Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, relates to cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to pure natural system cleansing oil with skin care effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the clear understanding of skin aging and damage caused by ultraviolet rays, a large amount of sunscreen products are frequently used in the skin care process, so that the scale of cosmetics is continuously enlarged, and cosmetics are also necessary for life owing to the rapid penetration of a color cosmetic habit and the refinement and specialized upgrade of skin care requirements. There are two main principles of cleaning products on the market today, one being surfactant cleaning: the surfactant forms a structure called micelle when being cleaned, so that oil stain small particles are wrapped, the surface tension of original oil stains (grease) and skin is reduced, the oil stains are separated from the skin, and then the micelle wrapping the oil stains is washed away with water, so that the cleaning effect is achieved, and the surfactant is commonly used in face cleaning; the other is similar phase dissolution principle cleaning: the oily component is easily dissolved with the oily component, and the polar oil and fat are easily dissolved with the polar oil and fat.
However, surfactants themselves are harmful to the skin, including causing the dissolution of skin stratum corneum lipids, the swelling, denaturation of keratin, and the washing away of Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF) from skin stratum corneum cells. The oil can also influence the skin, and some oil is not easy to wash and stop on the skin, so that acne is easy to grow; the synthetic ester is fresh and cool in use, has strong dissolving and penetrating power to dirty things, but has relatively weak safety, and some components have the risk of causing acne.
Because triglyceride, diglyceride, monoglyceride, phospholipid, flavone, sterol, tocopherol, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and the like in the vegetable oil can be mutually dissolved and mixed with sebum on the outermost layer of the epidermis, even a part of small molecule fat-soluble active matters can enter cells in the epidermis through osmotic absorption along with the massage in the using process; with the continuation of the cleaning process, through the washing of flowing water, grease can have some residues in epidermis structure, has abundant sebum's effect. Therefore, the development of makeup removing products with high safety level, multiple effects and good stability and derived from natural active ingredients becomes a focus of attention of research and development institutions and manufacturing enterprises in recent years.
CN106726783A discloses camellia cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing camellia oil, ethanol and a strong base catalyst for reflux reaction, standing for layering, and removing a lower-layer solution to obtain an upper-layer solution; (2) adding sucrose and an alkaline catalyst into the upper layer solution obtained in the step (1), gradually heating to a reaction temperature, reacting under reduced pressure, washing with brine, standing for layering, and removing the lower layer solution to obtain an upper layer solution; (3) and (3) drying the upper layer solution obtained in the step (2) in vacuum, and adding an antioxidant to obtain the camellia cleansing oil. The camellia cleansing oil disclosed by the invention is low in viscosity, good in dissolving and dispersing performance on makeup, free of stimulation and easy to clean.
CN10219806A provides mild cleansing oil with skin care effect and a preparation method thereof, wherein the components of the mild cleansing oil comprise 79-89.9% of vegetable oil by volume percentage; the emulsifier accounts for 10-20% of the volume percentage; the essential oil accounts for 0.1-1% of the volume percentage; the humectant accounts for 0-5% of the volume percentage; the total volume satisfies 100%. The cleansing oil prepared by the formula is mild in texture and has a skin care effect, and thick waterproof mascara, foundation make-up and lipstick on the face can be removed cleanly.
CN103550097A discloses a mild cleansing oil, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: natural vegetable oils; an emulsifier; hyaluronic acid; essential oil; a humectant; seaweed mud; an ivy extracting solution; and (4) citric acid. The cleansing oil takes natural vegetable oil as a main oil-soluble component, and beneficial components such as a humectant and an ivy extracting solution are added, so that the cleansing oil has a good moisturizing effect, is low in irritation and is beneficial to skin health.
Although the cleansing oil is mainly composed of plant components, it uses natural plant components, synthetic oils and fats, emulsifiers, and the like, and increases the risk of skin diseases such as acne and sensitization of the cleansing product.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a cleansing oil compounded by pure natural components, which can be used for daily cleansing and cleansing, has mild performance, does not damage skin barriers, and has a certain skin care effect.

L represents the whiteness of black, the larger the value of L, the more white the skin, otherwise, the more black; a represents the red-green chroma, the skin is more red when the value of a is larger, and is more green when the value of a is larger; b indicates the degree of blue-yellow, and the larger the value of b indicates that the skin is more yellow, and conversely is blue. The laboratory keeps constant temperature and humidity, the testing temperature is 23-24 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50-60%.
The cleaning force calculation method comprises the following steps: calculating the skin color difference after applying BB cream/lipstick compared with the initial state, and recording as delta E (after applying); the skin color after makeup removal cleansing was poor compared to the initial state and was recorded as Δ E (after cleansing). The delta E can comprehensively reflect the three-dimensional change of skin chromaticity, the more the delta E value is, the more obvious the change of skin color is, the less the delta E value is, the closer the skin color is, the cleaning power is calculated through the delta E, and the calculation formula is as follows:
△E=SQRT(△L*2 +△a*2+△b*2)
cleaning force = ([ delta ] E (after application) - [ delta ] E (after cleaning)/[ delta ] E (after application)) × 100%
The results are shown in table 1 (BB cream) and table 2 (lipstick):
