Abstract

本发明的技术方案是一种喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,包括喷丝板和喷丝板安装工作台,所述喷丝板安装工作台上设置有流体出料孔和喷丝板安装孔,所述喷丝板通过螺栓连接至喷丝板安装工作台上的喷丝板安装孔内;所述流体出料孔前端连通至喷丝板的熔料流道内,后端连接至流体供给设备,流体供给设备将压力为120‑150Mpa、粒径为6300‑6600目的磨粒流经流体出料孔送入喷丝板的熔料通道内,磨粒流最终经喷丝板微孔挤出,持续9‑11分钟后进行内孔清洗,继续流体抛光9‑11分钟。本发明大大提高了喷丝板微孔抛光效率,降低了成本,最终能达到喷丝板微孔和熔料通道抛光后的高质量要求。

喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出模头喷丝板,尤其是涉及一种喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺。
背景技术
对于熔喷模头来说,喷丝板的微孔加工非常的重要,也是加工难度最高的部分,喷丝板的微孔非常的小,一般直径设置在0.2mm~0.4mm左右,对于这么小的孔来说,内孔的抛光和清洁都是非常困难的,清洁不到位或者抛光精度不高,都是直接影响了产品的质量。目前主要依靠昂贵的高精度加工设备和专用抛光仪器保证微孔质量,成本高,且抛光效率有待提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,其采用一种全新的流体抛光工艺对喷丝板微孔进行抛光处理,抛光效率高,抛光出来的微孔精度高。
本发明的技术方案是一种喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,包括喷丝板和喷丝板安装工作台,所述喷丝板安装工作台上设置有流体出料孔和喷丝板安装孔,所述喷丝板通过螺栓连接至喷丝板安装工作台上的喷丝板安装孔内;所述流体出料孔前端连通至喷丝板的熔料流道内,后端连接至流体供给设备,流体供给设备将压力为120-150Mpa、粒径为6300-6600目的磨粒流经流体出料孔送入喷丝板的熔料通道内,磨粒流最终经喷丝板微孔挤出,持续9-11分钟后进行内孔清洗,继续流体抛光9-11分钟。
优选的,所述磨粒流经过喷丝板微孔后经过过滤后回收供流体供给设备重复使用。
优选的,所述喷丝板安装工作台表面设置有对应连接的喷丝板规格标识。
优选的,所述喷丝板安装工作台上设置有一系列沿长度方向布置的喷丝板安装孔。
本发明大大提高了喷丝板微孔抛光效率,降低了成本,最终能达到喷丝板微孔和熔料通道抛光后的高质量要求。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供了一种喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,包括喷丝板1和喷丝板安装工作台2,所述喷丝板安装工作台2上设置有流体出料孔3和喷丝板安装孔4,所述喷丝板1通过螺栓连接至喷丝板安装工作台2上的喷丝板安装孔4内;所述流体出料孔3前端连通至喷丝板1的熔料流道内,后端连接至流体供给设备,流体供给设备将压力为120-150Mpa、粒径为6300-6600目的磨粒流经流体出料孔3送入喷丝板1的熔料通道5内,磨粒流最终经喷丝板微孔6挤出,持续9-11分钟后进行内孔清洗,继续流体抛光9-11分钟。
在上述方案的基础上,所述磨粒流经过喷丝板微孔6后经过过滤后回收供流体供给设备重复使用。
此外,所述喷丝板安装工作台2表面设置有对应连接的喷丝板规格标识,便于直接确认目前连接的喷丝板1的具体型号。
进一步的,所述喷丝板安装工作台2上设置有一系列沿长度方向布置的喷丝板安装孔4,可以供多种型号的喷丝板1通过不同的喷丝板安装孔4直接连接固定。
本发明首次采用喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,在设定的时间内,采用一定压力一定粒径的磨粒流持续对喷丝板微孔进行抛光,通过磨粒流中的磨料均匀流动对微孔表面进行研磨,可以使微孔表面达到高精度要求,经检测微孔的粗糙度能达到Ra0.1,从而确保最后生产出品质高的产品。整个过程抛光效率高,成本低。

Claims (4)

1.一种喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,其特征在于:包括喷丝板(1)和喷丝板安装工作台(2),所述喷丝板安装工作台(2)上设置有流体出料孔(3)和喷丝板安装孔(4),所述喷丝板(1)通过螺栓连接至喷丝板安装工作台(2)上的喷丝板安装孔(4)内;所述流体出料孔(3)前端连通至喷丝板(1)的熔料流道内,后端连接至流体供给设备,流体供给设备将压力为120-150Mpa、粒径为6300-6600目的磨粒流经流体出料孔(3)送入喷丝板(1)的熔料通道(5)内,磨粒流最终经喷丝板微孔(6)挤出,持续9-11分钟后进行内孔清洗,继续流体抛光9-11分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,其特征在于:所述磨粒流经过喷丝板微孔(6)后经过过滤后回收供流体供给设备重复使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,其特征在于:所述喷丝板安装工作台(2)表面设置有对应连接的喷丝板规格标识。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷丝板微孔流体抛光工艺,其特征在于:所述喷丝板安装工作台(2)上设置有一系列沿长度方向布置的喷丝板安装孔(4)。
