adding 30-70 parts of refined lanolin, 30-70 parts of refined lard, 10-20 parts of diethanolamine and 0.2-0.3 part of sodium methoxide into a reaction kettle, heating to 130-140 ℃, and reacting for 4-6 hours under the protection of nitrogen; cooling to 80-90 ℃, adding 25-30 parts of maleic anhydride, reacting for 1 hour under a vacuum condition, and cooling to 60-65 ℃ to obtain a reaction liquid A;
uniformly mixing 25-30 parts of sodium metabisulfite and 145-170 parts of water, adding 40-50 parts of sodium hydroxide solution, controlling the temperature of the mixed solution not to exceed 40 ℃ and the pH value to be 7.5-8.5, and obtaining reaction liquid B;
uniformly dripping the solution B into the solution A, keeping the temperature stable at 60-65 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1 hour, heating to 80-85 ℃, keeping the temperature for 2-4 hours, cooling to 45-50 ℃, adjusting the pH to 6-8 with a sodium hydroxide solution, judging the emulsifying property, stopping the reaction when the emulsifying property meets the requirement, and obtaining a reaction solution C for later use;
heating the reaction liquid C to 50-55 ℃, and adding 110-120 parts of sulfated neat's foot oil, 50-100 parts of sulfated castor oil, 10-20 parts of an emulsifier and 2-4 parts of an antioxidant; and cooling to 35-40 ℃, adding 10-20 parts of butyl cellosolve and 2-4 parts of bactericide, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour to obtain the mercerizing fatliquor.
8. The method for preparing the mercerized fat-liquoring agent according to claim 7, wherein during the process of preparing the reaction liquid A, the vacuum condition is as follows: the vacuum degree is less than-0.06 MPa.
9. Use of a mercerized fatliquor according to any one of claims 1 to 6 on bovine split skin.
10. Use of a mercerized fatliquor according to any one of claims 1 to 6 on pig skin.
