In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the hopper car body further comprises a vibration device 50, the vibration device 50 being mounted to the inner headwall 22. When the goods are unloaded, the vibration device 50 works, and the inner-layer end wall 22 vibrates under the action of the vibration device 50, so that the goods adhered to the inner-layer end wall 22 are separated from the inner-layer end wall 22, the occurrence of material accumulation, material blockage and the like is reduced, and the goods in the expansion vehicle body 20 can be smoothly unloaded. Meanwhile, the unloading speed of the goods can be increased, and the unloading efficiency is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the vibration device 50 includes a base 51 attached to the inner end wall 22, a vibration body 52 provided opposite to the base 51, an armature 53 attached to the side of the vibration body 52 facing the base 51, and an electromagnet 54 attached to the side of the base 51 facing the vibration body 52. An electromagnetic coil is arranged in front of the electromagnet 54 and the armature 53, and the vibrating body 52 is connected with the base 51 through a resonant elastic member 55. When the goods impact the inner end wall 22, the electromagnetic coil is turned on, positive half cycle pulsating DC voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil, pulse electromagnetic force is generated between the vibrating body 52 and the base 51 by the action of the electromagnet 54, the vibrating body 52 is attracted, the resonant elastic member 55 stores potential energy at this time, and after the electromagnetic force disappears, the vibrating body 52 vibrates in the opposite direction by the potential energy stored in the resonant elastic member 55. In this cycle, the vibrator body 52 vibrates back and forth at the frequency of the alternating current and transmits the impact force to the inner headwall 22, causing the inner headwall 22 to vibrate. Thus, the inner end wall 22 is periodically vibrated by the vibration device 50 to separate the goods from the inner end wall 22, and the goods are influenced by the alternating speed and the acceleration to be in an unstable state, so that the internal friction and the focusing force of the goods are effectively overcome, and the goods can be smoothly and rapidly unloaded.
In one embodiment, the outer end wall 20 includes an outer end plate 212, an outer bottom plate 211 disposed at the bottom of the outer end plate 212, and outer side plates 213 disposed at both sides of the outer end plate 212, wherein the outer side plates 213, the outer end plate 212, and the outer bottom plate 211 are connected to form the outer end wall 21. The end of the outer end wall 21 is referred to as an outer end plate 212, the side of the outer end wall 21 is referred to as an outer side plate 213, and the bottom of the outer end wall 21 is referred to as an outer bottom plate 211.

Claims (10)

1. A hopper car body, comprising:
fixing a vehicle body; and
the capacity expansion vehicle body comprises an inner-layer end wall and an outer-layer end wall matched with the inner-layer end wall, and the outer-layer end wall is arranged at the end part of the capacity fixing vehicle body and is connected with the capacity fixing vehicle body to form an accommodating cavity in a surrounding mode; the inner end wall is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and can be arranged at the end part of the fixed-capacity vehicle body in a turnover mode, or the inner end wall can be arranged at the outer end wall in a turnover mode; the inner end wall is provided with an expansion position and a discharge position, and the inner end wall is overturned between the expansion position and the discharge position.
2. The hopper car body of claim 1, wherein said inner end wall comprises an inner bottom plate fitted to the bottom of said outer end wall and an inner end plate fitted to the end of said outer end wall, the bottom of said inner end plate being connected to said inner bottom plate; the inner layer bottom plate is provided with a rotating shaft and can be arranged at the end part of the fixed-capacity vehicle body or the outer layer end wall in a turnover mode through the rotating shaft.
3. The hopper car body of claim 2, wherein first striker plates are arranged on two sides of the inner bottom plate and extend upwards from the surface of the inner bottom plate.
4. The hopper car body according to claim 2, characterized in that the side of said inner floor is provided with a first guide and/or the side of said inner end plate is provided with a first guide; and a second guide part matched with the first guide part is arranged on the side part of the outer end wall, and the second guide part is an arc-shaped section taking the rotating shaft as the circle center.
5. The hopper car body of claim 2, further comprising a stop located at a side of said fixed-capacity car body or a side of an outer headwall; when the inner end wall is located at the unloading position, the inner end wall is in interference fit with the limiting piece.
6. The hopper car body according to claim 5, wherein the limiting member comprises a fixed plate and a limiting plate connected with the fixed plate, the limiting plate extends from the fixed plate to a direction intersecting with the plate surface of the fixed plate, and the fixed plate is fixed on the side of the fixed-capacity car body or the side of the outer-layer end wall;
the locating parts are at least two, and the at least two locating parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the solid-containing vehicle body or two sides of the outer end wall.
7. The hopper car body according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the bottom of said fixed-capacity car is provided with a discharge port; and a material guide plate is arranged in the accommodating cavity, is obliquely arranged from the unloading opening to the direction of the inner-layer end wall and is butted with the bottom of the inner-layer end wall.
8. The hopper car body as claimed in claim 7, wherein said guide plate is provided with second baffle plates at both sides thereof, said second baffle plates extending upward from the plate surface of said guide plate.
9. The hopper car body of any one of claims 1 to 6 further comprising a drive mechanism drivingly connected to said inner end wall, said drive mechanism being capable of moving said inner end wall from said expanded position to said discharge position and moving said inner end wall from said discharge position to said expanded position.
10. A railway wagon, comprising a chassis and a hopper wagon body as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the hopper wagon body is provided on the chassis.
