Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cowhide mat treatment process, in particular to an antibacterial treatment fluid of a cowhide mat, and also relates to an antibacterial treatment method of the cowhide mat, belonging to the technical field of leather processing.
Background
The cowhide mat is a leather product, has the functions of ventilation, heat absorption, constant temperature, softness, heat dissipation, moisture resistance, skin friendliness and the like, and has good health care effects on the elderly, patients with weak resting quality, arthritis and scapulohumeral periarthritis. In recent years, with the increasing living standard of people and the requirement on comfort, the cowhide mat is favored by people, and simultaneously, the higher requirement on the quality of the cowhide mat is also put forward.
However, there are common problems in the commercial cowhide mats, such as allergic reactions and off-flavors caused by individual consumers, mainly because the inhibition rate of fungi and mites of the cowhide mat does not reach a high standard. The unique probiotic finishing and adding technology widely applied in textile industry at present can well inhibit allergens such as fungi, bacteria and mites, the inhibition rate of the fabric finished by the probiotics on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is up to more than 99 percent through detection, peculiar smell can be effectively adsorbed and reduced, and the probiotics are environment-friendly biological products, food grade and have no side effect on human bodies. In the prior art, although probiotics and fabric are combined to enable the fabric or the woven mat to contain the probiotics so as to play roles of skin care, mite prevention and sterilization, the raw materials and the preparation process of the textile fabric and the cowhide mat are different, the fabric antibacterial technology cannot be directly migrated and applied to the field of the cowhide mat at present, the probiotics are not resistant to water washing, a large amount of water washing is needed in the preparation process of the cowhide mat, and the technical difficulty that the probiotics are added into the cowhide mat and the long-term stable and effective existence is further increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of poor antibacterial function or antibacterial performance and the like of the conventional cowhide mat, the first aim of the invention is to provide an antibacterial treatment liquid for the cowhide mat. The treatment fluid has a good combination effect with the cowhide mat, and can realize better mutual combination of probiotics and the cowhide mat, so that the cowhide mat is endowed with good antibacterial performance, and meanwhile, the treatment fluid can also enable the surface of the cowhide mat to generate mercerization effects of being particularly moist, smooth, comfortable, natural in hand feeling and deepening and brightening.
The second object of the invention is to provide an antibacterial treatment method for the cowhide mat. The method is simple and convenient to operate, probiotics can be effectively fused into the cowhide mat, the antibacterial performance of the cowhide mat is improved on the premise of ensuring the basic performance of the cowhide mat, the surface touch of the cowhide mat is improved, the comprehensive quality of the cowhide mat is improved, and meanwhile, the method is environment-friendly, low in cost and suitable for industrial scale production.
In order to achieve the technical aim, the invention provides an antibacterial treatment fluid for a cowhide mat, which comprises a treatment fluid A or comprises a treatment fluid A and a treatment fluid B; the treatment fluid A comprises probiotics, a handfeel agent, a penetrating agent and a fixing agent; the treatment fluid B comprises probiotics.
The handfeel agent and the fixing agent in the treatment fluid A can form a mixture of high-physical cationic resin, so that probiotics can be effectively locked, and the probiotics can be quickly permeated into the cowhide mat under the action of the penetrant after the mixed solution formed by the probiotics and the mixture is sprayed to the cowhide mat, so that the probiotics and the cowhide mat are better combined with each other. The fixing agent in the mixed solution has strong adhesive force and is easy to form a film layer, so that the prepared cowhide mat has excellent solvent resistance, the handfeel agent in the mixed solution can ensure that the skin surface of the cowhide mat has special moist, smooth, comfortable and natural handfeel, and the surface of the cowhide mat has a darkening and brightening mercerizing effect.
As a preferred embodiment, the hand feeling agent is aqueous silicone oil. The penetrating agent is a nonionic penetrating agent. The fixing agent is aqueous polyurethane resin. The hand feeling agent, penetrating agent and fixing agent are conventional commercial agents in the prior art, such as penetrating agent is 5511 nonionic penetrating agent of Davigor company, such as HM-13-843 aqueous silicone oil of Stokes fine finishing (Suzhou) Co. For example, the fixing agent is Italian Lida chemical PU-6536 aqueous polyurethane resin.
As a preferred embodiment, the probiotic is present in an amount of 5 to 35% by weight. The probiotic content is controlled in the range, so that the cow leather mat has antibacterial performance, the cow leather mat cannot be durable due to too small content, and the resource waste caused by too much content can be avoided, so that the cost is increased.
As a preferable scheme, the treatment liquid a comprises the following components in parts by mass: 6-10 parts of handfeel agent; 4-8 parts of penetrating agent; 30-50 parts of a fixing agent; 6-20 parts of probiotics. The treatment fluid A adopts the component proportion, on one hand, the mixed solvent formed by the handfeel agent, the penetrating agent and the fixing agent in the proportion has better synergistic effect, can effectively promote the combination of probiotics and the cowhide mat, is convenient for more probiotics to permeate into the cowhide mat and can make the probiotics more durable; on the other hand, the probiotics are suitable in content, and can be stably released in the using process.
As a more preferable scheme, the treatment liquid a comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8 parts of handfeel agent; 6 parts of penetrating agent; 50 parts of a fixing agent; 10-20 parts of probiotics. The treatment solution A can obtain the best antibacterial performance of the cowhide mat by adopting the more preferable component proportion.
As a preferred embodiment, the treatment liquid B further includes water and a penetrating agent. The penetrating agent can improve the penetrating effect of probiotics in the treatment fluid B and enhance the antibacterial persistence and stability of the cowhide mat.
