The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving the 2, 6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid in water under stirring for 10-20min, adding hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, stirring for dissolving, sequentially adding glacial acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 15min to obtain final solution, and aging at 25 deg.C for 2 days to obtain monoperoxyacetic acid disinfectant. If concentrated sulfuric acid is not used, the time for generating 15% peroxyacetic acid by the reaction of glacial acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide is long, and when the temperature is less than 15 ℃, the reaction time is required to exceed 14 days, so that the production progress is seriously influenced; secondly, peroxyacetic acid with concentrated sulfuric acid has poor stability. The invention can be cured for 2 days at the room temperature of 25 ℃ to reach more than 15 percent, the operation is safe and the curing time is short.
