技术领域
本发明涉及物料干燥设备技术领域,特别涉及一种用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机及方法。
背景技术
本部分的陈述仅仅是提供了与本发明相关的背景技术,并不必然构成现有技术。
蒸汽回转干燥机是一种利用蒸汽热源,通过换热管间接和物料进行换热的干燥机,具有操作弹性大、单机处理量大、节能、不污染物料等特点,已广泛应用于化工、建材、冶金、纯碱等行业。但蒸汽回转干燥机一直很少用于污泥、煤泥等高湿高粘物料的干燥,因为高湿高粘物料在干燥过程中粘壁、粘管、结疤等现象严重,严重时换热管间大部分空隙被填满,糊成近乎圆筒,导致换热面更新慢,换热效率大幅降低;另一方面增大了干燥机的运行载荷,增加了能耗。对一些不宜采用烟气直接干燥的高湿高粘物料,有采用自返料一体机将干燥好的物料返回进料端,和湿物料混合成半干物料,减小了粘性,可以在蒸汽回转干燥机内顺畅流动并进行干燥;还有采用桨叶干燥机、圆盘干燥机等;还有的工艺是单独增加返料设备,将干燥好的物料运回到干燥机进料设备并混合好后进入干燥机。
发明人发现,自返料设备需要在回转干燥机的筒体外部缠绕反向的螺旋管,随着筒体的旋转,把干燥机低端干燥好的物料通过螺旋管送回干燥机进料端,螺旋管要穿过滚圈和齿圈等筒体外部结构,铸钢件外形尺寸加大,成本增加;结构复杂、加工难度增大,目前在纯碱干燥行业应用居多;
桨叶干燥机有两根旋转的桨叶轴,叶片相互交错布置,相互清理,适用于干燥高湿高粘物料,但是因为桨叶轴的长度受限,导致换热面积有限,脱水量有限,因此,处理量较小;
在干燥机后续流程中增加返料设备的,一般工艺流程相对复杂,设备布置、管道布置及工艺控制繁琐,增加了总装机功率和能耗;
普通的蒸汽回转干燥机,干燥机筒体内周圈布置的是纵向的换热管,筒体中心留出足够检修人员通过的空间,换热管在长度方向上纵贯整个干燥空间,虽然换热管对物料有一定的提升和混合作用,但是对高湿高粘的物料,干燥、混合、提升的效果均不好;
目前普遍用于高湿高粘物料干燥的打散回转干燥机,因为打散轴长度和设备外形尺寸的限制,脱水量和处理量目前已到上限。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机及方法,物料进口设在端部打散的上方,进入干燥机的高湿高粘物料落在高速运转的端部打散装置上,被高速切削、打散并抛出,增加了物料与热风的换热面积,强化了传质传热。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明第一方面提供了一种用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,至少包括:打散装置、筒体和进料罩;
所述进料罩与筒体的进料端连通,打散装置设置在筒体的进料端,进料罩上设有进料口和进风口;
靠近筒体进料端的筒体内壁上设有导料板和多个抄料板,相邻抄料板之间设置多根链条,筒体内的中段和/或后端设有蒸汽换热管;
筒体内壁上设置返料螺旋管,返料螺旋管与筒体的落料口位置相对,返料螺旋管出口设在进料端的导料板后。
进一步的,所述蒸汽回转一体机还包括出料罩、托轮装置、挡托轮装置、传动装置和旋转接头装置。
进一步的,导料板和抄料板分别均匀设置在筒体内壁上,且抄料板设置在导料板之后。
进一步的,进料口位于打散装置的上侧。
进一步的,螺旋管进口和筒体落料口间设置有导料簸箕口。
进一步的,螺旋管出口设在抄料板开始位置。

本发明第二方面提供了一种上述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机的工作方法,包括以下过程:
高速旋转的打散装置将通过进料螺旋或进料泵送进来的高湿高粘物料切削成条状或颗粒状并打散;
在落到筒体内壁之前与通过进料罩进风口进入的工艺热风进行初步干燥,然后落到筒体内壁的抄料板间,与通过螺旋管返回的干料进行初步混合;
随着筒体的转动,链条在上升的过程中不断移动并吊起,将抄料板间的初混料不断被松动、抄起和撒落;
物料在筒体内部空间中和工艺热风进一步换热,多次混合、抄起、撒落和换热,同时不断地由高端向低端移动。
当物料行进到换热管段,物料通过管壁和蒸汽进一步的进行间接热交换,完成物料的干燥。
工艺热风将物料中脱出的水分自出料罩的出风口带出干燥机,进入后续的除尘系统。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、物料进口设在端部打散的上方,进入干燥机的高湿高粘物料落在高速运转的端部打散装置,被高速切削、打散并抛出,增加了湿物料与热风的换热面积,强化了传质传热。
2、初混料被抄料板抄起后,在和链条的共同作用下,将初混料扬起并撒落到打散轴上,再次被打散、抛出,在与筒体的链条、抄料板共同作用下,颗粒不断变小,换热面不断增大,换热效率大幅提高。
3、在筒体内壁设置返料螺旋管,和现有的自返料干燥机比,不用穿过滚圈、齿圈等外部构件,外形尺寸小、结构简单、加工更容易。
4、工艺热风在端部打散、抄料板+链条、螺旋管返料的共同作用下,把高湿高粘物料预干燥成粉状或小颗粒状,为后续蒸汽干燥打好基础,干燥效率高,能耗低。
5、物料不粘壁、不结疤,不用经常清理干燥机内部构件,运行维护简单。
6、热源要求较低,可以利用废蒸汽+热空气的组合热源,运行成本低,多种内部构件组合在一起的回转干燥机,处理量大。

当物料行进到蒸汽换热管9段,物料通过管壁和蒸汽进一步的进行间接热交换,完成物料的干燥;工艺热风将物料中脱出的水分自出料罩2的出风口带出干燥机,进入后续的除尘系统。

1.一种用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
至少包括:端部打散装置、筒体和进料罩;
所述进料罩与筒体的进料端连通,打散装置设置在筒体的进料端,进料罩上设有进料口和进风口;
靠近筒体的进料端的筒体内壁上设有导料板和多个抄料板,相邻抄料板之间设置多根链条,筒体内的中段和/或后端设有蒸汽换热管;
筒体内壁上设置返料螺旋管,返料螺旋管与筒体的落料口位置相对,返料螺旋管出口设在进料端的导料板后。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
导料板和抄料板分别均匀设置在筒体内壁上,且抄料板设置在导料板之后。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
进料口位于打散装置的上侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
螺旋管进口和筒体落料口间设置有导料簸箕口。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
螺旋管出口设在抄料板开始位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
蒸汽换热管设置在筒体内的换热管支架上。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机,其特征在于:
抄料板呈多角度设置;
或者,
还包括出料罩、托轮装置、挡托轮装置、传动装置和旋转接头装置。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的用于高湿高粘物料干燥的蒸汽回转一体机的工作方法,其特征在于:
包括以下过程:
旋转的打散装置将通过进料螺旋或进料泵送进来的高湿高粘物料切削成条状或颗粒状并打散;
在落到筒体内壁之前与通过进料罩进风口进入的工艺热风进行初步干燥,然后落到筒体内壁的抄料板间,与通过螺旋管返回的干料进行初步混合;
随着筒体的转动,链条在上升的过程中不断移动并吊起,将抄料板间的初混料不断被松动、抄起和撒落;
物料在筒体内部空间中和工艺热风进一步换热,多次混合、抛出、打散和换热,同时不断地由高端向低端移动。
9.如权利要求8所述的工作方法,其特征在于:
当物料行进到换热管段,物料通过管壁和蒸汽进一步的进行间接热交换,完成物料的干燥。
10.如权利要求9所述的工作方法,其特征在于:
工艺热风将物料中脱出的水分自出料罩的出风口带出干燥机,进入后续的除尘系统。
