Abstract
本发明公开了一种定型护发喷雾及其制备方法。定型护发喷雾包括以下重量百分比的组分：0.1‑1％乳化剂、0.1‑10％保湿剂、0.1‑0.5％调理剂、0.1‑10％芳香剂、0.2‑1％油性定型剂、5‑15％润肤剂、1‑7％水性定型剂、0.1‑1％防腐剂、水余量。本发明的定型护发喷雾通过油性定型剂与水性定型剂相结合，利用各自的优点并获得1+1＞2的效果，在其共同作用下定型效果提升明显，效果更持久。定型护发喷雾对头发具有滋养、保护及调理作用，改善了头发枯黄、发脆、易断等问题，有助于头发的健康成长，头发柔顺易梳理；无需添加推进剂，相较发胶发蜡需要用手涂抹，使用起来更为便捷方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗护用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种定型护发喷雾及其制备方法。
背景技术
发用定型产品是以美化发型为主要目的化妆品。目前，市面上的产品多为单用水性成膜剂或者单用油性成膜剂的定型产品。单用水性成膜剂(如专利CN201710270687.4)黏性过强，易使头发粘连，头发硬且不自然；使用后头发暗淡无光泽，手感较粗糙；在头发上成膜后易呈白色不透明状，梳理后有粉状物脱落，严重影响美观和产品体验感；清洗时，部分聚合物水溶性差而不易洗净，树脂在头发上累积导致头发太重，不利于头发健康成长。单用油性成膜剂(如专利CN113304082A)抗水性强，容易堵塞毛囊，不易清洗洗；肤感上偏油腻，头发油光重，给人油腻感。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足，提供一种定型护发喷雾。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述定型护发喷雾的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现：一种定型护发喷雾，包括以下重量百分比的组分：0.1-1％乳化剂、0.1-10％保湿剂、0.1-0.5％调理剂、0.1-10％芳香剂、0.2-1％油性定型剂、5-15％润肤剂、1-7％水性定型剂、0.1-1％防腐剂、水余量。
优选地，所述定型护发喷雾包括以下重量百分比的组分：0.1-0.5％乳化剂、0.1-5％保湿剂、0.1-0.2％调理剂、0.1-5％芳香剂、0.5-0.8％油性定型剂、7-12％润肤剂、2-5％水性定型剂、0.1-0.8％防腐剂、水余量。
更优选地，所述定型护发喷雾包括以下重量百分比的组分：0.2％乳化剂、2.2％保湿剂、0.15％调理剂、0.2％芳香剂、0.7％油性定型剂、10％润肤剂、4％水性定型剂、0.3％防腐剂、水余量。
优选地，所述乳化剂为十六烷基三甲基硫酸甲酯铵、十八烷基三甲基硫酸甲酯铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵中至少一种。
优选地，所述保湿剂为丙三醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、聚甘油-10、聚甘油-6、二丙二醇、双甘油、D-泛醇中至少一种。
优选地，所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-22、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-44、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-53、聚季铵盐-87中至少一种。
优选地，所述油性定型剂为三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、聚乙烯、三甲基戊二醇/己二酸/甘油交联聚合物、苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物中至少一种。
优选地，所述润肤剂为苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十二烷、异十六烷、二辛基迷、环五聚二甲基硅烷、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、三硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷中至少一种。
优选地，所述水性定型剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚季铵盐-46、聚季铵盐-16、VP甲基丙烯酰胺乙烯基咪唑共聚物、VP/VA共聚物中至少一种。
优选地，所述防腐剂为DMDM乙内酰脲、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中至少一种。
上述定型护发喷雾的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将乳化剂、保湿剂、调理剂、水混合，于82-85℃均质，得到混合物1；
(2)将芳香剂、油性定型剂、润肤剂混合，于82-85℃均质，得到混合物2；
(3)将步骤(2)所述混合物2与步骤(1)所述混合物1混合，均质，保温，降温至38℃以下，加入水性定型剂和防腐剂，再次均质，得到定型护发喷雾。
优选地，步骤(1)和(2)中所述均质采用搅拌的方式。
优选地，步骤(3)所述均质为3000-8000转/分均质3-5min；更优选地，为5000转/分均质3min。
优选地，步骤(3)所述再次均质为3000-8000转/分均质3-5min；更优选地，为5000转/分均质3min。
优选地，步骤(3)所述保温的时间为5-10min；更优选地，时间为7min。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明的定型护发喷雾通过油性定型剂与水性定型剂相结合，利用各自的优点并获得1+1＞2的效果，在其共同作用下定型效果提升明显，效果更持久。并且解决了采用单用水性成膜剂的产品影响美观和产品体验，采用单用油性成膜剂的产品使用后头发油光重，难以清洗的难题。
2、本发明的定型护发喷雾滋养、保护及调理发质，改善了头发枯黄、发脆、易断等问题，有助于头发的健康成长，头发柔顺易梳理。
3、本发明的定型护发喷雾无需添加推进剂，相较发胶发蜡需要用手涂抹，使用起来更为便捷方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下实施例、对照例、空白例中采用的组分来源如下：
三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯，Wacker-Belsil TMS 803，瓦克化学。
丙三醇，碧诺。
聚季铵盐-7，广州天赐。
香精，上海曼氏。
十六烷基三甲基硫酸甲酯铵，1632，久恒贸易。
苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷，DC556，万露。
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，K90，巴斯夫。
DMDM乙内酰脲，DMDMH，久恒贸易。
其他组分均为市售。
实施例1-3
实施例1-3的定型护发喷雾，各组分及用量(重量百分比)如表1中所示。

实施例1-3和对比例1-5的制备方法如下：
将A组分依次加入乳化锅，加热至82-85℃，搅拌均匀；将B组分依次加入油相锅，加热至82-85℃，搅拌均匀；将搅拌均匀的B组分加入乳化锅中，高速均质(2800转、分)7分钟，保温7分钟，搅拌降温至38℃以下，加入预溶好的C、D组分，低速均质(1500转、分)6分钟；取样，检测外观、味道、pH，合格后出料。
外观和理化指标应符合：
外观：上层乳化层，下层透明水层；
pH值：体积比1:10的水溶液pH值为4.0-5.0；
耐热(45±2℃)：2个月，恢复室温，无异常；
耐寒(-18±2℃)：2个月，恢复室温，无异常；
循环测试：采用高低温冷热循环箱循环测试三个月(45℃、-18℃)，未发现异常。
经过检测，实施例1-3、对比例1-5、空白例的产物符合以上标准。
定型效果测试—卷曲持久度
测试方法：取相同质量等长头发，扎成发束，以20％发束重量的实施例1-3、对比例1-5的样品涂抹，通过塑料卷发器塑型，以烘箱烘干(50℃、10min)，取出后悬空固定4h，观察发束的长度变化。长度越短证明定型效果越好。
结果如图1和表3所示，

定型效果测试—硬度
测试方法：取相同质量长头发，扎成发束，以20％发束重量的实施例1-3、对比例1-5的样品涂抹，尽可能的把头发捋直，以烘箱烘干(50℃、30min)。以两侧支架支撑，下方放置一个电子天平，在烘干后的发束中间位置悬挂一个敞口的容器，往容器中逐渐添加重量，添加至天平刚好测试到重量，测定该承受重量。其中定型效果体现为发束定型后的硬度，发束最终承重除以发束本身重量的数值与其硬度呈线性相关，数值越高，其定型效果越好。结果如表4所示。

人群满意度测试
将实施例1-3、对比例1-5的样品分给志愿者使用，满意度见表5。I表示非常满意，Ⅱ表示满意，Ⅲ表示不满意。耐热耐寒循环稳定性的循环测试：采用高低温冷热循环箱循环测试三个月(45℃、-18℃)。

以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种定型护发喷雾，包括以下重量百分比的组分：0.1-0.5％乳化剂、0.1-5％保湿剂、0.1-0.2％调理剂、0.1-5％芳香剂、0.5-0.8％油性定型剂、7-12％润肤剂、2-5％水性定型剂、0.1-0.4％防腐剂、水余量；所述油性定型剂为三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、三甲基戊二醇/己二酸/甘油交联聚合物中至少一种；所述水性定型剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚季铵盐-46、VP/VA共聚物中至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述定型护发喷雾，其特征在于，包括以下重量百分比的组分：0.2％乳化剂、2.2％保湿剂、0.15％调理剂、0.2％芳香剂、0.7％油性定型剂、10％润肤剂、4％水性定型剂、0.3％防腐剂、水余量。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述定型护发喷雾，其特征在于，
所述乳化剂为十六烷基三甲基硫酸甲酯铵、十八烷基三甲基硫酸甲酯铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵中至少一种；
所述保湿剂为丙三醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、聚甘油-10、聚甘油-6、二丙二醇、双甘油、D-泛醇中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述定型护发喷雾，其特征在于，
所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-22、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-44、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-53、聚季铵盐-87中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述定型护发喷雾，其特征在于，
所述润肤剂为苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十二烷、异十六烷、二辛基醚、环五聚二甲基硅烷、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、三硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述定型护发喷雾，其特征在于，
所述防腐剂为DMDM乙内酰脲、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲中至少一种。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述定型护发喷雾的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)将乳化剂、保湿剂、调理剂、水混合，于82-85℃均质，得到混合物1；
(2)将芳香剂、油性定型剂、润肤剂混合，于82-85℃均质，得到混合物2；
(3)将步骤(2)所述混合物2与步骤(1)所述混合物1混合，均质，保温，降温至38℃以下，加入水性定型剂和防腐剂，再次均质，得到定型护发喷雾。
8.根据权利要求7所述定型护发喷雾的制备方法，其特征在于，
步骤(1)和(2)中所述均质采用搅拌的方式；
步骤(3)所述均质为3000-8000转/分均质3-5min；
步骤(3)所述再次均质为3000-8000转/分均质3-5min；
步骤(3)所述保温的时间为5-10min。
9.根据权利要求8所述定型护发喷雾的制备方法，其特征在于，
步骤(3)所述均质为5000转/分均质3min；
步骤(3)所述再次均质为5000转/分均质3min；
步骤(3)所述保温的时间为7min。
