Abstract
The invention provides a material supplementing device for a powder filling and packaging line, which comprises a material bag frame, wherein a weighing sensor is arranged on the material bag frame, limiting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper end of the material bag frame, electric guide rails are arranged on two opposite sides of the two limiting plates, an electric slide block slides in the electric guide rails, one side of each electric slide block is connected with an electric push rod, and the other side of each electric push rod is connected with a clamping plate; one side of the material rack is provided with a fixing frame, the upper end of the fixing frame is provided with a mounting plate, a driving mechanism is arranged between the fixing frame and the mounting plate, a motor and a material pipe are mounted on the mounting plate, an auger is arranged in the material pipe, and the output end of the motor is connected with the auger. The invention improves the qualification rate and the production efficiency of the material bag, reduces the manufacturing cost and improves the weight precision of the material bag package.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a technical solution: a material supplementing device for a powder filling packaging line comprises a material bag frame 12, wherein a weighing sensor 13 is installed on the material bag frame 12, limiting plates 14 are installed on two sides of the upper end of the material bag frame 12 respectively, electric guide rails 15 are arranged on two opposite sides of the two limiting plates 14, an electric slider 16 slides inside the electric guide rails 15, one side of the electric slider 16 is connected with an electric push rod 17, the other side of the electric push rod 17 is connected with a clamping plate 18, the electric guide rails 15 are started to drive the electric slider 16 to move, the clamping plate 18 can be moved, so that a material bag 11 moves, the electric push rod 17 is started to drive the two clamping plates 18 to clamp the material bag 11 tightly, the stability of the material bag 11 is ensured, conveying belts 21 are arranged on two sides of the material bag frame 12 respectively, a material bag 11 is arranged on the conveying belts 21, and two ends of each limiting plate 14 extend to the upper end of the conveying belts 21, so that the two clamping plates 18 can stably move the material bag 11 from one of the conveying belts 21 to the material bag rack 12 and can also stably move the material bag 11 from the material bag rack 12 to the other conveying belt 21.

The cylinder 5 is activated and the pushed mounting plate 9 slides, thus changing the position of the pipe 2.
