Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于防蓝光树脂镜片清洗的组合物及其制备方法和应用。所述组合物包含缩酮化溶剂5~20%,烷基葡糖苷1~5%,磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂2~10%,NaOH 0~5%,KOH 0~5%,碳酸钠1~5%,碳酸钾0~5%,偏硅酸钠3~8%,余量为水;所述缩酮化溶剂为2,4‑戊二酮与多元醇形成的缩酮,所述多元醇包括邻位羟基。本发明所提供的用于防蓝光树脂镜片清洗的组合物,具有对镜片表面残留的油污、寡聚物、残余单体、粉尘以及指纹等难以清洗的污染物进行彻底清除,而且不会造成树脂镜片表面损伤等特点,有效提高树脂镜片镀膜合格率。

技术领域
本发明属于精密工业清洗领域,特别是光学树脂材料精密加工领域,具体涉及一种用于防蓝光树脂镜片清洗的半水性组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
进入信息化社会以来,信息的传输、显示、调制和存储等方面的市场需求急剧增加,促使了聚合物光学材料的生产与精密加工得到迅速发展。科学技术的进步,聚合物光学材料的使用越来越广泛。如近年来光折变材料、光波导材料、非线性光学材料、塑料光学纤维、梯度折射率材料、光学涂料等得到了迅速的发展。聚合物光学材料由于其质轻、抗冲击、易成型加工、可染色以及优异的光学性能,在光存储介质、光纤通讯、建材、汽车/高铁/飞机挡风玻璃、树脂镜片、精密透镜和减反射涂层等材料上得到广泛的应用。例如,在视光学领域,与无机玻璃镜片相比,高分子树脂镜片由于其具有质量轻、耐冲击、加工方便等优点收到人们的青睐。从树脂镜片的普及率来看,早在1988年光学树脂镜片在美国约占65%,日本约占55%。最近在日本佩戴眼镜的人群中约有90~95%选用树脂镜片。目前,在市场上的镜片材料主要以树脂光学材料为主,因此,从长远看,高分子树脂镜片普及将是未来发展趋势。
随着电子产品的普及,人们仿佛置身被众多电子产品所包围,据统计,一个人每天大约有12小时以上接触电子产品。电视、电脑、PAD及手机等LED数码显示设备都采用了人工LED光源,厂家为使其画质效果更加明亮靓丽,往往会提升LED背光源的蓝光强度,伴随着这些电子产品的普及并渗透到生活的方方面面,每个人接触蓝光的机会随之急剧增加。有害蓝光具有极高能量,能够穿透晶状体直达视网膜,引起视网膜色素上皮细胞的萎缩甚至死亡。光敏感细胞的死亡将会导致视力下降甚至完全丧失,这种损坏是不可逆的。同时,蓝光还会导致黄斑病变,人眼中的晶状体会吸收部分蓝光渐渐混浊形成白内障,而大部份的蓝光会穿透晶状体,尤其是儿童晶状体较清澈,无法有效抵挡蓝光,从而更容易导致黄斑病变以及白内障。因此人眼睛长时间暴露在蓝光中会导致视疲劳、损伤眼睛。对于普通人而言,阻隔蓝光长时间照射是减少损伤最有效方法,而使用防蓝光眼镜能有效的解决这一点,因此防蓝光镜片目前称为视光学领域的一个热点。
目前防蓝光镜片有三类:基材防蓝光、膜层防蓝光以及基材+膜层防蓝光,而市场上以基材防蓝光居多,因为其蓝光阻隔率高、无需新增生产设备、工艺改变小等而被镜片生产厂家广泛采用。但是基材防蓝光类镜片的生产,是通过在树脂镜片单体配方中添加蓝光吸收剂而实现阻隔蓝光,但是蓝光吸收剂本身是多耦合不饱和染料分子,在传统的热固化生产镜片过程中,引发剂产生的自由基在引发聚合的同时,会被蓝光吸收剂淬灭,从而改变了聚合动力学,使得防蓝光镜片的聚合度显著降低,这给镜片的清洗带来极大的困扰。另外由于聚合被抑制,镜片表面的寡聚物增多,镜片的硬度降低,超声波清洗过程中超声波的能量被镜片吸收较多,从而更降低了防蓝光镜片的清洗效率。因此,市场亟需开发针对防蓝光镜片聚合后清洗、研磨抛光后清洗以及镀膜前清洗的高效能环保清洗产品。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种基于生物溶剂的环保型半水性清洗剂组合物及其制备方法和应用,本发明以2,4-戊二酮缩酮溶剂为渗透溶剂,配合磺酸盐类渗透性阴离子表面活性剂和生物基表面活性剂烷基葡糖苷,在碱性调节剂作用下,彻底去除聚合得到树脂镜片表面的多种顽固污染物,可以满足光学树脂镜片功能膜层镀膜前后的高精密清洗要求,以解决目前市场上广泛存在的基于常规醇醚溶剂清洗剂带来的清洗不彻底,需要大量人力手工擦拭的生产困境。
为了达到本发明的技术目的,本发明的技术方案为,
一种用于防蓝光树脂镜片清洗的组合物,包含以下质量含量的组分:
缩酮化溶剂5~20%,烷基葡糖苷1~5%,磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂2~10%,NaOH0~5%,KOH 0~5%,碳酸钠1~5%,碳酸钾0~5%,偏硅酸钠3~8%,余量为水;
所述缩酮化溶剂为2,4-戊二酮与多元醇形成的缩酮,所述多元醇包括邻位羟基。
优选的,所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的阴离子为直链烷基苯磺酸根、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸根、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸根或a-烯基磺酸根;所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的阳离子为钠离子、钾离子、铵离子或醇胺阳离子。更优选的,所述的醇胺阳离子为乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、单乙醇二异丙醇胺或二乙醇单异丙醇胺中的一种或几种。
磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂是一类广泛用于清洗去污的表面活性剂,特别是十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸盐是一类阴离子电荷密度极高、渗透性优良的阴离子表面活性剂。当阳离子为乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺或三异丙醇胺时,磺酸盐表面活性剂对树脂镜片的亲和力更强,渗透力更强,从而显著提高其清洗性能。
优选的,所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,由中和法或离子交换法制得。具体的,所述中和法为相应的磺酸与对应的无机碱或醇胺直接中和;所述离子交换法为相应的磺酸的钠盐与醇胺在二氯甲烷或三氯甲烷中进行阳离子交换。
优选的,所述的组合物包含以下质量含量的组份:
缩酮化溶剂15%,十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸乙醇胺3%,烷基葡糖苷5%,NaOH 4%,碳酸钠3%,偏硅酸钠4%,余量为水。
所述的烷基葡糖苷是一种可生物降解的糖苷类表面活性剂,具有优良的乳化性和洗涤性能,烷基链可以为C6-C14之间的不同链长的疏水烷基结构。
优选的,所述水为去离子水。
优选的,所述多元醇为乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、1,2-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2,4-丁三醇、1,2,5-戊三醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-辛二醇、1,2-癸二醇、1,2-环己二醇或3-苯氧基-1,2-丙二醇。
所述缩酮化溶剂为2,4-戊二酮与含有邻位羟基的多元醇在酸催化剂作用下形成的缩酮化合物,并经过提纯后得到的溶剂。
所述的缩酮化溶剂具有如下结构式:
其中,R1,R2,R3,R4各自独立地为-H、-CH3、-CH2-OH、-CH2CH3、-CH2CH2OH、-CH2CH2CH2OH、-(CH2)3CH3、-(CH2)5CH3、-(CH2)7CH3或苯氧基-甲基;n=6。
所述的酸催化剂为液体酸或固体酸,所述液体酸为盐酸、硫酸、磷酸或对甲苯磺酸中的一种或几种;所述固体酸为磺酸树脂、SO4 2-/TiO2、SO4 2-/ZrO2、SO4 2-/Fe2O3、PO4 3-/NbOx、PO4 3-/TiO2或PO4 2-/ZrO2中的一种或几种。
由于防蓝光镜片表面的寡聚物较普通树脂镜片多,防蓝光镜片的硬度较低,普通的醇醚溶剂和缩酮化溶剂不仅难以实现对防蓝光镜片的高精密清洗,同时,因为较低的醚键密度和低位阻的分子结构,采用普通的缩酮化溶剂还容易对防蓝光镜片造成渗透烧伤风险,造成大面积镜片烧伤等生产事故。本发明所用的2,4-戊二酮与多元醇形成的缩酮结构中兼具了疏水烷基、环烷基或苯环结构以及极性的醚键结构,对树脂单体及其聚合物有良好的亲和性,在对树脂镜片的亲和渗透方面具有显著的优势,同时与普通的缩酮化溶剂相比,本发明所选择的2,4-戊二酮缩酮溶剂具有高密度的极性醚键,通过诱导作用力与树脂单体和寡聚物起作用,对树脂单体、寡聚物的溶解方面有显著提高,因此可以显著提高对防蓝光等难清洗的树脂镜片品种的清洗,同时由于本发明选择的高密度醚键的缩酮结构较大的空间位阻,可避免其他缩酮溶剂进入镜片内部造成镜片烧伤的风险。
本发明所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂具有良好的起泡性和洗涤去污能力,与常用的磺酸钠类表面活性剂相比,通过改变反离子的组合,调控表面活性剂的亲水头基电荷密度,实现对树脂镜片材料结构中的极性官能团酯键、醚键、酰胺键等的亲和,提高清洗剂对树脂表面的渗透与清洗功能。另外根据树脂单体的种类不同,可以设计清洗剂中磺酸盐类表面活性剂的疏水基团,在直链烷基、烷基苯、烷基苯醚之间进行选择,实现阴离子表面活性剂对树脂单体以及寡聚体的最佳乳化清洗去除功能。
本发明所述的清洗剂组合物中烷基葡糖苷是一类可生物降解、起泡性强、乳化去污性优异的非离子表面活性剂,尤其是在酸、碱性溶液中呈现出优良的相容性、稳定性和表面活性,与其它表面活性剂复配有明显增效作用因而广泛用作洗涤剂、各种清洁剂、化妆品用表面活性剂、药品添加剂和工业乳化剂等。本发明中,烷基葡糖苷与磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂复合,二者有较强的协同作用,可以显著提高表面活性剂组合物的渗透性。
本发明还提供上述组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
于30~50℃条件下,按照各物质的质量含量,依次向水中加入NaOH、KOH、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、偏硅酸钠、磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、烷基葡糖苷,完全溶解并混合均匀后,加入缩酮化溶剂,混匀后即得。
所用物质的质量含量为0%即为不加入。
优选的,混合均匀的方法为持续搅拌。
本发明还提供上述组合物在光学清洗中的应用。
所述应用包括如下步骤:将组合物稀释2~10倍得到稀释液,将所述稀释液加热到40~60℃后,浸入待清洗的防蓝光树脂镜片,超声波清洗2~8分钟,然后用软水漂洗5~15分钟,最后热风干燥,即可完全去除树脂镜片表面的灰尘、油污和粘性树脂残留等。

本发明解决了以往树脂镜片生产模具清洗使用强碱性清洗剂对镜片表面易烧伤、乙二醇丁醚等醇醚溶剂对操作工人身体健康造成影响等缺点,常用金属清洗剂不能适应光学树脂表面污染物特点造成清洗不彻底等问题,以新型高沸点溶剂2,4-戊二酮缩酮溶剂为清洗溶剂,配合生物基表面活性剂烷基葡糖苷,和磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,在碱度调节剂配合下,高效率去除镜片表面的灰尘、指纹、油污等污染物,尤其是防蓝光镜片表面的顽固污渍,使之达到镀膜前清洁表面的工艺要求。
本发明所述的半水性清洗组合物以2,4-戊二酮缩酮化溶剂、磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂、烷基葡糖苷非离子表面活性剂以及碱性助洗剂为主要组分,不含不可生物降解的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂,也不含有毒有害有机溶剂,还具有以下优点:
(1)高渗透性,显著提高清洗剂对树脂镜片和其他光学树脂材料表面的除油灰和固体杂质性能;
(2)高增溶性,显著提高清洗剂对树脂单体和寡聚物等污染物的溶解去除;
(3)低腐蚀性,显著降低清洗剂对树脂镜片的腐蚀性;
(4)易漂洗性,显著降低清洗剂在树脂镜片表面残留,减少漂洗用水,提高工艺经济性。
(5)所有组分均可生物降解,无环境残留。
本发明提供了一种环境友好型的半水性清洗组合物,可以满足防蓝光树脂镜片镀膜前后表面洁净度。与市场同类产品相比,显著提高了清洗性能,提高了树脂镜片生产合格率。
本发明适应的防蓝光树脂镜片范围包括烯丙基原料、丙烯酸系原料、聚氨酯系原料、MR原料等高折射率、中折射率和低折射率不同种类镜片。
本发明与传统的清洗剂相比,本清洗剂组合物具有清洗性能突出,使用损耗少,所有组分均可生物降解,其组分不会污染环境。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明利用可降解表面活性剂和2,4-戊二酮缩酮溶剂组合物作为环境友好型半水性清洗剂进一步详细描述,但该实施例不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
为了验证本发明的清洗剂清洗效果,同时保证一定的数据样本数量以及统计结果的可靠性,清洗效果评价在树脂镜片生产现场进行,每批次测试100Cps防蓝光树脂镜片,通过质检人员目测评价,有发现任何油污残留、单体残留或灰尘点杂残留,本片镜片即记为不合格,统计合格镜片数量占总数量的比例即为清洗合格率。同时以市售某商品清洗剂为对照例,以及以乙二醇缩丁醚为主要溶剂配制对照样品,对比清洗剂的清洗效果。
对比例1
按以下质量分数称取各原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%、烷基葡糖苷APG065%,氢氧化钠1%、碳酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠3%,乙二醇丁醚5%,二乙二醇丁醚5%,余量为去离子水,所制得的半水性清洗剂为不含本专利2,4-戊二酮缩酮溶剂的组合物。
对比例2
按以下质量分数称取各原料:十二烷基二苯基二苯磺酸钠2%、烷基葡糖苷APG065%,氢氧化钠1%、碳酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠3%,余量为去离子水,所制得的水性清洗剂为不含渗透溶剂和碱性助剂的组合物。
对比例3
按以下质量分数称取各原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钾2%、烷基葡糖苷APG062%、氢氧化钠1%、碳酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠3%,2,4-戊二酮缩甘油溶剂5%,余量为去离子水。所制得的半水性清洗剂为烷基磺酸盐阳离子为醇胺有机阳离子的组合物。
实施例1
按以下质量分数称取各原料:十二烷基苯磺酸单乙醇二异丙醇胺2%、烷基葡糖苷APG062%、氢氧化钠1%、碳酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠3%,2,4-戊二酮缩甘油溶剂5%,余量为去离子水。
首先按照各物质的质量含量,将水加入反应釜中,加热到50℃,搅拌条件下依次加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、偏硅酸钠,搅拌溶解2h后,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钾和烷基葡糖苷,于50℃下搅拌溶解1h,最后加入2,4-戊二酮缩甘油溶剂,继续搅拌溶解0.5h,即得用于环保型半水性清洗组合物。
将实施例1制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.49的一次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例1(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)、对比例3(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,60℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗15分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后检验镜片的清洗合格率。重复测试三次。
将实施例1制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.49的二次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例1(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)、对比例3(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,60℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗5分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后进行镀膜处理,最后检验基片镀膜合格率,重复测试三次。
各次清洗的合格率如表1所示:

实施例2
按以下质量分数称取各原料:十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸三乙醇胺5%、烷基葡糖苷APG085%、氢氧化钾2%、碳酸钠1%,碳酸钾5%,偏硅酸钠8%,2,4-戊二酮缩1,2,5-戊三醇溶剂10%,余量为去离子水。
首先按照各物质的质量含量,将水加入反应釜中,加热到30℃,搅拌条件下依次加入氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、偏硅酸钠,搅拌溶解2h后,再依次加入十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸三乙醇胺和烷基葡糖苷,于30℃下搅拌溶解1h,最后加入2,4-戊二酮缩1,2,5-戊三醇溶剂,继续搅拌溶解0.5h,即得用于环保型半水性清洗组合物。
将实施例2制得的清洗剂稀释10倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.56的一次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例2(稀释10倍)、对比例1(稀释10倍)、对比例2(稀释10倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,40℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗15分钟,然后再40℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后检验镜片的清洗合格率。重复测试三次。
将实施例2制得的清洗剂稀释10倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.56的二次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例2(稀释10倍)、对比例1(稀释10倍)、对比例2(稀释10倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,40℃超声波清洗8分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗5分钟,然后再40℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后进行镀膜处理,最后检验基片镀膜合格率,重复测试三次。
各次清洗的合格率如表2所示:

实施例3
按以下质量分数称取各原料:琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸二异丙醇胺10%、烷基葡糖苷APG141%、氢氧化钾5%、碳酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠5%,2,4-戊二酮缩2,3-丁二醇溶剂20%,余量为去离子水。
首先按照各物质的质量含量,将水加入反应釜中,加热到40℃,搅拌条件下依次加入氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、偏硅酸钠,搅拌溶解2h后,再依次加入琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸二异丙醇胺和烷基葡糖苷,于40℃下搅拌溶解1h,最后加入2,4-戊二酮缩2,3-丁二醇溶剂,继续搅拌溶解0.5h,即得用于环保型半水性清洗组合物。
将实施例3制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.60的一次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例3(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,50℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗15分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后检验镜片的清洗合格率。重复测试三次。
将实施例3制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.60的二次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例3(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,50℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗5分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后进行镀膜处理,最后检验基片镀膜合格率,重复测试三次。

实施例4
按以下质量分数称取各原料:十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸乙醇胺3%、烷基葡糖苷APG165%、氢氧化钠4%、碳酸钠3%,偏硅酸钠4%,2,4-戊二酮缩环己二醇溶剂15%,余量为去离子水。
首先按照各物质的质量含量,将水加入反应釜中,加热到40℃,搅拌条件下依次加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、偏硅酸钠,搅拌溶解2h后,再依次加入十六烷基二苯醚二磺酸乙醇胺和烷基葡糖苷,于40℃下搅拌溶解1h,最后加入2,4-戊二酮缩环己二醇溶剂,继续搅拌溶解0.5h,即得用于环保型半水性清洗组合物。
将实施例4制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.67的一次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例4(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,50℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗15分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后检验镜片的清洗合格率。重复测试三次。
将实施例4制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择折射率为1.67的二次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例4(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,50℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗5分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后进行镀膜处理,最后检验基片镀膜合格率,重复测试三次。

实施例5
按以下质量分数称取各原料:α-烯基磺酸异丙醇胺10%、烷基葡糖苷APG162%、氢氧化钠5%、碳酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠5%,2,4-戊二酮缩3-苯氧基-1,2-丙二醇溶剂20%,余量为去离子水。
首先按照各物质的质量含量,将水加入反应釜中,加热到40℃,搅拌条件下依次加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、偏硅酸钠,搅拌溶解2h后,再依次加入α-烯基磺酸异丙醇胺和烷基葡糖苷,于40℃下搅拌溶解1h,最后加入2,4-戊二酮缩3-苯氧基-1,2-丙二醇溶剂,继续搅拌溶解0.5h,即得用于环保型半水性清洗组合物。
将实施例5制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择MR-7和MR-8的一次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例5(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,50℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗15分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后检验镜片的清洗合格率。重复测试三次。
将实施例5制得的清洗剂稀释2倍,加入到超声波频率为28Hz的超声波清洗槽,选择MR-7和MR-8的二次固化后的防蓝光镜片100CPS,按照生产线的流程,放入分别装有实施例5(稀释2倍)、对比例1(稀释2倍)、对比例2(稀释2倍)和市售清洗剂的超声波清洗机中,50℃超声波清洗2分钟,然后在自动超声波清洗线漂洗3分钟,然后再60℃纯水槽切水,最后再110℃干燥2分钟,然后进行镀膜处理,最后检验基片镀膜合格率,重复测试三次。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于防蓝光树脂镜片清洗的组合物,其特征在于,包含以下质量含量的组分:
缩酮化溶剂5~20%,烷基葡糖苷1~5%,磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂2~10%,NaOH 0~5%,KOH0~5%,碳酸钠1~5%,碳酸钾0~5%,偏硅酸钠3~8%,余量为水;
所述缩酮化溶剂为2,4-戊二酮与多元醇形成的缩酮,所述多元醇包括邻位羟基;所述多元醇为乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、1,2-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,2,4-丁三醇、1,2,5-戊三醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-辛二醇、1,2-癸二醇、1,2-环己二醇或3-苯氧基-1,2-丙二醇;
所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的阴离子为直链烷基苯磺酸根、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸根、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸根或a-烯基磺酸根;所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂的阳离子为醇胺阳离子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的醇胺阳离子为乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、单乙醇胺二异丙醇胺或二乙醇单异丙醇胺中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,由中和法或离子交换法制得。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物包含以下质量含量的组份:
缩酮化溶剂15%,十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸乙醇胺 3%,烷基葡糖苷5%,NaOH 4%,碳酸钠3%,偏硅酸钠4%,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述缩酮化溶剂为2,4-戊二酮与多元醇在酸催化剂作用下形成的缩酮,所述的酸催化剂为液体酸或固体酸,所述液体酸为盐酸、硫酸、磷酸或对甲苯磺酸中的一种或几种;所述固体酸为磺酸树脂、SO4 2-/TiO2、SO4 2-/ZrO2、SO4 2-/Fe2O3、PO4 3-/NbOx、PO4 3-/TiO2或PO4 2-/ZrO2中的一种或几种。
6.权利要求1-3或5任一所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
于30~50℃条件下,按照各物质的质量含量,依次向水中加入NaOH、KOH、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、偏硅酸钠、磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂、烷基葡糖苷,完全溶解并混合均匀后,加入缩酮化溶剂,混匀后即得。
7.权利要求1-5任一所述组合物在光学清洗中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将组合物稀释2~10倍得到稀释液,将所述稀释液加热到40~60℃后,浸入待清洗的防蓝光树脂镜片,超声波清洗2~8分钟,然后用软水漂洗5~15分钟,最后热风干燥。
