Therefore, an efficient disinfectant with high disinfection efficiency, low corrosivity, stable performance and long storage life is urgently needed in the pharmaceutical industry at present. 100kg of a high potency disinfectant concentrate containing about 1% hydrogen peroxide and 0.1% peracetic acid was prepared
1.45kg of hydrogen peroxide is accurately measured, the hydrogen peroxide is placed in an enamel reaction tank, 0.79kg of acetic acid, 0.2kg of sulfuric acid and 97.37kg of purified water are sequentially added, the mixture is stirred for more than 4 hours at the temperature of 20-50 ℃, and 0.05kg of stabilizer is added after the reaction is completed.
The high-efficiency disinfectant can be used for directly disinfecting the surface of an object.
