The implementation principle of the dispensing mechanism for packaging the LED lamp in the embodiment of the application is as follows: horizontally placing the template 4 on the placing table 1, and enabling the placing groove 43 to be positioned right below the dispensing head 23; during gluing, the transverse moving component 31 and the longitudinal moving component 32 are started simultaneously, glue solution is supplied to the dispensing head 23 through the glue supply component 22, the dispensing head 23 moves along the periphery of the circuit board under the driving of the circular ring 321 and the sliding frame 312, and the glue is coated on the periphery of the circuit board; after the glue dispensing of the row of circuit boards on the template 4 is finished, the second driving mechanism 6 drives the whole connecting frame 21 to horizontally move, the glue dispensing heads 23 on the connecting frame 21 can dispense the glue of the row of circuit boards on the template 4, and the manual glue dispensing of operators is not needed in the whole process, so that the glue dispensing process of the circuit boards is simple and convenient.
In a second aspect, the embodiment of the application discloses a method for using a glue dispensing mechanism for packaging an LED lamp.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for using a glue dispensing mechanism for LED lamp packaging includes the following steps,
s1, placing the template 4 above the workbench, and enabling the dispensing head 23 to be over against the placing groove 43 in the template 4;
s2, the transverse moving component 31 and the longitudinal moving component 32 are driven to move simultaneously through the rotating component 54, the glue supplying component 22 is started simultaneously, the glue supplying component 22 fills glue into the glue dispensing head 23, at the moment, the circular ring 321 can drive the glue dispensing head 23 to move longitudinally and horizontally, and the sliding frame 312 drives the glue dispensing head 23 to move transversely and horizontally, so that the glue dispensing head 23 can drip the glue around the circuit board while moving around the circuit board;
s3, after the dispensing of the row of circuit boards on the template 4 is completed, the rotating member 63 drives the entire connecting frame 21 to move horizontally and vertically, and the dispensing head 23 dispenses the row of circuit boards on the template 4.
