表面保护膜是一类为了保护材料表面而研发的包装薄膜,其构成包括基材与压敏胶。丙烯酸乳液压敏胶是以各种丙烯酸酯单体聚合而制成的一种具有较好的压敏性、耐老化性、耐候性和高粘结性能的胶粘剂。
工业生产的高固含丙烯酸乳液压敏胶粘剂具有生产效率高、运输和储存成本低和对环境无污染等优点,广泛用于表面保护膜的制备及应用。表面保护膜主要应用在材料表面上,保护材料在加工、制造、运载和储存过程中不被划伤、灰尘污染,不受有害气体、微生物腐蚀。
高粘性保护膜主要用于大理石、防盗门、玻璃、磨砂铝型材、石英石、阳极氧化铝等表面的保护,需要优异的耐紫外光老化和耐水性,对于透明PE膜还需要兼顾耐水白性能,同时还需要保证很好的外观(比如线条、光泽、晶点),目前高粘保护膜胶水均不能同时满足其应用需求。

高粘保护膜(PE保护膜)可以用于不锈钢板、不锈钢喷漆板、铝合金装饰板、有机玻璃等产品的表层保护。

称取18.8g去离子水,0.4g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,0.18g异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于乳化缸内,加入0.56g丙烯酸、1.12g丙烯酸羟乙酯、50g丙烯酸丁酯、3.5g苯乙烯,300rpm搅拌30min,制得乳化液,备用。
4.1g去离子水溶解0.28g过硫酸铵,制得引发剂溶液,备用。
将20.1g水、0.03g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、0.06g碳酸氢钠加入反应釜中,搅拌升温到80℃,加入5%的预乳液,5min后加入50%引发剂溶液,反应20min后,开始同步匀速滴加剩余乳化液和剩余引发剂溶液,反应温度控制在84℃,滴加时间为4小时。滴加结束后,90℃保温2H,后降温至50℃以下,加入氨水调pH至8-9,搅拌均匀,200目滤布过滤出料,即制得高粘保护膜护膜乳液。
高粘PE保护膜制备:在高粘保护膜乳液中加入0.116%的外交联剂氮丙啶,混合均匀,用线棒均匀涂布在45微米PE薄膜上,90℃烘干5分钟,控制干胶厚度30微米,常温放置24H后评价性能。

将20.1g水、0.03g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、0.06g碳酸氢钠加入反应釜中,搅拌升温到80℃,加入5%的预乳液,5min后加入50%引发剂溶液,反应20min后,开始同步匀速滴加剩余乳化液和剩余引发剂溶液,反应温度控制在84℃,滴加时间为4小时。滴加结束后,90℃保温2H,后降温至50℃以下,加入氨水调pH至8-9,搅拌均匀,200目滤布过滤出料,即制得高粘保护膜护膜乳液。
高粘PE保护膜制备:在高粘保护膜乳液中加入0.16%的外交联剂氮丙啶,混合均匀,用线棒均匀涂布在45微米PE薄膜上,90℃烘干5分钟,控制干胶厚度30微米,常温放置24H后评价性能。
实施例3
本实施例的保护膜乳液制备过程为:
称取18.8g去离子水,0.4g烷基二苯醚二磺酸,0.18g EO/PO嵌段共聚物,置于乳化缸内,加入0.56g丙烯酸、1.12g丙烯酸羟乙酯、50g丙烯酸丁酯、3.5g苯乙烯,300rpm搅拌30min,制得乳化液,备用。
4.1g去离子水溶解0.28g过硫酸铵,制得引发剂溶液,备用。
将20.1g水、0.03g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、0.06g碳酸氢钠加入反应釜中,搅拌升温到80℃,加入5%的预乳液,5min后加入50%引发剂溶液,反应20min后,开始同步匀速滴加剩余乳化液和剩余引发剂溶液,反应温度控制在84℃,滴加时间为4小时。滴加结束后,90℃保温2H,后降温至50℃以下,加入氨水调pH至8-9,搅拌均匀,200目滤布过滤出料,即制得高粘保护膜护膜乳液。
高粘PE保护膜制备:在高粘保护膜乳液中加入0.16%的外交联剂氮丙啶,混合均匀,用线棒均匀涂布在45微米PE薄膜上,90℃烘干5分钟,控制干胶厚度30微米,常温放置24H后评价性能。
本实施例样品的性能评价如下:
(1)初粘性的检测:按GB 4852-1984斜面滚球法进行测试。
(2)剥离强度的检测:按GB 2792-1998压敏胶粘带180°剥离强度试验方法测定。
(3)耐水性测试:将保护膜贴直接置于自然水中,放置1D、3D、7D,取出后立即用手指刮胶层,如果胶膜脱落则耐水NG,如果刮不下,耐水OK结果
(4)耐水白测试:将保护膜贴直接置于自然水中,放置1D、3D、7D,1D指一个自然日,取出后目测颜色外观,以及透度。
实施例4
本实施例的压敏胶,其原料包括,以重量百分数计,软单体丙烯酸十八酯:48%;硬单体丙烯酸甲酯:2%;功能单体丙烯酸羟丙酯:0.8%;乳化剂脂肪醇乙氧化物:0.4%;缓冲剂醋酸钠:0.03%;引发剂过硫酸铵:0.2%;中和剂三乙醇胺:0.3%;去离子水余量。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照组分原料的重量份,称取去离子水总量的25%、乳化剂总量的95%、软单体、硬单体以及功能单体,加入至反应釜内,250rpm搅拌30min,制成预乳液;
将引发剂与水总量的1%去离子水混合,制成引发剂溶液;
将剩余的去离子水、乳化剂和缓冲剂加入反应釜内,继续搅拌并升温到78℃,加入预乳液重量的3%,2min后加入引发剂溶液的45%,反应15min后,开始滴加剩余预乳液及剩余引发剂溶液,滴加过程反应釜温度控制在84℃,反应控制在4h内加完,滴加完成后,升温到88℃保温2h;将反应釜内物料降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调节体系pH为8-9,搅拌均匀后,200目过滤出料,即得所述表面保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
实施例5
本实施例的压敏胶,其原料包括,以重量百分数计,软单体丙烯酸丁酯:50%;硬单体苯乙烯:4%;功能单体丙烯酸:1.7%;乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠盐:0.6%;缓冲剂碳酸氢钠:0.06%;引发剂2,2-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸胺:0.4%;中和剂三乙胺:0.6%;去离子水余量。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照组分原料的重量份,称取去离子水总量的27%、乳化剂总量的97%、软单体、硬单体以及功能单体,加入至反应釜内,280rpm搅拌40min,制成预乳液;
将引发剂与水总量的1%去离子水混合,制成引发剂溶液;
将剩余的去离子水、乳化剂和缓冲剂加入反应釜内,继续搅拌并升温到79℃,加入预乳液重量的5%,5min后加入引发剂溶液的50%,反应18min后,开始滴加剩余预乳液及剩余引发剂溶液,滴加过程反应釜温度控制在85℃,反应控制在4h内加完,滴加完成后,升温到89℃保温2h;将反应釜内物料降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调节体系pH为8-9,搅拌均匀后,200目过滤出料,即得所述表面保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
实施例6
本实施例的压敏胶,其原料包括,以重量百分数计,软单体甲基丙烯酸异辛酯:52%;硬单体丙烯酸甲酯:6%;功能单体甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯:2.6%;乳化剂磺基琥珀酸盐:0.8%;缓冲剂碳酸氢铵:0.09%;引发剂过过硫酸钠:0.6%;中和剂乙二胺:0.9%;去离子水余量。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照组分原料的重量份,称取去离子水总量的30%、乳化剂总量的98%、软单体、硬单体以及功能单体,加入至反应釜内,300rpm搅拌45min,制成预乳液;
将引发剂与水总量的1.5%去离子水混合,制成引发剂溶液;
将剩余的去离子水、乳化剂和缓冲剂加入反应釜内,继续搅拌并升温到80℃,加入预乳液重量的8%,10min后加入引发剂溶液的55%,反应20min后,开始滴加剩余预乳液及剩余引发剂溶液,滴加过程反应釜温度控制在86℃,反应控制在4h内加完,滴加完成后,升温到90℃保温2h;将反应釜内物料降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调节体系pH为8-9,搅拌均匀后,200目过滤出料,即得所述表面保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
实施例7
本实施例的压敏胶,其原料包括,以重量百分数计,软单体质量比1:2的丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸月桂酯混合物:49%;硬单体质量比1:2的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯混合物:3%;功能单体质量比1:1的甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰胺混合物:1.3%;乳化剂质量比1:2的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐混合物:0.5%;缓冲剂质量比1:1的碳酸氢钠、醋酸钠混合物:0.05%;引发剂过硫酸钾:0.3%;中和剂质量比1:1的氨水、乙二胺混合物:0.4%;去离子水余量。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照组分原料的重量份,称取去离子水总量的26%、乳化剂总量的96.5%、软单体、硬单体以及功能单体,加入至反应釜内,260rpm搅拌42min,制成预乳液;
将引发剂与水总量的2.5%去离子水混合,制成引发剂溶液;
将剩余的去离子水、乳化剂和缓冲剂加入反应釜内,继续搅拌并升温到78℃,加入预乳液重量的4%,6min后加入引发剂溶液的48%,反应16min后,开始滴加剩余预乳液及剩余引发剂溶液,滴加过程反应釜温度控制在84℃,反应控制在4h内加完,滴加完成后,升温到88℃保温2h;将反应釜内物料降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调节体系pH为8-9,搅拌均匀后,200目过滤出料,即得所述表面保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
实施例8
本实施例的压敏胶,其原料包括,以重量百分数计,软单体质量比1:2:3的丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸十八酯混合物:51%;硬单体质量比1:2:3:4的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯混合物:5%;功能单体质量比1:1:1:2的丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰胺混合物:2.2%;乳化剂质量比1:2:3的磺基琥珀酸盐、支链十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐、烷基二苯醚二磺酸盐混合物:0.7%;缓冲剂1:2:3的碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢铵、醋酸钠混合物:0.07%;引发剂2,2-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸胺:0.5%;中和剂质量比1:2:3的乙二胺、三乙胺、三乙醇胺混合物:0.6%;去离子水余量。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照组分原料的重量份,称取去离子水总量的28%、乳化剂总量的97.5%、软单体、硬单体以及功能单体,加入至反应釜内,290rpm搅拌33min,制成预乳液;
将引发剂与水总量的2%去离子水混合,制成引发剂溶液;
将剩余的去离子水、乳化剂和缓冲剂加入反应釜内,继续搅拌并升温到80℃,加入预乳液重量的6%,8min后加入引发剂溶液的53%,反应19min后,开始滴加剩余预乳液及剩余引发剂溶液,滴加过程反应釜温度控制在86℃,反应控制在4h内加完,滴加完成后,升温到90℃保温2h;将反应釜内物料降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调节体系pH为8-9,搅拌均匀后,200目过滤出料,即得所述表面保护膜用乳液压敏胶。

Claims (2)

1.一种高粘PE保护膜用丙烯酸乳液压敏胶,称取18.8g去离子水,0.4g磺基琥珀酸盐,0.18g异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于乳化缸内,加入0.56g丙烯酸、1.12g丙烯酸羟乙酯、50g丙烯酸丁酯、3.5g苯乙烯,300rpm搅拌30min,制得乳化液,备用;4.1g去离子水溶解0.28g过硫酸铵,制得引发剂溶液;将20.1g水、0.03g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、0.06g碳酸氢钠加入反应釜中,搅拌升温到80℃,加入5%的预乳液,5min后加入50%引发剂溶液,反应20min后,开始同步匀速滴加剩余乳化液和剩余引发剂溶液,反应温度控制在84℃,滴加时间为4小时,滴加结束后,90℃保温2h,后降温至50℃以下,加入氨水调pH至8-9,搅拌均匀,200目滤布过滤出料。
2.PE保护膜,包括基体以及如权利要求1所述的高粘PE保护膜用水丙烯酸乳液压敏胶。
