Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of leather chemical industry, and particularly relates to a mercerizing fatliquor additive and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The fatting agent is a chemical material with the largest dosage in leather chemicals, and the fatting agent for leather fatting mainly comprises four types: (1) natural fat-liquoring agent (natural animal and vegetable oil), (2) chemical processed product of natural fat, 3) synthetic fat-liquoring agent using petrochemical product as raw material, and (4) composite multifunctional fat-liquoring agent. In the current foreign fatting agent variety, the synthetic fatting agent accounts for about 40 percent, the natural fat fatting agent accounts for about 20 percent, and the multifunctional fatting agent accounts for about 40 percent; the domestic fat-liquoring agent product mainly comprises natural animal and vegetable oils accounting for about 80 percent, and the synthetic fat-liquoring agent and the modified fat-liquoring agent have few varieties and large differences, which are mainly related to the raw material structure of China.
For most suede leathers, the mercerized feeling can obviously improve the grade of the leather and increase the added value. The pile has a strong and soft gloss like silk, and a smooth feeling like silk. The mercerization performance of the mercerization fatliquor product in the current market can be improved, but the aims of strong mercerization and color vividness increase cannot be achieved.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances.
Disclosure of Invention
The mercerized fatliquor assistant can increase dyeing depth, increase color tone and brightness and simultaneously cannot damage dyeing uniformity after the leather surface is subjected to fatliquoring treatment.
The invention provides a mercerized fatliquor additive, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-120 parts of synthetic ester, 200-250 parts of base oil, 50-100 parts of mineral oil, 30-50 parts of emulsifier SP-6030, 1530-50 parts of emulsifier O-1530, 4-6 parts of co-emulsifier, 0.4-0.6 part of flavoring agent and 0.7-1.2 parts of bactericide;
the synthetic ester is prepared by the following method: hydrogenated oleic acid, polyethylene glycol 200 and p-toluenesulfonic acid are mixed, reacted at the temperature of 115-120 ℃ under the vacuum condition, and cooled to 50-55 ℃ to obtain oily synthetic ester.
Furthermore, the molar ratio of the hydrogenated oleic acid to the polyethylene glycol 200 is 1.9-2.0, and the p-toluenesulfonic acid accounts for 6-8 per mill of the mass of the synthetic ester.
Further, the acid value was measured during the reaction, and when the acid value was less than 5mgKOH/g, the reaction was stopped.
Further, the base oil is one or more of base oil 150SN, base oil 250SN, or base oil 350 SN.
Further, the mineral oil is 26# mineral oil, the co-emulsifier is isoamyl alcohol, and the bactericide is a BIT-20 bactericide.
In the invention, each raw material is a commercially available raw material, the type and source of the hydrogenated oleic acid are not particularly limited, and hydrogenated oleic acid well known to those skilled in the art can be adopted and can be commercially available. In the present invention, the hydrogenated oleic acid may be hydrogenated oleic acid provided by Nantong Yuhao chemical technology, inc. In the invention, the hydrogenated oleic acid has the function of endowing the leather blank with better oil wettability after surface greasing with silk-like hand feeling under the condition of not reducing the light resistance of the leather blank.
The mercerizing fatliquor additive provided by the invention comprises a flavoring agent. The type and source of the flavoring agent are not particularly limited in the invention, and the flavoring agent which is well known to those skilled in the art can be used and can be purchased in the market. In the present invention, the flavor is preferably a complex flavor of a natural flavor and a synthetic flavor. A flavoring agent of type YJ1070-2 available from Shanghai elegant perfumery may be used. In the invention, the flavoring agent is used for covering peculiar smell generated by grease, so that the fatliquored leather has proper smell.
The hydrogenated oleic acid is obtained by partially hydrogenating oleic acid, and the iodine value of the hydrogenated oleic acid is 90-100gI/100g.
In suede leather, after mercerized fatting agent is used for fatting treatment, the mercerized fatting agent auxiliary agent is added for surface fatting, and the structure of the mercerized fatting agent auxiliary agent contains ether bonds and longer carbon chains, so that pile fibers can be wrapped, and the pile fibers are endowed with strong and soft gloss like silk. The surface of the pile head is smooth, and the reflected light is parallel light, so that the pile head shows strong luster and strong mercerization sense.
Silky feel is a fundamental requirement for upgrading and adding value to most suede leathers. The concrete expression is as follows: the pile should have a silky, strong and soft luster, and silky, smooth feel. The luster of the pile of the finished leather is mainly determined by the reflection of the pile to light and the surface state of pile fibers. When light rays strike the surface of the pile collagen fibers, reflection and refraction are generated on the interface of the fibers and air simultaneously, one part of the light is reflected, and the other part of the light is refracted to reach the other interface in the collagen fibers and then is reflected and refracted. If the surface of the pile is smooth and the reflected light is parallel light, the pile shows strong luster; if the pile surface is rough and uneven, the reflected light is diffused in various directions at different angles, and the gloss of the pile is dark. The method can be distinguished from the following two aspects, namely, from the feeling, the requirements of fine and uniform pile, uniform and deep color and strong luster are met; secondly, the leather body is soft, the pile is smooth and has the same smooth feeling as silk in terms of hand feeling.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the mercerized fatliquor additive, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the raw materials according to parts by weight for later use;
(2) Preparing synthetic ester according to the method, adding the standby base oil, mineral oil, emulsifier SP-60, emulsifier O-15 and co-emulsifier into the synthetic ester, uniformly stirring, and reacting;
(3) And cooling, adding a flavoring agent and a bactericide, and keeping the temperature for 0.8-1.2h to obtain the mercerizing fatliquoring agent auxiliary agent.
Further, the reaction temperature in the step (2) is 50-55 ℃, and the reaction time is 1.5-2h.
Further, in the step (3), the temperature is reduced to 38-42 ℃.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide an application of the mercerized fatliquor additive in a leather fatliquoring process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The mercerizing fatting agent auxiliary agent is used after the surface of leather is fatted, and is matched with a fatting agent for use, so that the dyeing depth can be increased, the color tone and the brightness can be increased, the dyeing uniformity can not be damaged, and silk-like hand feeling, elegant gloss and the two-way fluff effect of suede leather and frosted leather are endowed;
(2) The mercerizing fatting agent auxiliary agent contains ether bonds and longer carbon chains, can wrap pile fibers, endows the pile fibers with strong and soft gloss like silk, has smooth pile surfaces, shows strong gloss when reflected light is parallel light, and has strong mercerizing sense;
(3) The mercerizing fatting agent additive has the advantages of simple preparation method, low production cost and large-scale production, and the prepared mercerizing fatting agent additive has good stability and can be stored for a long time.
