Abstract
In order to solve the problem that agricultural production can have a nontoxic, harmless and effective herbicide, the invention provides a composite plant source herbicide, which comprises the following components: pure clove dew; pure cinnamon juice; pure dew of orange peel; and (3) water. The proportion of each component is as follows: and (3) clove hydrolat: cinnamon hydrolat: pure dew of orange peel: water =1: 1: 2: (50-100), and mixing to obtain the composite plant source herbicide. The invention has the beneficial effects that the herbicide is prepared by mixing the secondary metabolites (hydrolat) extracted from the plants of the three plants of clove, cinnamon and orange peel (or orange peel) with water, thereby being beneficial to environmental protection and being more beneficial to human health.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agriculture, and particularly relates to the technical field of crop weeding pesticides.
Background
Agricultural production, pesticides are indispensable important production materials. Particularly, due to the existence of various weeds, the moisture and nutrients of farmland crops are consumed by the weeds. Sunlight and ventilation in the field are greatly affected. Seriously affecting the yield and quality of crops. According to statistics, the agricultural production in the world is influenced by weeds, and the annual crop yield is lost by about 10%.
At present, agricultural production in Europe and America depends on several traditional herbicides such as paraquat, glyphosate and the like for a long time on weeds of graminaceous weeds, broadleaf weeds and vine weeds, and the herbicide resistance is generated on the weeds of graminaceous weeds, broadleaf weeds and vine weeds due to long-term use of the traditional herbicides, so that the weeding effect is extremely poor. The existing chemical herbicides with high toxicity and high residual toxicity are forbidden or restricted to use, and it is difficult to find a non-toxic and harmless herbicide which can effectively weed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that agricultural production can have a nontoxic, harmless and effective herbicide, the invention provides a composite plant source herbicide, which comprises the following components:
pure clove dew;
pure cinnamon juice;
pure dew of orange peel;
water;
the proportion of each component is as follows:
and (3) clove hydrolat: cinnamon hydrolat: pure dew of orange peel: water =1: 1: 2: (50-100), and mixing to obtain the composite plant source herbicide.
The manufacturing process of the clove hydrolat, the cinnamon hydrolat or the orange peel hydrolat comprises the following steps:
1, clove, or cinnamon, or orange peel with 1: (3-6) mixing water with the weight, putting the mixture into a steam heating pot, and connecting the heating pot with a condenser;
2, heating the heating pot by using steam;
3, when the liquid in the pot boils slightly, immediately starting the condenser to keep the liquid in the pot in a reflux state at the temperature of 95-102 DEG C0C;
4, stirring the liquid in the pot for several times, each time for 1-2 minutes, in the process of maintaining the liquid reflux state in the pot for 0.5-2.5 hours;
5, after the liquid reflux state in the pot is maintained for 0.5 to 2.5 hours, closing the steam valve and stopping steam heating;
and 6, opening a discharge valve after the liquid in the pot reaches the normal temperature, pouring the liquid into a filtering device, and separating out the liquid to obtain the clove hydrolat, the cinnamon hydrolat or the orange peel hydrolat.
In recent times in Guizhou suburb, the product of the invention and the existing chemical synthetic herbicide glyphosate are respectively sprayed on difficultly-removed weeds, namely mother germchit, from 23 days of August to 30 days of August, the weeds are obviously changed after the product of the invention is sprayed for the second day, a large area withers on the third day, and the weeds wither completely for about one week until death. The sprayed glyphosate herbicide has no obvious withering and no weeding effect on the weed germyl.
Detailed Description
Taking orange peel pure dew as an example (the other two processes are similar), cleaning orange peel with water, chopping into 1CM x 1CM blocks, mixing orange peel with water =1 (3-6) by weight ratio, pouring into a steam pot, opening a steam valve after soaking for one hour, heating the steam pot, opening a condenser when the steam pot boils slightly, keeping the pot in a reflux state, and keeping the temperature at 95-102 deg.C0C, stirring for several times within 1-2 minutes each time when the time of the backflow state in the pan is 0.5-2.5 hours, stopping steam heating after the backflow is finished, opening a discharge valve of the pan after the pan is at normal temperature, discharging into a filtering device, and obtaining the liquid after solid and liquid separation, namely the orange peel hydrolat.
According to volume components, the clove is purified: cinnamon hydrolat: pure dew of orange peel: water =1: 1: 2: (50-100), and mixing to obtain the composite plant source herbicide. For example, a mixture of one ml of clove hydrolat, one ml of cinnamon hydrolat, two ml of orange peel hydrolat, 5 ml of water (or 6 ml of water, or 7 ml of water, or 8 ml of water, or 100 ml of water) is the product of the present invention.
