本发明涉及饲料技术领域,具体为一种竞赛马匹饲料及其制备方法,包括以下组成成分:主料、熟化料、矿物元素添加剂、维生素添加剂、赖氨酸、烘焙油葵、甘蔗糖蜜、氯化钠、山楂酵母粉、乙氧基喹啉、苯甲酸钠、沸石粉、咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸,使用本发明饲料饲喂后马匹耐力赛成绩均有不同程度提高,说明本发明饲料能够提供丰富营养元素,加快马匹体能恢复,在长时间运动状态下能够有效保持体能以提高比赛成绩。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,具体为一种竞赛马匹饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
赛马作为历史最悠久的运动之一,是比拼马匹奔跑速度、骑手驾驭马匹能力的一种竞技活动,目前在英国、法国、美国、德国、爱尔兰、意大利、澳大利亚、日本、中国香港特别行政区和澳门等被广泛开展,以美国的赛马为例,每年要举行10万多场,观众达到9000万人次,马票售出金额高达120亿美元。
赛马运动中,马匹作为运动员,对赛前、赛中、赛后所饲喂饲料的要求极高,目前国内的马场或马主只是将各种饲料原料按照一定的比例简单混合饲喂,饲料的适口性差,并且易造成营养不均衡,满足不了马匹高强度高负荷比赛时的能量需求。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种竞赛马匹饲料及其制备方法。
所采用的技术方案如下:
一种竞赛马匹饲料,包括以下组成成分:
主料、熟化料、矿物元素添加剂、维生素添加剂、赖氨酸、烘焙油葵、甘蔗糖蜜、氯化钠、山楂酵母粉、乙氧基喹啉、苯甲酸钠、沸石粉、咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸。
进一步地,包括以下重量份数的组成成分:
主料45-50份、熟化料45-50份、矿物元素添加剂0.5-1份、维生素添加剂0.1-0.2份、赖氨酸0.1-0.15份、烘焙油葵1-2份、甘蔗糖蜜1-2份、氯化钠0.5-1份、山楂酵母粉0.05-0.1份、乙氧基喹啉0.05-0.1份、苯甲酸钠0.001-0.002份、沸石粉0.001-0.002份、咖啡因0.001-0.002份、一水肌酸0.002-0.004份、氯化胆碱0.001-0.002份、牛磺酸0.01-0.02份。
进一步地,所述主料包括大豆、玉米、苜蓿草粉、豆粕、豌豆、豆皮、麸皮中的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述熟化料包括熟化压片玉米、熟化压片燕麦、熟化压片大麦、熟化压片大豆、熟化压片黑豆中的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述矿物元素添加剂包括钙、磷、铁、锌、铜、硒、碘和锰元素。
进一步地,所述矿物元素添加剂包括矿物元素成分和载体,所述矿物元素成分由碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、硫酸锰组成,所述载体为沸石粉、膨润土、硅藻土或麦饭石粉中的任意一种。

进一步地,还包括微生物源性抗氧化剂,所述微生物源性抗氧化剂的制备方法如下:
S1:将枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母制成复合菌剂;
S2:将沙棘果渣、沙棘叶、沙棘枝按重量比2-5:1-3:1混合捣碎后灭菌,再按0.2-1:100的重量比接种所述复合菌剂,于30-37℃发酵培养5-10天,得发酵液,将发酵液离心,灭菌后,得发酵产物;
S3:向发酵产物中加入3-6倍于其重量的石油醚,加热回流提取,抽滤后,收集滤液,滤液减压浓缩后灭活、冻干即可。
进一步地,所述复合菌剂中枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母均≥6×109CFU/g。
上述竞赛马匹饲料的制备方法:
S1:将矿物元素添加剂、维生素添加剂、赖氨酸、烘焙油葵、甘蔗糖蜜、氯化钠、山楂酵母粉、乙氧基喹啉、苯甲酸钠、沸石粉、咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸、微生物源性抗氧化剂混合均匀,得到混合料A;
S2:将主料粉碎后与混合料A混合造粒,得到混合料B;
S3:将熟化料与混合料B放入混合搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后装袋即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种竞赛马匹饲料,可以在赛前、赛中、赛后饲喂参加竞赛马匹,用以提高马匹比赛成绩,其中主料可以作为马匹淀粉、油脂、蛋白质、糖类等能量来源,熟化料可以改善饲料口感,便于马匹消化,矿物元素添加剂能增强马匹抗病能力和对比赛场地的适应能力,维生素添加剂和赖氨酸能够促进马匹肌肉生长,提高肌肉韧性、提升活力,咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸能够抑制肌肉疲劳因素的产生,在比赛时减轻马匹疲劳与紧张,快速恢复体能,氯化胆碱能够促进马匹体内氨基酸的再合成,提高免疫力和对养分的吸收能力,降低患病几率,微生物源性抗氧化剂具有一定的自由基清除功能,可以通过清除过多的自由基来维持马匹体内氧化抗氧化系统的动态平衡,从而降低氧化应激造成的机体损害,还可以缓解长时间运动而表现出的延迟性肌肉酸痛,经测试,使用本发明饲料饲喂后马匹耐力赛成绩均有不同程度提高,说明本发明饲料能够提供丰富营养元素,加快马匹体能恢复,在长时间运动状态下能够有效保持体能以提高比赛成绩。

本发明中主料是指能提供淀粉、油脂、蛋白质、糖类的原料成分,例如各种谷物、马铃薯、小麦、大麦、豆类、油菜、黄豆、向日葵、花生、棉籽、苜蓿、干草、麸皮等,以上仅是举例,并不做限制。
其中,本发明中所述主料包括大豆、玉米、苜蓿草粉、豆粕、豌豆、豆皮、麸皮中的一种或多种组合,优选为大豆、玉米、苜蓿草粉、豆粕、豌豆、豆皮、麸皮。
本发明中熟化料是指能提供淀粉、油脂、蛋白质、糖类的原料成分经熟化、压片处理后所得产物,如各种谷物、豆类经熟化、压片处理后所得产物。
其中,本发明中所述熟化料包括熟化压片玉米、熟化压片燕麦、熟化压片大麦、熟化压片大豆、熟化压片黑豆中的一种或多种组合,优选为熟化压片玉米、熟化压片燕麦、熟化压片大麦、熟化压片大豆、熟化压片黑豆。
其中,所述矿物元素添加剂包括钙、磷、铁、锌、铜、硒、碘和锰元素。
进一步地,所述矿物元素添加剂包括矿物元素成分和载体,所述矿物元素成分由碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、硫酸锰组成,所述载体为沸石粉、膨润土、硅藻土或麦饭石粉中的任意一种,所述载体优选为麦饭石粉。
所述矿物元素成分与载体复合的方法可以比照目前常用的负载方法,发明人采用旋蒸浸渍的方法,即将碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、硫酸锰、载体加入水中,搅拌20-30min后旋转蒸发使矿物元素成分负载到载体上。
其中,所述维生素添加剂包括VA、VB1、VB2、VC、VD、VE中的一种或多种组合。
本发明还包括微生物源性抗氧化剂,所述微生物源性抗氧化剂的制备方法如下:
S1:将枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母制成复合菌剂;
S2:将沙棘果渣、沙棘叶、沙棘枝按重量比2-5:1-3:1混合捣碎后灭菌,再按0.2-1:100的重量比接种所述复合菌剂,于30-37℃发酵培养5-10天,得发酵液,将发酵液离心,灭菌后,得发酵产物;
S3:向发酵产物中加入3-6倍于其重量的石油醚,加热回流提取,抽滤后,收集滤液,滤液减压浓缩后灭活、冻干即可。
其中,复合菌剂中枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母均≥6×109CFU/g。
上述竞赛马匹饲料的制备方法:
S1:将矿物元素添加剂、维生素添加剂、赖氨酸、烘焙油葵、甘蔗糖蜜、氯化钠、山楂酵母粉、乙氧基喹啉、苯甲酸钠、沸石粉、咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸、微生物源性抗氧化剂混合均匀,得到混合料A;
S2:将主料粉碎后与混合料A混合造粒,得到混合料B;
S3:将熟化料与混合料B放入混合搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后装袋即可。

矿物元素添加剂的制备方法如下:
将碳酸钙0.234kg、磷酸氢钙0.212kg、硫酸亚铁0.124kg、硫酸锌0.091kg、硫酸铜0.043kg、亚硒酸钠0.023kg、碘化钾0.006kg、硫酸锰0.044kg、麦饭石粉7.223kg加入水中,搅拌30min后旋转蒸发,蒸出水即可。
所述微生物源性抗氧化剂的制备方法如下:
将枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母制成复合菌剂,其中,枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母均≥6×109CFU/g,将沙棘果渣、沙棘叶、沙棘枝按重量比2:1:1混合捣碎后灭菌,再按0.5:100的重量比接种所述复合菌剂,于37℃发酵培养5天,得发酵液,将发酵液离心,灭菌后,得发酵产物,向发酵产物中加入5倍于其重量的石油醚,加热回流提取,抽滤后,收集滤液,滤液减压浓缩后灭活、冻干即可。
上述竞赛马匹饲料的制备方法:
将矿物元素添加剂、VA、VB1、VB2、VC、VD、VE、赖氨酸、烘焙油葵、甘蔗糖蜜、氯化钠、山楂酵母粉、乙氧基喹啉、苯甲酸钠、沸石粉、咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸、微生物源性抗氧化剂混合均匀,得到混合料A,将大豆、玉米、苜蓿草粉、豆粕、豌豆、豆皮、麸皮混合粉碎后与混合料A混合造粒,得到混合料B,将熟化压片玉米、熟化压片燕麦、熟化压片大麦、熟化压片大豆、熟化压片黑豆与混合料B放入混合搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后装袋即可。
实施例2:
与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不含微生物源性抗氧化剂。
实施例3:
与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,将碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、硫酸锰直接加入,不进行麦饭石粉负载。
对比例1:
与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不含咖啡因。
对比例2:
与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不含一水肌酸。
对比例3:
与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不含牛磺酸。
对比例4:
与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,不含氯化胆碱。
性能测试:
饲料适口性实验
(一)实验日期
2021年9月1-7日
(二)实验地点
武汉商学院驭马体育公园马厩
(三)实验目的
在饲喂时间、训练计划、作息规律完全相同的情况下,通过实验比照马匹对本发明实施例1中饲料和市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌)的选择对相关数据,得出两种饲料之间的可口性区别。
(四)实验环境
武汉商学院驭马体育公园马厩
(五)实验器材
武汉商学院驭马体育公园30匹欧洲温血马、本发明实施例1中饲料、市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌)、饲喂托盘。
(六)实验步骤
①每日7:00、13:00、17:00将两个同尺寸、同规格的托盘分别装取同份量(100g)的本发明实施例1中饲料和市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌),实验员用手将托盘置于马匹面前,让马匹分别闻两盘饲料;
②然后再在将托盘置于地上并交换两个托盘的位置;
③打开马房门,让马匹自主选择饲料;
④观察马匹选择吃哪一种饲料,并做记录;
⑤使用t-test对实验数据进行分析。
(七)实验结果与分析
①按照每日所有马匹对本发明实施例1中饲料和市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌)选择的结果统计,结果如下表2所示:

由上表2可以看出,两款饲料每日被选次数差距随天数逐渐增加,最小为第一日(6),最大为第七日(30),说明本发明实施例1中所制备饲料与市售饲料相比而言,适口性更好,马匹更愿意食用本发明饲料,使用t-test对表2数据进行科学分析,结果显示P<0.05差异显著。
饲料对马匹运动能力影响实验
(一)实验日期
2021年9月10日-10月10日
(二)实验地点
武汉商学院驭马体育公园
(三)实验目的
在饲喂时间、训练计划、作息规律完全相同的情况下,实验组和对照组马匹分别饲喂本发明实施例1-3及对比例1-4中所制备饲料和市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌),分别于试验开始前1d和实验结束后1d的9:00进行运动性能测试,以40km耐力赛成绩为评价指标,统计各组马匹完成40km耐力赛所需时间。
(四)实验环境
武汉商学院驭马体育公园、武汉商学院马医院。
(五)实验器材
试验对象:武汉商学院驭马体育公园内3岁左右运动能力无显著差异的40匹欧洲温血马、本发明实施例1-5及对比例1-4中饲料和市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌)、秒表。
(六)实验步骤
①经武汉商学院兽医检查,参与实验的马匹均身体健康,无潜在对实验结果造成误差的风险;
②从2021年9月10日开始,将40匹欧洲温血马随机分成8组,分别记为实验组1-7和对照组,其中实验组1-7马匹分别饲喂本发明实施例1-3及对比例1-4中所制备饲料,对照组马匹饲喂市售饲料(“泽牧久远”牌),饲喂时间、饲喂分量、训练计划、作息规律完全确保相同;
③分别于2021年9月9日和2021年10月11日的9:00对实验组1-7和对照组马匹进行运动性能测试,以40km耐力赛成绩为评价指标,统计各组马匹完成40km耐力赛所需时间,计算平均值,结果如下表3所示:

由上表3可以看出,通过与对照组市售饲料对比可知,本发明饲料饲喂后马匹耐力赛成绩均有相当程度提高,说明本发明饲料能够提供丰富营养元素,加快马匹体能恢复,在长时间运动状态下能够有效保持体能以提高比赛成绩,而且通过实验组1与实验组2-3对比可知,微生物源性抗氧化剂的加入及麦饭石粉负载处理对于提高马匹比赛成绩起到了积极的作用,与实验组4-7对比可知,咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸的加入对于提高马匹比赛成绩起到了积极的作用。

6.如权利要求5所述的竞赛马匹饲料,其特征在于,所述矿物元素添加剂包括矿物元素成分和载体,所述矿物元素成分由碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、硫酸锰组成,所述载体为沸石粉、膨润土、硅藻土或麦饭石粉中的任意一种。
7.如权利要求2所述的竞赛马匹饲料,其特征在于,所述维生素添加剂包括VA、VB1、VB2、VC、VD、VE中的一种或多种组合。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的竞赛马匹饲料,其特征在于,还包括微生物源性抗氧化剂,所述微生物源性抗氧化剂的制备方法如下:
S1:将枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母制成复合菌剂;
S2:将沙棘果渣、沙棘叶、沙棘枝按重量比2-5:1-3:1混合捣碎后灭菌,再按0.2-1:100的重量比接种所述复合菌剂,于30-37℃发酵培养5-10天,得发酵液,将发酵液离心,灭菌后,得发酵产物;
S3:向发酵产物中加入3-6倍于其重量的石油醚,加热回流提取,抽滤后,收集滤液,滤液减压浓缩后灭活、冻干即可。
9.如权利要求8所述的竞赛马匹饲料,其特征在于,所述复合菌剂中枯草芽胞杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和产朊假丝酵母均≥6×109CFU/g。
10.一种如权利要求8所述的竞赛马匹饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:
S1:将矿物元素添加剂、维生素添加剂、赖氨酸、烘焙油葵、甘蔗糖蜜、氯化钠、山楂酵母粉、乙氧基喹啉、苯甲酸钠、沸石粉、咖啡因、一水肌酸、氯化胆碱、牛磺酸、微生物源性抗氧化剂混合均匀,得到混合料A;
S2: 将主料粉碎后与混合料A混合造粒,得到混合料B;
S3:将熟化料与混合料B放入混合搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后装袋即可。
