背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高、饮食结构改变及生活节奏加快、压力增加,糖尿病的发生率逐年增加。糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、
肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。2021年全球成年糖尿病患者人数达到5.37亿。中国糖尿病报告(2000年-2020年)过去的10年间,我国糖尿病患者人数由9000万增加至1亿4000万,增幅达56%,现代医学视高血糖为危害健康的隐形杀手。所以,寻找高效、天然的降糖药物和降糖食品已成为医学界的共同愿望。目前,市场上品种繁多的降血糖药,大都是化学制剂,长期服用毒副作用突显。高血糖症患者需要终身服药治疗,因此越来越多的人把目光投向天然降脂减肥药的开发和利用。
依据传统中医养身理论和现代营养学研究成果,以“青钱柳”为主要原料进行辅助降血糖的功能食品开发符合功能食品研究方向。青钱柳是国家卫计委公布的新食品原料,属中国特有的单种属植物,含有多种生物活性成分,包括三萜、黄酮、有机酸、多糖和甾体等,具有降血糖、降血脂、降血压、抗氧化和抗菌等药理作用。将青钱柳与可食可药中药配伍组成降血糖食品,将产生较好的社会效益和经济效益。

本发明一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂,所述青钱柳茶由以下成分制成:青钱柳鲜叶、桑叶、中药葛根和有机铬。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述桑叶的含水率为5-9wt%,所述青钱柳鲜叶的含水率为3-6wt%,所述中药葛根的含水率为5-9wt%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述青钱柳鲜叶30~60%、葛根20~50%,桑叶15~30%,有机铬占成品的2.2~3.9ppm。

S1、取青钱柳置提取罐中用水浸泡提取2次:第1次加12倍量水,80~90℃浸泡1h,过滤200目;第2次加10倍量水,80~90℃浸泡1h,过滤200目;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.15;
S2、取葛根、桑叶置提取罐中,加水,煮提2次:第1次加10倍量水,100℃提取1.5h,过滤200目;第2次加8倍量水,100℃提取1.5h,过滤200目;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.15;
S3、合并两次浓缩膏,减压干燥,至水分小于5%,得提取物,提取物粉碎,过60目筛;
S4、将提取物与富铬酵母混合,填充胶囊,包装;

其中,桑叶的含水率为5-9wt%,所述青钱柳鲜叶的含水率为3-6wt%,所述中药葛根的含水率为5-9wt%。
桑叶中所含的槲皮素、酚类化合物、维生素C等成分能通过抑制或清除自由基来防止氧化损伤,桑叶具有类似人参的补益与抗衰老、稳定神经系统功能的作用,能缓解生理变化引起的情绪激动,提高体内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,阻止体内有害物质的产生,减少或消除已经产生并积滞于体内的脂褐质,中药葛根有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。

S2、取葛根、桑叶置提取罐中,加水,煮提2次:第1次加10倍量水,100℃提取1.5h,过滤200目;第2次加8倍量水,100℃提取1.5h,过滤200目;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.15;
S3、合并两次浓缩膏,减压干燥,至水分小于5%,得提取物,提取物粉碎,过60目筛;
S4、将提取物与富铬酵母混合,填充胶囊,包装。

Claims (6)
1.一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂,其特征在于,所述青钱柳茶由以下成分制成:青钱柳鲜叶、桑叶、中药葛根和有机铬。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂,其特征在于,所述桑叶的含水率为5-9wt%,所述青钱柳鲜叶的含水率为3-6wt%,所述中药葛根的含水率为5-9wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂,其特征在于,所述青钱柳鲜叶30~60%、葛根20~50%,桑叶15~30%,有机铬占成品的2.2~3.9ppm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂,现提出一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:其特征在于,
S1、取青钱柳置提取罐中用水浸泡提取2次:第1次加12倍量水,80~90℃浸泡1h,过滤200目;第2次加10倍量水,80~90℃浸泡1h,过滤200目;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.15;
S2、取葛根、桑叶置提取罐中,加水,煮提2次:第1次加10倍量水,100℃提取1.5h,过滤200目;第2次加8倍量水,100℃提取1.5h,过滤200目;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.15;
S3、合并两次浓缩膏,减压干燥,至水分小于5%,得提取物,提取物粉碎,过60目筛;
S4、将提取物与富铬酵母混合,填充胶囊,包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1和S2中减压浓缩的温度为780~85℃,压强为-0.06~-0.08Mpa。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防治糖尿病的青钱柳复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中减压干燥的温度为70~80℃,压强为-0.06~-0.08Mpa。
