一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,尤其是涉及一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡。
背景技术
LED灯泡一般由铜制及其他金属灯头、灯罩和LED灯芯组装而成,LED灯泡的生产需要经过多道工序才能完成。在现有技术中,LED灯丝灯泡首先加工一只与白炽灯内同的玻璃芯柱,通过半机械和半人工将灯丝焊接到玻璃芯柱上,形成LED灯芯;另外通过半机械和半人工将LED灯芯送入封口排气机,然后充入惰性气体后切断排气管,成为一只LED灯毛泡;接着再人工将毛泡的后端部固定安装在铜制灯头上形成一LED灯泡成品。现有的LED塑胶灯泡,用多部件进行人工组装或半自动组装,成本非常高,同时目前本行业的产品都不防水,容易产生安全隐患。也是行业中存在已久且很难解决的问题。
在上述的制作LED灯泡流程中存在如下问题:受限于传统灯泡的多配件结构,上述制作流程的玻璃芯柱和封口工艺过程中,需要使用高温火焰熔结成型,不仅对生产环境会造成污染,工作人员长期在该环境下对健康有一定的影响;传统塑胶壳结构灯泡部件多并人工制作,工序繁琐,成本大大提高,并且产品品质不稳定。铜制灯头越小其自动化生产的难度就越大;不防水,灯罩内产生水雾会导电,导致烧损电子元器件,甚至发生漏电,容易发生安全事故,因此有必要予以大范围改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,具有防水性强,结构简单,使用寿命长,无破损,LED灯芯柱可采用玻璃或塑胶件,成本低,加工工艺简单,便于加工,不易破损,绝缘度高,故障率低,产量大,高防水,无需传统灯头,减少材料使用,生产成本低,大大降低人工成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,包括灯罩、防水绝缘胶体灯头、导电连接件以及灯芯主体,灯罩的底部具有一插装部,灯芯主体插装于插装部,导电连接件与灯芯主体电性连接,导电连接件与灯芯主体电性连接,导电连接件设与插装部后由注塑机一体注塑密封成型成为防水绝缘胶体灯头,导电连接头设置于防水绝缘胶体灯头的顶部,导电连接件凸出于密封防水绝缘胶体灯头。
进一步的技术方案中,导电连接件包括导电套环和导电头,导电套环和导电头分别与灯芯主体电性连接,导电套环套设于插装部,导电套环凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头的外侧壁,导电头凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头的顶部。
进一步的技术方案中,灯芯主体包括灯芯柱、第一导电丝、第二导电丝以及至少一LED灯丝,灯芯柱插装于插装部,LED灯丝固定安装于灯芯柱,第一导电丝的一端与LED灯丝电性连接、第一导电丝的另一端与导电套环电性连接,第二导电丝的一端与LED灯丝电性连接、第二导电丝的另一端与导电头电性连接。
进一步的技术方案中,防水绝缘胶体灯头的外侧壁一体成型有螺纹,导电套环包括具有开口的固定卡环,固定卡环套设与插装部的底部,固定卡环的两端部分别竖直向上延伸出一契合螺纹的波浪形状的导电柱,导电柱螺纹的外侧壁,第一导电丝与任一导电柱电性连接。
进一步的技术方案中,防水绝缘胶体灯头的外侧壁表面光滑,导电套环包括圆柱形的导电弹簧,导电弹簧的上下两端部分别向轴心方向延伸出一固定柱,插装部的底部开设有安装孔,灯芯柱的顶部或插装部的顶部开设有安装槽,两个固定柱分别插入安装孔和安装槽,第一导电丝与任一固定柱电性连接,导电弹簧凸出于绝缘保护头的外侧壁。

采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明的灯泡结构巧妙,便于实现机械自动化生产,尤其是大小尺寸绝缘防水保护头产品的自动化生产,简化其生产过程,大大降低了生产成本,有效提高了灯泡的日产量;采用灯芯插接灯罩的方式,减少传统多配件灯泡的手工钮装方式和人工组装的带来的成本压力;通过一体注塑的方式将防水绝缘胶体灯头一体注塑成型在灯罩的插装部,通过防水绝缘胶体灯头与灯泡安装座连接,无需传统的金属灯头和绝缘垫片,减少了多个配件带来的成本,同时防水绝缘胶体灯头直接一体注塑成型在灯罩上,无缝隙,气密性高,大大提高了灯泡的密封绝缘性能和防水性能,延长了灯泡的使用寿命。

一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,如图1至图11所示,包括灯罩1、防水绝缘胶体灯头2、导电连接件以及灯芯主体4,灯罩1的底部具有一插装部11,灯芯主体4插装于插装部11,导电连接件与灯芯主体4电性连接,导电连接件套设与插装部11,防水绝缘胶体灯头2注塑成型于插装部11,导电连接头设置于防水绝缘胶体灯头2的顶部,导电连接件凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头2。
将灯芯主体4插装于灯罩1内,并且防水绝缘胶体灯头2将灯芯主体4密封在灯罩1内,通过注塑的形式将防水绝缘胶体灯头2与灯罩1一体化设置,以此提高防水绝缘胶体灯头2与灯罩1之间的连接强度,通过外露的导电连接件与外部供电电性连接,无需传统的铜制灯头在铜制灯头的底部正极触点外围设置绝缘装置,隔绝正极和负极,本发明直接利用注塑成型的防水绝缘胶体灯头2隔绝正极和负极,便于实现机械自动化生产,尤其是大小尺寸绝缘防水保护头产品的自动化生产,简化其生产过程,大大降低了生产成本,有效提高了灯泡的日产量,减少传统多配件灯泡的手工钮装方式和人工组装的带来的成本压力,无需传统的铜制灯头减少了多个配件带来的成本,同时防水绝缘胶体灯头2直接一体注塑成型在灯罩1上,无缝隙,气密性高,大大提高了灯泡的密封绝缘性能和防水性能,延长了灯泡的使用寿命。
防水绝缘胶体灯头2可通过人工或机械入模,一体注塑成型。
具体地,导电连接件包括导电套环31和导电头32,导电套环31和导电头32分别与灯芯主体4电性连接,导电套环31套设于插装部11,导电套环31凸出于绝缘保护头2的外侧壁,导电头32凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头2的顶面。

具体地,防水绝缘胶体灯头2的外侧壁一体成型有螺纹21,导电套环31包括具有开口的固定卡环33,固定卡环33套设与插装部11的底部,固定卡环33的两端部分别竖直向上延伸出一契合螺纹21的波浪形状的导电柱34,导电柱34凸出于螺纹21的外侧壁,第一导电丝43与任一导电柱34电性连接。固定卡环33卡接在插装部11的底部,注塑防水绝缘胶体灯头2后,导电柱34凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头2,并沿着螺纹21的轮廓形成波浪形状,通过防水绝缘胶体灯头2的螺纹21螺接在传统的灯座上,而导电柱34与灯座上的供电触点电性连接。
具体地,防水绝缘胶体灯头2的外侧壁表面光滑,导电套环31包括圆柱形的导电弹簧35,导电弹簧35的上下两端部分别向轴心方向延伸出一固定柱36,插装部11的底部开设有安装孔12,灯芯柱41的顶部或插装部11的顶部开设有安装槽42,两个固定柱36分别插入安装孔12和安装槽42,第一导电丝43与任一固定柱36电性连接,导电弹簧35凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头2的外侧壁。导电套环31采用圆柱形的导电弹簧35,在注塑防水绝缘胶体灯头2时将导电弹簧35露出,利用导电弹簧35作为螺纹21在与传统的灯座通电的同时起到螺纹连接的作用,一体化程度更高。
具体地,导电套环31和导电头32均采用金属导电材质,防水绝缘胶体灯头2采用绝缘塑胶材质。
具体地,第一导电丝43或第二导电丝44上设有用于驱动LED灯丝45的驱动元件46,驱动元件46位于灯芯柱41的内部或外围,灯芯柱41的内部设置有向外延伸的排气管。驱动元件46设置在灯芯柱41内的空间,保护驱动元件46,排气管用于抽真空处理,当完成抽真空后需对排气管进行密封以保持真空状态,能保证排气管熔合处气密性,提升产品质量,降低故障率。
具体地,灯芯柱41采用玻璃材质或塑料材质。灯芯柱41采用玻璃材质时,灯芯柱41的顶端通过高温熔结的方式将第一导电丝43、第二导电丝44及灯芯柱41连成一体,能保证自动化或人工生产过程中灯芯柱主体4位置的固定,从而保证产品的合格率。

Claims (8)

1.一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯罩(1)、防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)、导电连接件以及灯芯主体(4),灯罩(1)的底部具有一插装部(11),灯芯主体(4)插装于插装部(11),导电连接件与灯芯主体(4)电性连接,导电连接件设与插装部(11)后由注塑机一体注塑密封成型成为防水绝缘胶体灯头(2),导电连接头设置于防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)的顶部,导电连接件凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:所述导电连接件包括导电套环(31)和导电头(32),导电套环(31)和导电头(32)分别与所述灯芯主体(4)电性连接,导电套环(31)套设于所述插装部(11),导电套环(31)凸出于所述防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)的外侧壁,导电头(32)凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)的顶部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯芯主体(4)包括灯芯柱(41)、第一导电丝(43)、第二导电丝(44)以及至少一LED灯丝(45),灯芯柱(41)插装于所述插装部(11),LED灯丝(45)固定安装于灯芯柱(41),第一导电丝(43)的一端与LED灯丝(45)电性连接、第一导电丝(43)的另一端与所述导电套环(31)电性连接,第二导电丝(44)的一端与LED灯丝(45)电性连接、第二导电丝(44)的另一端与所述导电头(32)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)的外侧壁一体成型有螺纹(21),所述导电套环(31)包括具有开口的固定卡环(33),固定卡环(33)套设与所述插装部(11)的底部,固定卡环(33)的两端部分别竖直向上延伸出一契合螺纹(21)的波浪形状的导电柱(34),导电柱(34)凸出于螺纹(21)的外侧壁,所述第一导电丝(43)与任一导电柱(34)电性连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:所述防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)的外侧壁表面光滑,所述导电套环(31)包括圆柱形的导电弹簧(35),导电弹簧(35)的上下两端部分别向轴心方向延伸出一固定柱(36),所述插装部(11)的底部开设有安装孔(12),所述灯芯柱(41)的顶部或插装部(11)的顶部开设有安装槽(42),两个固定柱(36)分别插入安装孔(12)和安装槽(42),所述第一导电丝(43)与任一固定柱(36)电性连接,导电弹簧(35)凸出于防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)的外侧壁。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:所述导电套环(31)和所述导电头(32)均采用金属导电材质,所述防水绝缘胶体灯头(2)采用绝缘塑胶材质。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:所述第一导电丝(43)或所述第二导电丝(44)上设有用于驱动所述LED灯丝(45)的驱动元件(46),驱动元件(46)位于所述灯芯柱(41)的内部或外围。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种无需传统灯头的高防水高绝缘简易胶体灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯芯柱(41)采用玻璃材质或塑料材质。
