Detailed Description

step two: stirring and heating hydrogenated polyisobutene, tocopheryl acetate, malus micromalus seed fat, sorbitan stearate, glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-20 tribehenate and behenyl alcohol to 70-85 ℃, and uniformly dissolving;
step three: adding the components prepared in the second step into the components prepared in the first step, homogenizing at a high speed for 5min, and adding aminomethyl propanol, xanthan gum and sodium hyaluronate;
step four: cooling to 40-50 ℃ by using the rapid controllable cooling device 1, adding phenoxyethanol, a peony root bark extract, an iris pallida root extract essence, a glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and nicotinamide, and finally cooling to room temperature by using the rapid controllable cooling device 1 again to obtain the product.

The rapid controllable cooling device 1 comprises a telescopic rod 2, a rotating shaft 3, a circular sealing disc 4, an arc through groove 5, a stirring sheet 6, an auxiliary through hole 7, a cooling stirring barrel 8, a cold air conveying pipe 9, a fixing ring 10, a movable extrusion block 11, a regulation stop block 12, a movable control sleeve body 13, an extrusion chute 14, a locking circular groove 15, a movable ring 16, a locking clamping column 17, a movable auxiliary clamping column 18 and an internal thread locking ring 19, wherein the telescopic rod 2 is arranged at the top end of the rapid controllable cooling device 1 in a penetrating way, one side of the rapid controllable cooling device 1 is provided with a sealing door, the other end of the telescopic rod 2 is connected with a control motor, the control motor is connected with the rotating shaft 3, the rotating shaft 3 is provided with the circular sealing disc 4, the circular sealing disc 4 is provided with the arc through groove 5 at equal intervals, the outer side wall of the rotating shaft 3 is provided with the stirring sheet 6 at equal intervals, the auxiliary through holes 7 are symmetrically arranged on the stirring sheet 6, the cooling stirring barrel 8 is arranged in the rapid controllable cooling device 1, the cold air conveying pipe 9 is symmetrically arranged in the rapid controllable cooling device 1, the cold air conveying pipe 9 is provided with a fixing ring 10, the fixing ring 10 is symmetrically and movably provided with movable extrusion blocks 11, one end of each movable extrusion block 11 is provided with a regulation stop 12, the regulation stop 12 is provided with a reset spring at the end connected with the corresponding movable extrusion block 11, a movable control sleeve body 13 is sleeved on the fixing ring 10, extrusion chutes 14 are formed in the movable control sleeve body 13 at equal intervals, the movable control sleeve body 13 is symmetrically provided with rotating lugs, one side of the movable control sleeve body 13 is provided with locking circular grooves 15 at equal intervals, a movable ring 16 is movably arranged on the fixing ring 10, locking clamping columns 17 are arranged on the movable ring 16 at equal intervals, movable auxiliary clamping columns 18 are movably arranged in the locking clamping columns 17, and one end of each movable auxiliary clamping column 18 is provided with an extrusion spring, the other end of the extrusion spring is arranged in the locking clamping column 17, the internal thread locking ring 19 is arranged on the fixing ring 10 in a threaded connection mode, and the outer side wall of the fixing ring 10 is provided with connecting threads.
Furthermore, the locking clamping column 17 corresponds to the locking circular groove 15 in arrangement position, the arrangement groups are the same, the diameters of the locking clamping column and the locking circular groove are equal, and the diameter of the movable auxiliary clamping column 18 is smaller than that of the locking circular groove 15.

The working principle is as follows: for the preparation method of the cosmetic whitening emulsion designed by the invention, when the final cosmetic whitening emulsion product is cooled, the cosmetic whitening emulsion product is placed in the cooling and stirring barrel 8, then the sealing door is closed, the telescopic rod 2 is started, the telescopic rod 2 pushes the rotating shaft 3 and the stirring sheet 6 to enter the cooling and stirring barrel 8 until the round sealing disc 4 is removed from the barrel opening of the cooling and stirring barrel 8, then the control motor is started to drive the rotating shaft 3 to rotate, so that the stirring sheet 6 stirs and cools the cosmetic whitening emulsion, and cold air can be conveyed into the rapid controllable cooling device 1 through the arranged cold air conveying pipe 9, so that the cooling speed of the finished product of the cosmetic whitening emulsion is accelerated, the cooling work efficiency is improved, and when the cooling speed and the cooling temperature need to be controlled, the movable control sleeve body 13 is firstly rotated, the movable control sleeve body 13 drives the extrusion chute 14 to extrude the movable extrusion block 11, the movable extrusion block 11 pushes the regulation stop block 12 to block the pipeline of the cold air delivery pipe 9, the degree of the pipeline blocking of the cold air delivery pipe 9 by the regulation stop block 12 is controlled by the movable control sleeve body 13, the cold air delivery can be regulated, finally, the internal thread locking ring 19 is screwed, the internal thread locking ring 19 pushes the locking clamping column 17 and the movable auxiliary clamping column 18 on the movable ring 16 to be clamped in the locking circular groove 15 on one side of the movable control sleeve body 13, so that the position of the movable control sleeve body 13 is fixed, therefore, the cosmetic whitening emulsion prepared by the preparation method of the cosmetic whitening emulsion has strong capability of removing oxygen free radicals, thereby achieving the effects of resisting oxidation, fading color spots and enabling skin to be glossy, and playing a synergistic effect by various whitening raw materials, inhibiting melanin generation, removing free radicals, and achieving the effects of whitening and brightening; through the rapid and controllable cooling device 1 provided by the invention, the cosmetic whitening emulsion product can be rapidly cooled during cooling operation, the cooling speed can be regulated and controlled through the cold air delivery pipe 9 and the regulating and controlling stop block 12, and the cooling speed and the cooling temperature can be controlled according to the maximum cooling speed and the maximum cooling temperature of the product, so that the optimization of whitening and skin brightening of the whitening emulsion product is realized, the product quality is improved, and the economic benefits of production operation are improved.

step three: adding the components prepared in the second step into the components prepared in the first step, homogenizing at a high speed for 5min, and adding aminomethyl propanol, xanthan gum and sodium hyaluronate;
step four: cooling to 40-50 ℃ by using a rapid controllable cooling device (1), adding phenoxyethanol, a peony root bark extract, a vetiver root extract essence, a glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and nicotinamide, and finally cooling to room temperature by using the rapid controllable cooling device (1) again to obtain the product.
