front end of the cutting chamber, and a third rear hole is formed right below the position between the two rear holes; the third front hole and the third rear hole are respectively provided with a sealing cover; a main shaft system is arranged between the front hole and the rear hole. According to the invention, on the premise of not changing the center distance of the main shaft system, the width of the cutting wire net is adjusted by changing the diameter of the rollers and the number of the main shaft systems, so that a single device can cut hard and brittle materials with different sizes, and the cutting capability of the multi-wire cutting machine is greatly improved.

The multi-wire cutting machine is applied to slicing of hard and brittle materials. In the production process, the width of the cutting wire net has a great influence on the cutting capability of the multi-wire cutting machine. The smaller the width of the cutting wire net, the better the cutting yield, but the smaller the size of the hard and brittle material that can be cut. Along with the size of the hard and brittle materials is larger and larger, the width of the cutting wire net and the distance between the upper cutting wire and the lower cutting wire are also larger and larger, the multi-wire cutting machine which cannot adjust the width of the cutting wire net has great limitation on the size of the cut materials, is difficult to meet the market demand, and can be eliminated quickly.

step two, when cutting hard and brittle materials with larger sizes, replacing two main shaft systems above a cutting chamber with rollers with small diameters, installing the rollers with the same diameter as the two main shaft systems above between a third front hole and a third rear hole, densely arranging diamond wires between the three main shaft systems to form a wire net, and feeding the hard and brittle materials from top to bottom so as to cut the hard and brittle materials; the diameters of the roller before and after replacement are d1 and d2 respectively, the vertical center distance of the upper hole and the lower hole of the cutting chamber is L, the width of the cutting wire net after replacement of the roller is increased by d1-d2, and the distance between the upper cutting wire and the lower cutting wire is increased by L + d2-d 1.

An apparatus for adjusting the width of a cutting wire web as shown in fig. 1 comprises a cutting chamber 1, a spindle system and a cover 5; three front holes are formed in the front side of the cutting chamber 1, wherein two front holes are formed in the same horizontal plane, the third front hole is formed below the first two front holes, and the center of each front hole is located right below the center of the connecting line of the first two front holes; three rear holes are formed in the rear side of the cutting chamber 1, wherein two rear holes are formed in the same horizontal plane, the third rear hole is formed below the first two rear holes, and the center of each rear hole is located right below the center of the connecting line of the first two rear holes; the centers of the corresponding front hole and the rear hole are optimally on the same axis. And a main shaft system is respectively arranged between the corresponding front hole and the corresponding rear hole above the cutting chamber 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main shaft system comprises a driving shaft 3, a driven shaft 2 and a roller 4; the driven shaft 2 is connected in the front hole of the cutting chamber 1 and is fastened through two disassembly and assembly screws, and the driven shaft 2 can rotate in the front hole of the cutting chamber 1; the driving shaft 3 is connected in the rear hole of the cutting chamber 1, the outer side of the driving shaft is directly connected with a motor, and the driving shaft 3 can rotate in the rear hole of the cutting chamber 1; dense diamond wires are distributed between the two spindle systems above the cutting chamber 1 to form a wire net, and the hard and brittle materials are cut.
As shown in figure 3, a roller 4 is arranged between the driving shaft 3 and the driven shaft 2, the roller 4 is connected with the driving shaft 3 and the driven shaft 2 through a locking screw rod, and the locking screw rod penetrates through the driven shaft 2 and the roller 4 and is fixed on the driving shaft 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the cover 5 can be fixed on both sides of the front hole and the inner side of the rear hole below the cutting chamber 1 by screws; when the spindle system is to be installed between the front and rear holes below the cutting chamber 1, the cover 5 should be removed.
The method for adjusting the width of the cutting wire mesh specifically comprises the steps that when a hard brittle material with a smaller size is cut, a main shaft system is respectively arranged between two front holes and two rear holes above a cutting chamber 1, the two sides of the front hole and the inner side of the rear hole below the cutting chamber are sealed by sealing covers 5, dense diamond wires are fully distributed between the two main shaft systems above the cutting chamber 1 to form the wire mesh, the hard brittle material is fed from top to bottom, and the hard brittle material is cut only by the two main shaft systems above the cutting chamber; when cutting hard brittle materials with larger sizes, two main shaft systems above the cutting chamber 1 are replaced by a roller 4 with a small diameter, meanwhile, one main shaft system is arranged between a front hole and a rear hole below the cutting chamber 1, diamond wires are densely arranged among the three main shaft systems to form a wire net, and the hard brittle materials are fed from top to bottom, so that the hard brittle materials are cut. The diameters of the roller 4 before and after replacement are d1 and d2 respectively, and the vertical center distance between the upper hole and the lower hole of the cutting chamber 1 is L, so that the width of the cutting wire net after replacement of the roller 4 is increased by d1-d2, and the distance between the upper cutting wire and the lower cutting wire is increased by L + d2-d 1.
According to the invention, on the premise of not changing the center distance of the main shaft system, the width of the cutting wire net is adjusted by changing the diameter of the rollers and the number of the main shaft systems, so that a single device can cut hard and brittle materials with different sizes, and the cutting capability of the multi-wire cutting machine is greatly improved.

step one, when cutting hard brittle materials with smaller sizes, a main shaft system is respectively arranged between two front holes and a rear hole above a cutting chamber (1), and two sides of a third front hole and the inner side of the third rear hole are sealed by sealing covers (5); dense diamond wires are fully distributed between the two main shaft systems above the cutting chamber (1) to form a wire net, and the hard and brittle materials are fed from top to bottom;
