背景技术
溶剂型的丙烯酸酯压敏胶具有优异的耐黄变性,但随着人们对环境问题的关注,逐渐倾向于使用更环保的水性压敏胶来代替油性压敏胶,但使用过程中出现某些问题,比如水性压敏胶易黄变,导致用水性压敏胶制成的透明标签、OPP胶带、PE保护膜随着时间的延长,颜色逐渐变黄,严重影响产品的美观和使用。

本发明的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,由以下原料按照质量百分比,在去离子水中通过乳液聚合的方法制备而成:
乳化剂:0.1-5%、软单体:90-95%、硬单体:0-5%、功能单体:0-5%、引发剂:0.1-1%、pH缓冲剂0.1-2%、分子量调节剂:0.1-2%、pH调节剂:0.1-3%。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂,选自派诺DB-45、氰特A-102、朗盛H-95、海安石化K-12、艾迪科SR-10、SE-10N中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成,优选为派诺DB-45和氰特A-102按质量比2:1的混合物。

进一步地,所述硬单体选自丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯、丙烯腈中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成,优选为丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯按质量比1:1的混合物。
进一步地,所述功能单体选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成,优选为丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸按质量比2:1的混合物。
进一步地,所述引发剂选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、双氧水-硫酸亚铁、双氧水-抗坏血酸中的一种或者两种及以上的任意比例组成,优选为过硫酸钾和过硫酸钠按质量比2:1的混合物。
进一步地,所述pH缓冲剂选自碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者两种任意比例组成,优选为碳酸氢铵。
进一步地,所述分子量调节剂选自叔十二硫醇、正十二硫醇中的一种或者两种任意比例组成,优选为叔十二硫醇。
进一步地,所述pH调节剂选自氨水、NaOH水溶液、KOH水溶液、二乙醇胺、三乙胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺中的一种或者两种及以上的任意比例组成,优选为NaOH水溶液。
进一步地,所述乳液聚合的方法是间歇式乳液聚合、种子乳液聚合、核壳乳液聚合、IPN乳液聚合,优选为种子乳液聚合。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中用到的乳化剂,不含有APEO,属于环境友好型乳化剂;
2、本发明中所有的原料易获得,都是市场可以采购到的常规物料,不属于稀缺物料;
3、本发明制成的成品丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶具有优异的耐热、耐湿、耐黄变、超级透明等特点;
4、本发明制成的成品丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶的各项指标优异,涂布性能良好,可以适用多种涂布设备。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,按重量份数计,一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物的配方为:
乳化剂:派诺DB-45和氰特A-102按质量比2:1的混合物---3.5份
软单体:丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸月桂酯按质量比1:1的混合物---90份
硬单体:丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯按质量比1:1的混合物---3份
功能单体:丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸按质量比2:1的混合物---2.5份
引发剂:过硫酸钾和过硫酸钠按质量比2:1的混合物---0.5份pH缓冲剂:碳酸氢铵---1.5份
分子量调节剂:叔十二硫醇--1.5份
pH调节剂:NaOH水溶液---2.5份
去离子水---适量;
在带有滴加装置、搅拌器的1000mL四口烧瓶中按照上面的配方要求,按顺序加入去离子水、乳化剂、混合单体(软单体、硬单体、功能单体)、分子量调节剂逐渐加入到烧瓶中高速乳化备用。
在带有冷凝器、滴加装置、搅拌器和温度计的1000mL四口烧瓶中加入去离子水、pH缓冲剂,将温度逐渐升至80度,同时滴加上面备好的乳化液和引发剂水溶液,滴加3小时,温度保持在83-85℃,滴完保温2小时候后降温至45℃,用pH调节剂调节pH值至7.0左右,用200目网布过滤出料,最后得到固含量为52%的乳白色压敏胶。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,由以下原料按照质量百分比,在去离子水中通过乳液聚合的方法制备而成:
乳化剂:0.1-5%、软单体:90-95%、硬单体:0-5%、功能单体:0-5%、引发剂:0.1-1%、pH缓冲剂0.1-2%、分子量调节剂:0.1-2%、pH调节剂:0.1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂,选自派诺DB-45、氰特A-102、朗盛H-95、海安石化K-12、艾迪科SR-10、SE-10N中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述软单体选自丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述硬单体选自丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯、丙烯腈中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述功能单体选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或两种及以上的任意比例组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、双氧水-硫酸亚铁、双氧水-抗坏血酸中的一种或者两种及以上的任意比例组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述pH缓冲剂选自碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者两种任意比例组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述分子量调节剂选自叔十二硫醇、正十二硫醇中的一种或者两种任意比例组成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自氨水、NaOH水溶液、KOH水溶液、二乙醇胺、三乙胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺中的一种或者两种及以上的任意比例组成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性、耐黄变性优良的丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶聚合物,其特征在于,所述乳液聚合的方法是间歇式乳液聚合、种子乳液聚合、核壳乳液聚合、IPN乳液聚合,优选为种子乳液聚合。
